The Elements

There are 12 universal elements in the world that make it up. New elements can be made using the 12.

They are the 5 basic/primary elements:

Fire

Water

Earth

Lightning

Wind

The Polar Elements:

Light

Darkness

The Secondary Elements:

Ice

Wood

Poison

Metal

Neutral

The concept is that the first element in the list is weak against the next one and so on until the last one is weak against the first element. This does not affect the secondary elements.

Instead the Secondary elements are the polar opposites of the basic/primary elements.

The Neutral elements refers to the Gravity/Space. Don't ask about this I'm still trying to work on how to explain it....

Fire ? Ice

Wind ? Neutral

Fire vibrates the air and Ice freezes the air

Wood can consume Water to grow but too much Water can kill Wood

Poison can do several things to Earth to corrode it but Earth can endure and purify Poison

Metal can conduct Lightning but as it conducts, Lightning can melt Metal through heat

Wind is invisible to Neutral and cannot be affected much and Wind cannot affect Neutral as much.

General Spell Usage (May be some spoiler. Look at your risk)

The Basic forms of MC's magic is the Formation of a Element. After the Element is Formed, a Basic Form is given to the Element. Then other characteristics such as Factors or other Forms can be given to the Element creating a spell is use.

Commands are the orders you give to spells. If you make a fireball and want it to hit a target then you have to command it to hit the target. If not then it stays where it is until such a command is given. The more complex the command the harder it is to use the more likely it will fail.

Examples of this is 'Multicast' where you use the same spell over and over again. Another example is 'Homing Shot' where the spell follows the target and 'Aim Shot' where you manually target something.

More details of MC's Magic

As you know, Eden is a user of the very powerful and unstable ancient magic. However he was trained my Warlic and llyfr which leaves very little room to make him fail after a while.

Normal magic involves the usage of circles to cast the spell. Each circle represent some parameters that the spell has and the more complex the spell, the more circles it requires. An example is Flight magic which requires 6 circles to cast. Another thing to know about magic is that you must learn a spell before suing it via spell books or otherwise. A high amount of wisdom is needed to learn more powerful spells and due to the fact that a spell book will disappear regardless of whether the person succeed in learning the spell, many mages are careful in learning spells by equipping items that drastically increase their wisdom. General Magic is based upon Ancient magic which is much more powerful.

Ancient Magic is the literal overwriting of reality to a certain extent. This does not require circles and thus is much more unstable and can lead to more often explosions and the death of the caster. The most important thing to use Ancient magic is not a high intelligent or wisdom but a high level of concentration due to its nature. On a power scale of 1-10, Ancient magic would be a 7 while Normal magic would be a 3. Divine magic would be a 9 or 10 in this scale as well. While on the control scale of 1-10, Ancient magic would be a 1 or 2 while Normal magic would be a 8-9. Divine magic would still be a 9 or 10.

Eden however does not use pure Ancient magic as of chapter 7. The reason for this is (besides me being lazy) is that llyfr is unsatisfied with Eden's battle ability after the Doom Knight incident. As such after getting his Magic Control skill to intermediate level, llyfr has taught Eden a style of magic that is closer to normal magic with the usage of commands in spell casting. While doing this, ultimately lowers the power output of Eden's spells, it leads to much better stability and also allows him to make smaller adjustments to his spells. He still has the ability to 'create' spells nevertheless but it is restricted to the spells he can create via 'commands'. Due note that Eden can still use his former method of casting spells.

Allows you to be more familiar with the way of the sword. This gives you great speed and power behind each strike.

The ability to manipulate mana. It serves to increase the ability to cast and learn magic of all kinds. Also augments the power of the magic you use.

Increase casting speed by 3 x level%

Increase magic strength by 10 x level%

Intermediate

Increase casting speed by 7 x level%

Increase magic strength by 10 x level%

Gain a Bonus of 50% magic strength on reaching intermediate level

One of the basic skills Magic Classes will get. It has a simple but powerful effect on the character as it allows people to cast deadly and powerful spells faster than before. When it reaches the intermediate level, the character will only use half the amount of mana for spells.

