I turned to Leonard, completely confused by his response.

Without a word, Leonard picked up a document and stood up. "Ms. Green, come with me to my office. You two, please wait here," he said, not even glancing at me before walking out of the conference room.

I gave Zack an apologetic look and followed Leonard to his office. Once inside, I closed the blinds, ready to confront him.
