CHAPTER 4356
The Moonlit Sword possessed devastating strength. As soon as it stabbed James’ body, it erased James’ comprehension of the various Paths.
James could sense his Path Powers vanishing from his body, and felt his knowledge being wiped clean. His comprehension of the different Paths was forcibly extracted out of him.

Wynton’s voice echoed from afar.
“I used the Path Obliterating Sword Art, an invincible sword technique I’ve created. It will destroy the Paths of anyone it strikes.”
A gaping wound was left on James’ body. His hair was a mess, and he was soaked in blood. In that moment, he seemed incredibly pathetic. He looked at the calm Wynton in the distance, reluctant to give in. He did not expect his opponent to be capable of such destruction.
They were in the same cultivation rank, yet he barely stood a chance against Wynton. Despite using all his strength and his most powerful state to fight, he was helpless against Wynton.
Wynton wielded his Path Obliterating Sword Art with confidence. Anyone struck by his technique would have
their Paths immediately destroyed.
“Everyone deserves a chance, so I will let you live and pass through the trial. Although I’ve destroyed your Paths, you’re a human that practices the Omniscience Path. If you give up your other Paths and focus solely on the Omniscience Path, you might be able to achieve great things in the future.”
Wynton did not kill James. He had already defeated James and was sparing him.
“You’re from the future, right? I hope you survive for a long time so that I can fight you again. Maybe you’ll have grown the next time we meet.”
Wynton’s voice resounded around him. After that, he disappeared from James’ sight.
After defeating James, he sacrificed himself and left James’ realm.
James immediately felt fatigued once Wynton left his sight. He fell from the sky and crashed into the ground.
He lay down weakly and gasped for air. He wanted to use the Life Path to heal his wounds but realized his Path Powers had been stripped away. He currently possesed no knowledge of Paths, so he could not draw on any of the Paths he cultivated before.
“He’s insane.”
After the battle, James had only a few words to describe Wynton- a terrifying powerhouse.
Suddenly, the realm disappeared, and James appeared inside a passage.
The passage was created with mysterious inscriptions, and at one end was a door.
James knew the door would lead him out of the passage. If he passed through the door, he could leave the Path of Heavenly Awakening’s realms. Moving forward would lead him to the second realm, where the second trial awaited him.
After experiencing how difficult the first trial was, James knew the second trial would be even more challenging.
At that moment, the thought of quitting crossed his mind. He dragged his injured body toward the door, wanting to leave the passage.
However, when he arrived at the door, he began to hesitate.
“What am I doing? Am I really thinking of throwing in the towel?”
James looked at the exit door with an uncertain expression.
All his knowledge of Paths, and their powers were gone. If he left, he would be considered useless and would only be able to continue cultivating in the Omniscience Path.
However, reaching the Omniscience Path’s Ninth Stage was incredibly hard.
“I can’t just leave like this. If I go back now, how will I explain myself to Thea? How will I help the Human Race rise above the other races? Continuing down the Path of Heavenly Awakening is my only hope.”
James took a deep breath. He did not step through the exit door and proceeded through the passage. He wanted to find out how hard the Path of Heavenly Awakening’s second trial was.