Elemental Mastery

The ability to master all elements. You can create spells or imitate ones you see if you want. The ultimate ability in magic that was lost long ago. As this skill increase in level you can manipulate the elements more easily and your resistance to the element will increase as well.

Increases Elemental damage by 10 x level%

Increase Elemental resistance by level of skill%

Something unique to those who want to master all elements. It is required to have mastery in several elements at once. This skill affects the amount of damage the character does which spells that have an element and also increase the resistance to all elements. This effect also stems to the resistance to all types of magicks as well as the combined resistance to all elements results in the overall resistance to magic.

Ancient Magic Mastery

The power to distort reality itself. Ancient Magic is so rare not because it was deemed forbidden, but because of the high risk that comes with using it. Because of this, Ancient Magic Users often fail their powerful spells and kill themselves.

Spell Strength Bonus: 10 x level%

Spell Controllability Bonus: 10 x level%

Spell Success Cast Rate Bonus: 1 x level%

A skill that is unlocked for users that can use the highly dangerous Ancient Magic. It is similar to other magic skills but has the option to increase the rate of spells succeeding and not blowing up in your face. As the skill increases, the strength of the spell increases and the user's ability to control the spell is also increased. When this skill reaches intermediate level, it is possible to distort reality using your spells directly.

Magic Control

Allows you to manipulate and control magic more easily. It does not affect the speed of the magic but it'll increase your ability to control it properly. As this skill increase you will be able to control the range and trajectory of your magic more easily.

Increase success rate of all spells hitting the target by level%

Reduces chance of Spell Failing by level%

Another skill that all Magic Classes will get eventually. It allows the character to use and control more complex spells. As this skill increase in levels, the character is able to wield more powerful magicks. When this skill reaches the intermediate level, you are able to freely control magicks that you were previously unable to before.

Unarm Combat Mastery

Using the body as a weapon. With the increased mastery of this skill, the body will become more flexible and stronger as you use only hands and feet for combat.

Beginner

Increase strike speed by 3 x level%

Increase strike strength by 10 x level%

Intermediate

Increase strike speed by 7 x level%

Increase strike strength by 10 x level%

Gain a Bonus of 50% strike strength on reaching intermediate level

Advance

Tri-Aura Mastery

The power to balance three auras at the same time. Along with the balance Golden Aura, you have unlocked the offence driven Red Aura and the Defence driven Blue Aura. According to modern thinking, is act is impossible without negative side effects but this body can handle it. This skills increases the abilities to use Aura as well as better control over all three types of Auras at once in order to balance the three auras at once

Aura Strength: +5 x level%

Aura Control: +5 x level%

Reduce Cost of Aura Skills by half on reaching intermediate level

WARNING: Having three types of Auras in the body will have negative side effects if the body cannot balance the Auras. Golden Aura has the property of Balance while Red and Blue Aura cannot be used at the same time. Golden Aura however can be used with either Red or Blue Aura

Mediation

Regain your mana by focusing on yourself.

Beginner

Regain (50 + 15 x Level Increase) mana per minute.

Intermediate

Regain (20 x Level Increase) mana per minute.

Reduces Damage Taken when mediating by ½ when reaching intermediate level

Advance

Regain (25 x Level Increase) mana per minute.

Reduces Damage Taken when mediating by ½ when reaching intermediate level

Exclusive to Magic Classes. Allows character to rapidly regain mana by focusing and ignoring everything around you. This skill isn't that useful for those who don't use much mana and even less useful for those who can absorb mana. When this skill reaches intermediate levels, the skill will rapidly increase the mana regeneration.

Mana Absorption

The ability to use the force of the enemy and everything around you as fuel. Does not require direct contact and range cannot be controlled. As the skill increases the power of the drain and its strength increases.

Absorb (Level) mana per second passively

Range: 10 x Level metres

Reduce Mana Absorption to allies by 20% when reaching intermediate level

Reduce Mana Absorption to allies by 20% when reaching advance level

An unique skill to those who process the being llyfr in them. This skill cannot be controlled and is very powerful when used correctly. As such this skill is perfect for mages that want to solo while it is the bane of being in a party. There is not way of effectively levelling this skill up since you cannot control it. It is unknown what will happen if the skill reaches intermediate level.

