Spoilers but not

***

This rant will continue to grow.

This is not a "See Spot run. Run, Spot, run. Spot likes to run. Spot runs everywhere." book series.

This is a "what the dog doing?" MC watches a dog sprinting, eyes wide and tongue lolling. Does no one else see this?

"Hmm," someone follows MCs line of sight and sees the dog disappear down the street. "Oh, that's Spot. That dog has way too much energy." series.

Same thing. Things will happen. You're reading what is happening not being told what to think or feel. You get to decide that for yourself. You want to encourage spot? Go for it. You don't give a fuck about spot? Cool.

There will be cultivation and progression clichés. MC does not know them. If you don't know them you will miss them. If you do know them, keep an eye out for "easter eggs". MC learns about the shiz later. And sometimes forgets. Because there is a lot~.

First off: First book is stubbed. Out of over 400 pages, single spaced, reformatted, with proper paragraphs! (And tables to the best I could manage) only, maybe 3-4 chapters are on RR. But, gasp!, it says 15 chapters! Out of over 400 pages, single spaced, reformatted, with proper paragraphs! Maybe 3-4 chapters are on RR. (Let's say 3-7. For breathing room purposes.)

The beginning of book two is where all the "hey book one was published, and book two as well!" stuff is. And those chapters are marked B2. For Book 2. And on the fiction page they should have a nifty little section with a different cover. That's what some of those weird cover chapters with images were about. Because: The beginning of book two is where all the "hey book one was published, and book two as well!" For those of you who got it the first time, this is for the people in the front who tuned out then went "hey! No one acts like MC!"

Correct. Book 2 is more cultivation and progression than litrpg. But this is a series. These things come and go and there's a ranking system. An actual ranking system within the system and depending on what you rank in, or with whom, you will have access to nifty stuff. Being the emperor's friend is much better than owning your own house. Because it's the emperor of the empire versus a piece of property somewhere within said empire.

-.-

We good? Cool. If not? I don't know what to tell you. I'm trying not to Chronicles of Riddick you. The second version. I'm all over the first one where you get to figure out the story yourself, not the extended versions where they have random chick in fur bikini tell you everything up front and keep repeating it over and over ruining every twist and turn. And then recapping to make sure you're not enjoying yourself.

ALL the spoilers. But not really, because these parts are already published.

For the entire fookin' published series. (Repeated for your enjoyment.) Posting this as a separate comment because it's not the first time I answered this, but people keep deleting their comments after I explain. (Repeated for your enjoyment.) I swear some of the reviews were written to help explain the things so people wouldn't be confused. And then there's another comment! That mysteriously disappears, 'cause fack all the time I spend answering and anyone else who might have the same question. And gonna make this a separate chapter, I suppose. (Repeated for your enjoyment.)

/Synopsis/Recap

Literally the leader of the empire goes, oh neat, there's another god tier person here. Then wtf is this because he doesn't understand wtf Kisandera is doing grooming and making silk and eating garbage. MC is ignorant of the way things work. Other people are taking advantage of that. Or they think it's just some OP treasure/bot with nonsensical, poorly programmed reactions.

I tried to make this clear without just saying it based on how other people aren't taking MC serious despite all the weird shit they can do. Their reactions and responses verbal and non-verbal. Fail, I guess. I even put it in the book description... WTF. Their attacks and the things they use the most keep updating and evolving. They keep unlocking new shit. They just don't get personalized notifications or know how to access the notification system, and then they lost permission to do it at will. I rambled about this. In book. Without the exact phrasing because MC doesn't know the shiz exists. You as the reader might, the other characters hint that they do, MC doesn't.

MC is literally that one person who plays a game, says it's garbage, doesn't know what they're doing, refuses to check the wiki because all the stuff should be in game already, lucks into some amazing bullshit, then you find out later they didn't know they could use a backpack. Or that there's a skill list. Or waypoints. Or a reputation shop. Or any of the things that make the game playable. Hell. A crafting interface.

MODESTY keeps telling them how much OP dragonshit they keep doing, tries to get over the envy, then tries to explain to Kisandera that there's a lot of stuff they need to pay attention to that they're not even looking at.

There's a tutorial. That's how everyone else knows this basic shit. Kisandera keeps timing out of it by SLEEPING while they cycle. The closed door cultivation is a thing. The gaining insight while meditating is a thing. Sometimes they stumble on new insights while rambling in their head, but there's a fully interactive world the triplets are getting access to and learning from that Kisandera is managing to avoid. The whole "we can see it when you see it" then kIsandera going wow, how are they learning all this shit? Then napping some more.

Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.

This is why the system is trolling them. It is personal.

At one point in time they learned how to silence the notifications or set them to important only. Then ignored them. On purpose. And called them annoying. Then started moping 'cause they didn't know how to get them back. They didn't mute them. They got turned off. They have to turn them back on again. They've barely got an understanding of how permissions work.

