Real Man (154)

Real Man (154)

All eyes turned south. Now or later, depending on their level of strength. That would entail when they looked. In the end, everyone focus was on the south.

Cries and wails scattered in the wind. Shadows came out during the day. Moving at speeds, normal folk couldn't see.

"Do you have any idea what you're doing?! This is a declaration of war!"

Fire and flames rained down around them. Three people stood in the center of the carcass that was his property.

An enchanting smile that caused the sun to shine through the clouds, "Don't be so dramatic, this isn't a declaration of war."

Dangerous words of twisted logic were spoken with a gentle voice that was as enchanting to hear as the speaker was to look at.

However, the other side had no way of understanding this logic. If not for a large number of non-graded beings occupying the city. There wouldn't be screaming or yelling in the distance.

It wasn't possible to go twenty feet without running into a broken corpse. Those involved were circling the city, weeding out any graded being hidden in the common tides.

An entire city owned and run by a single individual. The only surviving graded being was the man himself.

Countless corpses littered the streets. An uncountable number were still buried in the rubble of the aftermath.

Yet the responsible party said this was not a declaration of war. There were numerous non-graded beings that were now gone.

She released a technique that caused the building to disintegrate. Gravity was manipulated to a point where the materials crumbled into dust. Forcibly without any other options.

If he wasn't an Ever, he too would be dead. Instead, he was suppressing the injuries. Not even all Ever were created equal.

"How is this not a declaration of war?! Do you know how many non-graded beings you just killed? Do you think she will let you get away with this?"

The responsible party was looking at the man standing respectfully behind her, "Damn. You won the bet, I said, surely as an Ever he wouldn't be a whiny little bitch..."

As if proving, even roses had thorns. The picturesque woman swore like it was second nature. Seeing the look of anger, she started to get annoyed.

Suddenly, the entire city was filled with the smell of the ocean. Those that had failed to evacuate, those injured, even those attempting to accomplish their own schemes all fell to their knees.

Stolen story; please report.

Bleeding from every orifice. Regardless of what their thoughts or original intentions. They began to crawl as a weight caused their insides to be squeezed, as they attempted to leave by any means possible.

"A declaration from me would result in the first death of an Ever without a successor. Only she herself would be able to stop me from ripping you a part, piece by piece. Starting with your body, ending with your soul."

Making a face of disgust, "It isn't my fault, Right?”

The man standing behind her had a large scar on his face, he smiled carelessly. As he hadn’t taken his eyes off the man standing apposed to them, “No.”

Nodding her head, with this confirmation she sounded far more convinced with herself, “I came over to snuff out trash. If you were a real Ever and not a joke, you wouldn't have this problem."

Raising an eyebrow, she turned to the man behind her, saying without mercy, "Real men know how to keep their houses clean. They don't need a woman's touch to show how incompetent they are in every aspect of life."

Sighing with the utmost regret. She turned to look at Everhope, "I came out to take out the trash. Now I stepped in shit. Just as I thought I got it all, it crawls right back under. I will never understand people like you with the fetish of being stepped on."

Everhope's face drained of all blood as anger flushed his face back to an unhealthy red. Just as he opened his mouth, his heart dropped and actually skipped a beat.

The last thing he saw was a white foot enlarging in his vision. He could feel himself sent flying. The heat produced by the air friction caused his body to burn.

After obliterating his head, she infused mana into his body that shredded his clothes and forced him to focus on the lethal intent coursing through his body.

Now, with the choice. He could either stop the mana from possibly killing him or stop it and ignore his missing head and naked body, shooting across the sky of the continent. For all the important people on the continent to watch.

All that went through his head was the regret that he allowed there to be a connection. This connection was between him and the idiot that attacked her child and granddaughter.

After trying to clean up the mess, the dumbass elf made. He was able to focus on this, however, he was a step too late.

Bringing her hand above her eyes, she looked into the distance with a smile on her face, “Do you think that little one will see this?”

“It is hard to say. Intel says she was moving towards the Blue Wolf Tribe. You flung the shit in the right direction. If she is outside, she should see it.” Jeremy had no respect in his voice when he talked about the Everhope, the strongest man of the human race. Even when he himself was a human.

Looking down at the mess she had made, Zelna frowned slightly, all the pressure that had been pushing down on everything was gone. Turning towards Jeremy, “Let’s clean up.”

Hearing this, Jeremy bowed before the other hidden figures that none of the people below had seen started to move. Very quickly, anyone and everyone that was alive was moved mysteriously further away from the wreck.

Once everyone was gone, Zelna nodded slightly before the saltiness that often accompanied the ocean could be smelt once more. Where it started was not known, slow at first. A black, hazy substance appeared in the air before slowly spirally around.

The sky above the city turned into a sideways cyclone as an invisible pressure shoved the cyclone into motion. As the thickness of the black hazy became thicker, the city visibly started to vaporize at a sight visible to the naked eye.

As the sun shined down on this beautiful flower, the ground beneath her bare feet shifted left and right as the black haze cycled in a circle. Her auburn eyes glowed like lanterns, as her long white hair blew in the wind.