Mana Shield

To create a shell to protect the user form all harm big and small. Also known as a borg in some places, magicians of the past often used this in battle to protect themselves from physical and magical attacks. Only one shell can be produced at a time but as the skill levels up the number of shells produced and the strength of each shell will increase.

Cost: 100 mana

Shield Health per use: 100 + 200 x Level Increase

Number of Shields can create at one time: 1 x Level

Reduce Damage on Shield by Level%

Able to Supply Mana Shields with mana to increase its Health and Defence

Intermediate

Cost half as much to cast

Damage to shield reduced by half

Advance

Cost half as much to cast

An unique skill to those who process the being llyfr in them. They are fragile and yet durable at the same time. There is two way to level the skill up. The first is to cast the spell and the second is to let the shield gets destroyed. The shield is also transparent and is quite flexible as well in terms of its shape. Another feature of the Mana Shield is the fact that it can withstand more damage then its 'Health' before breaking. When this skill reaches the intermediate level, the character is able to sustain one shield in exchange of directly taking damage to mana. However the amount of damage the shield takes dramatically decrease.

Creation Magic

The power that rivals gods themselves. To create matter requires energy. This comes from any source in exchange to bypass the laws set at the beginning of time. Anything can be create as long as there is enough energy or mana to make it. The strength of the object made and the length at which it lasts will increase with the level.

Mana used per square metre: 1000

Intermediate

Items have half durability when of the original reaching intermediate level

Advance

Items have full durability when of the original reaching advance level

An unique skill to those who process the being llyfr in them. This skill allows the character to create anything and everything as long as they have enough mana to create it. The created product is inferior to the ones that are made without the skill in terms of damage and durability and have a time limit on its usage. When this skill reaches intermediate level, the products of the skill will no longer be inferior in quality and the time limit is removed.

Flight Magic

The power to fly freely in the air. Using several complicated formulas to set the skill up, flight is possible. Using Flight magic however requires a large amount of mana to sustain the flight and thus using other spells at the same time is highly difficult.

Mana Cost: 100 per minute

Intermediate

Easier to fly using this flight magic when reaching intermediate level

Magic take only ½ of what it cost

Advance

Easier to fly using this flight magic when reaching advance level

A type of Skill that Advance Mages can get after their second Class Advancement. This skill is highly complicated being a 6-circle spell. However there are some beings that naturally get this skill either way. The method of flight is up to the user as well which makes the skill highly flexible to use but it still has issues with sustaining the skill for long periods of time. The skill can take on in many forms, the most common is the use of a boom or long staff to allow the user to sit on it to fly. Other forms may include the use of wings or other objects to allow the user to move about.

Negate Mana

Able to Negate partly the use of Mana in an area around you. In this state, mana cannot be used at all which includes the use of Magic, Magic Items or Skills that use Mana

Negate Mana Amount: 10 + level%

Range: 1 x level Metre

Mana Cost: 100 Per Second

Intermediate

Magic take only ½ of what it cost

Able to Negate 50% more Mana in area when reaching intermediate Level

Passively able to negate 20% of magic attacks

Advance

Magic take only ½ of what it cost

Able to Negate 10% more Mana in area when reaching intermediate Level

A anti-magic skill that has high risks to a person like Eden. While his mana will not disappear due to this skill, it does however render him unable to use spells while this is active. The range and power of this skill is dependant of its level.

Soul Scan

The ability to see the raw essence of all creation. With this skill you will be able to sense the presence of others at will.

Range: 3 x level metres

Intermediate

Able to sense uncommon and rare souls in the area

Advance

Able to sense non-living beings in the area

This skill is an unique one to use since it changes that way you look at things in relation to souls. While this skill is used mainly to scout out enemies, it can also be used to search for things that do not exist in the physical world such as spirits. Lost souls may also come to you for guidance.