The miasma thing is a character alteration item with a 90% chance to pull a "wish granted". It's why people avoid the shit out of it. You want radiant skin? Congratulations, you're radioactive. When they (Kisandera) keep mutating it's because their idle thoughts of "I want to be able to do this turn" into "congrats, you've unlocked". There's a 10% chance you'll get what you want, and a 1% chance you'll get it the way you want it. Yes, this is a reference to loot boxes and shitty RNG when they lie about the chances of you getting a super rare item.

Back to MC doing something they've been doing and it suddenly changes. That's them unlocking a new version of the skill. And it takes them by surprise because they can't access notifications. Sometimes they remember, most of the time they just think it's a hiccup.

Miasma doesn't change skills, it only changes appearance. Dude wants tiger hands. Chance he'll just grow harder nails, chance he'll get human hands that look like tiger paws but aren't, chance his hands will get stronger and look tiger-y and be tiger-y, chance he'll actually get anthro tiger hands that are super awesome. Then he'll have access to developing tiger claw attacks, doesn't just give them. Miasma doesn't give him access to the skills. Having the claws and learning to use them will.

What else to rant about?

MC loses access to their logs but other people can still access them. The logs are there. Will always be there. Whether or not the Kisandera loses permission to go to them doesn't affect other people's permissions to access them. Back to trolly system thing. There is the option to just know what's in the logs versus searching for lines, or looking at spreadsheets, what? you can change view? even into lists?, but there's also the option to integrate the logs into memory. MC does this almost instinctively, bug instinct hack, with things they eat, hence gaining rip off spider abilities or dragon scale. MC could produce silk already, MC is a moth thing with hair and scales, eating them didn't unlock the skill so much as having the tools available already and learning a new way to use them. So could eat dragon, no scales? no dragon scale skills. Want breathe fire? No fire essence? no breathe fire for you!

MC started off with a spatial realm that they thought was just a spatial storage/bank, the box inventory interface was a display of what was in the space not the space itself. When they went into the outer space starry galaxy area and built a storage facility, that was them actually building into the spatial realm. Spatial realm is like the in game housing system where you take a portal to a private area you can customize. To a point. Kisandera uses essence and "materials" from things they've eaten. They can also make shit if they have the right materials for it. They can convert essence into materials. They can't make things without getting a certain amount of it and knowing what it is. So no meteor/star metal weapons just because. Funny thing is the tutorial had some bootleg copies to impress students with enough in all the tools gathered to actually make a nugget of star metal to start actually producing it but nobody knows that yet XD. Those flying black weapons that kisandera stole weren't just steel. They were just mostly steel. Which isn't all steel.

Exam spoilers!!

Inside the exam where there was a field of flowers that come from different places and have different elements and if you get too close or interact directly with them you get affected by them are gathering points for all the loot of all the students that died. The blue crystal kisandera found is concentrated Qi. Crystalized Qi. What from the people who dead and the plants. Cycles Qi in the area helping it be the psychotic mishmash it is without turning into a miasma dense hellscape. They find several jade stones. Storage stones, that are all the jade storages that were dumped during the exam. People with permission, instructors sent to retrieve so and so's storage because their clan/family paid for it to be returned, can break off pieces of it with storage intact. Kisandera wasn't supposed to be able to see the treasure piles and ends up just stealing them which increased their rank 'cause obviously they're not common to be able to pull that shit off. Yes, this will piss off a lot of people who will try to subtly make things worst for Kisandera.

Kisandera used a waypoint they didn't know about. The shortcut in the trap house? That's a maintenance tunnel to help reset the traps. Their OP void accessing permissions let them access spatial shit. Period. They have a built in master key/transport pass. Bug them knows this. They them do not. Bug them is a fookin' insect and unable to communicate other than to do or not do. Kisandera is an unobservant, non-animal friendly person who just goes, oh, ew, why'd I do that?

So, moving on...

This is a slice of life series. A long running, from birth to finish, (Godhood? You really think so?), story about a person who was reborn into a place they have no concept of. As far as everyone else in the world is concerned their lack of knowledge, or very specific limited knowledge, makes them a talking treasure. Not even an NPC. A chatty tool. The other characters aren't NPCs. The NPCs are the one-offs stuck in a loop. You will notice them if you're looking for them. They don't do much, are highly specialized, and they don't do much else. It's easy to know where they'll be and what they'll be doing. Some people will try to live that NPC life, merchants and cozy lovers, but then they get home and take the costume off. Am I going to tell you who they are? Nope. Can you guess? If you want. Will you be right? Sometimes. A routine doesn't equal a script. There's a difference.

Questions? Ask away. Just... Don't delete the comment after I answer because that gets rid of the answer, too. Other people might be stuck on the same question. Imagine a world without wikis and FAQs. And you will be the MC.

Repeated for your enjoyment.