Mana Channelling

The power to manipulate mana in a finer way. With this skill, using mana will become easier as well as spell having less mana requirements in order to cast. While this skill has been gained, there are properties to be unlocked in this skill via special actions

Current Properties:

- Prevents Mana from leaking from body (Mana Regeneration +5 + 5 x level%)

- Rotates Mana in body (Mana Regeneration +10 + 10 x level%, Mana Control +10 + 10 x level%)

- Able to gather Mana in parts of Body (Attack and Defence +5 + 5 x level %)

Spacial Teleportation

The ability to bend space itself in order to travel great distances at once. However right now the skill is incomplete to the user as it was made recently. Levelling this skill up however will correct this skill. At this stage you can only teleport to prepared stations for teleportation.

Man Cost: 10 000 per person

Crystal Palace of Reflection

Creates small mirrors of crystal that is magical charged to move about in space and deflect all attacks that are coming towards the user. With this skill, the small crystal mirrors can only take a certain amount of damage before being destroyed however you can create several of these plates at once and will continue to be created as this skill is active. Mana will be drained as the mirrors are continued to be created.

Mirror Cost: 100 mana each

Number of times it can deflect attacks each: 3 (+1 when reaches intermediate and advance levels)

Number that can be created at a time: 10 + 1 x level

Garden of Eden

An AOE skill that allows the user to use any and all spell in this area without restrictions, cool downs or mana cost at all. However in order to use this skills, you must supply it with mana first for a set period of time. The range of this skill while the mana costs will decrease as this skill levels up.

Range of skill: 5 x 1 level metres

Mana Cost to activate: 25 000

Mana Cost to maintain: 5/second

Dragon Transformation

Created to replace Body Transformation, this is a skill to transform your body into one of a Dragon, the absolute force of destruction in the world. This skill will help seal off the Body Transformation skill and cannot be used if Body Transformation is active or in skill list.

This skill is the core of power itself. One of the most powerful and deadest transformation skill in existence, it turns the user into a Dragon. Teeth turned to Fangs, hands turned into Claws, the body itself becomes a weapon that can destroy empires and create them anew. With an enormous amount of strength, this form can be sustained for a long period of time.

Skill can only be used after after the Quest 'Path to control the Dragon' is completed.

There are 5 stages in Dragon Transformation.

Stage 1: Initial Humanoid Dragon Transformation (Limbs) +1 x level% to all stats

Stage 2: Part Humanoid Dragon Transformation (Tail and Wings) +2 x level% to all stats

Stage 3: Half Humanoid Dragon Transformation (Transformation with human characteristics) +3 x level% to all stats

Stage 4: Humanoid Dragon Transformation (Human form Dragon) +4 x level% to all stats

Stage 5: Full Dragon Transformation (Final Form) +5 x level% to all stats

Full Dragon Size: 5 Metres x Level

Mana Cost Per Hour:

All stats increase by 10% when using this skill

This skill while powerful has high risks that come with it. Namely if Eden is not careful, the mana usage may overcome his regeneration of mana. Also the appearance of the body will be more apparently change when using this compared to Body Transformation. The size of the full Body Transformation is also dependant on the level of this skill.

Magic King Drive

The act of exposing your basic nature to the extreme in the form of your aura. Doing this will drastically increase your stats and skills to the limit forcefully. However in exchange the burden on the body is increased several fold and can easily lead to death. As such it is more important to have a body that can sustain the state for as long as possible but it still requires some level of magic aptitude. As this skill levels up, the bluff on the user will increase as well.

Magic King Drive gives the Following benefits:

- Spell Damage Increase +10 x level%

- Spell Range Increase +10 x level%

- Freely able to use the Elements at Will (Locked until Intermediate)

- Mana Absorption is at maximum (Locked until Advance)

- Strength Increase +10 x level%

- Agility Increase +10 x level%

- Movement Speed Increase +10 x level%

- Able to Defy several laws of Physics (Locked until Advance)

- Defence Increase +10 x level%

- Able to use 'Burst Speed' (Locked until Advance)

- Able to use 'Flight' Magic without any cost or restrictions (Locked until Advance)

- Able to use 'Golden Weapon Trio' Freely in this state (Locked until Intermediate)

- Resistance to Magic Increase +3 x level% (Locked until Intermediate)

- All Skills will be increased to maximum level (Locked until Advance)

The skill is exclusive the the Magic King Class. It is the power to surround yourself in your own aura to the point where your life is at risk on using it. However, this allows you to gain powerful bluffs at once at the expense of literally one's life else extreme damage to one's body in the form of pain.

A skill made when Eden tried to get rid of powerful poison in his body. Its main use is to circulate the poison at one point of the body so it can be easily depose of. However this circulate can also temporary increase the lethality of the poison and as a result the increased poison resistance. The speed in which poison is purged from the body is dependant on the skill's level.

Battle Aura

Creates a Aura used for battle. It can be used both for offence and defence in battle and is proportional to the amount of fighting spirit or related stats you have. It can also be used to intimidate enemies.

Density can be manipulated when active to defence, attack or intimidate.

Passive Effect:

Defence increase: 5% + 1 x Level%

Speed increase: 5% + 1 x Level%

Attack increase: 5% + 1 x Level%

Fighting Spirit increase: 10% + 1 x Level%

Active Effect:

Defence increase: 15% + 3 x Level%

Drains Stamina to use when Active

A powerful spell in which uses Aura, the hidden life essence of the body. Even while not active, this skill will increase the abilities of the body as the aura is strengthening it internally. When active however, its effects are more apparent with the aura coming outside the body to externally strengthen it. The aura in some cases can also be used as a defence or another layer of defence but strong attacks may break through it easily.

A modified version of the outer seal which once allowed access to power above the norm. Upon changing to a lesser race, this ability was taken away. In exchange, this state will pushes the body's limit was created to replace that. Improvements have been made so this state has more power and stability compared to the original.

Once a day is can double your stats in exchange to go berserk in the battlefield. This skill does not cause the body to indiscriminately attack people however but rather focus the rage for a burst of power.

Evil Glaze

A passive skill that projects your fighting spirit through your eyes. Those with low fighting spirit will be paralysed while others will have lowered stats and chance of skill or spells activating.

Presence Concealment

The ability to fade yourself into the background making it harder for people to detect you. There is a legend that the most the few masters of this skill, the Cloud Knights are able to drift in and out of forts without anyone knowing to the point that even the strongest knights do no know where to swing.

When active (Beginner):

- Presence is reduced to near zero

- Unable to use strong attacks

- Stats will be reduced by 80%

When active (Intermediate):

- Presence is reduced to near zero or to a strong person

- Unable to use strong attacks

- Stats will be reduced by 40%

- Critical Hits will be more likely in this state +5%

- Able to move around people more easily

When active (Advance):

- Presence is reduced to near zero or to of a normal person's

- Unable to use Flashy Attacks

- No Stat reduction

- Critical Hits will be more likely in this state +15%

Recovery Burst

A burst of regeneration energy surging through the body. Most wounds will naturally heal in this state though it will cause extreme pain to the user. Along with this healing, status debuffs will be removed and mana will regeneration at a high speed.

- Increase Mana Regeneration by 50 + 10 x level%

- Wounds will heal quickly ? Extremely fast ? Instantly

- Body's naturally healing rate will be increased (Advance)

- Skill will activate automatically after a certain amount of damage (intermediate)

Mental Acceleration

Increase the mental speed in which the brain works at. In this state, time will seem to slow down as the body adapts to it as well as processing speed and thinking speed will increase as well. However in exchange, the mind is heavily restrained in this state resulting in extreme mental exhaustion when used. Some effects includes extreme headaches to blacking out.

- Control over Body and Magic will increase in this state

- Time will slow down in this state

- Speed in which the Body can move as well as the speed of casting spells will increase

- Able to manipulate the strength of this skill (Intermediate)

Aura Channelling

The ability to regulate and manipulate the Aura in your body with fine detail. Using this skill, the aura in the body will become more efficient in enhancing the body in both speed and strength. There are some properties that can be unlocked via special means.

Properties Unlocked:

- Aura will be leak out unintentionally (Stamina Regeneration +5 + 5 x level%))

- Rotates Aura in body (Stamina Regeneration +10 + 10 x level%, Aura Control +10 + 10 x level%)

- Able to gather Aura in parts of Body (Attack and Defence +5 + 5 x level %)

Six Strike Form

Five Slashing moves and one Stabbing move is the core of the Six Strike Form. Each attack is used via a single step forward and a single attack at the same time. The Trick Shot Form has been integrated into the Form as well, allowing you to change your attack mid-way.

Weapon Speed Increase when using this Form: 5 x Level%

Weapon Damage when using this Form: 10 x Level%

Time to set up Stance: 5 - Level seconds

A prepping skill where the strength and speed of strikes is increased. While it increases the power of strikes, the time lag in between setting up and attacking can be fatal in battle. As such, this skill cannot be used to in high speed battles where a single strike could take your life.

Dance of Water

A dance that was once used to allow humans to be processed by Gods to battle. However such techniques and such Gods are lost now but the basic form of the summoning rite was changed to allow the user more graceful and deadly movements. When active, the body is able to naturally dodge attacks in a smooth manner unless the body cannot keep up or the attack is unavoidable. Other skills can be used in this dance when it reaches intermediate level.

An active skill that enchants the ability of the body in relation to evasion. In this state, the body will naturally try to dodge attacks and when that is impossible, reduce the amount of damage as much as possible. This Dance also allowed the weapon to strike a bit faster as well.

Golden Weapon Trio

The three weapons of unknown origins have been used by a great hero in the past. It was forged using part of his soul and as such it can be called into the world through such means at any time and place. The three weapons are a sword, spear and bow.

The Golden Sword Torrwch has the power of destorying what cannot be destroyed and is capable to seal and unseal creatures and objects

The Spear Torrwr had the power of being nearly unbreakable and can change its shape form the will of the user.

The Bow Saethwr has the power of multiplying the projectile fired and also had the power to turn the projectiles fired into homing shots.

The skill is exclusive the the Magic King Class. The three weapons are bound to the user so even if the weapons are stolen or broken it will disappear and be reforged in the soul of the user until it is resummoned again. However the skill is unique in the sense that you can summon multiple at once and even the same weapon over and over again. However the cost of summoning the weapons is still very high as they are each powerful in their own rights. When the skill reaches Intermediate Level, the user is able to alter the form of the weapons.

5 very old yet powerful sword techniques based on stabbing using a weapon. This can be used for all kinds of weapons such as spears and lances which gives bonuses.

Slashing Strike Shield Techniques

Paired with the Impaling Strike Sword Technique, these five techniques involve using the defensive powers of the shield or otherwise other weapon to attack instead of defend. While not having a high amount of power, it does increase defence while attacking using these techniques

Armor of the Magic King

Said to have existed side by side with the legendary 'God Armor', it carries equal power. However there hasn't been a person worthy of using its full power since its existence besides one that was sealed forever away. All foes shall be dominated when worn and only the 'God Armor' can counter it. However since its last use, its power has dropped significantly.

Conditions to use:

- Holder of immense power

- Drains Mana when Equipped

An unique skill to those who process the being llyfr in them. A skill formerly sealed off in the depths of llyfr's soul, this is an extremely powerful and dangerous skill. As the skill is degraded back to the basics, the character is able to only partly call upon the armor which is still powerful. When the skill reaches intermediate level, the character is able to call upon the full armor set at once. However even with that the armor skill lacks its former power and abilities in the past. The armor also drains a lot of mana as well and is meant to be used with Mana Absorption to help maintain it.

Body Transformation

The ability to transform or rather in this case to restore your body to your natural state. As this skill level up, you are able to transform more of your body at once. There are 10 transformations in total. Transforming your body cost mana according to your skill level and multiple transformation are possible but cost more mana. However there is also the risk that you will lose control of your body in the progress of mastering this skill.

Current Transformations available: 1 + 1 x 10% of comprehension/10

An unique skill to those who process the being llyfr in them. By corrupt themselves with the power of llyfr, they are able to take his form. Extremely powerful, yet dangerous, the user of this skill is given large amounts of power immediately in exchange of their sanity and control of their body. This form is otherwise known as the berserk form of the Magic King Drive that was forbidden in the first place and was first seen in the series from Eden point of view before he died and then Alexandra and Viv's when Eden's body was breaking down. This form was also shown due to the power of the basin of truth but it only changed the appearance of Eden and the power that came with the form was still sealed away. However it still carried some power even in that state.
