Tri; Fors’ Domain (26.05.9981 AS)
“So, you’re already back.” Fors said without turning his eyes from the papers in his hands.
“Yes, your holiness. I would have come earlier back, but I had to clear some things up first.” Yaru said with a smile on her face.
“… And how did it go?” Fors asked, pretending to be disinterested since he already knew the answer.
“It went pretty ok.” Yaru said, looking aimlessly around. “From what I could delude, everyone but Siegfried was innocent. That is, from what we could observe during the fights between them and my clan members.”
“Good, so what about this Siegfried did make him so special?” Fors said finally looking over towards were Yaru was standing.
“He did fight of two individuals on the verge of King Level with ease. Also the way he did cast his spells, were strange… Strange in a way that it didn’t seem like he wasted even a drop of mana while casting each spell, I have never witnessed a mortal with such control over his mana. Not even I, who has been learning under your care for almost ten thousand years haven’t managed such control over my mana while casting.” Yaru turned silent and looked at Fors.
“It felt like watching you, your holiness or others gods casting magic. I don’t know how else to describe it.”
“So, you’re saying that he was using divine magic?” Fors asked with a concerned voice.
“That I cannot confirm, once he used a mix of destruction magic and shadows magic, while casting a magic Dunkler Schatten, the Demon that reached Saint Level without the help of the Gods of old, and the former emperor of Umbra.”
“So, that Siegfried was such an existence, how interesting for that woman to send such a being in my realm…” Fors said, while pouring wine into his golden goblet.
“It doesn’t end there; he even managed to kill two of my most trusted aides during the mission.” Yaru said looking like she was regretting something. “At the end he used a strange magic I have never seen before to annihilate everything that was in his way, even himself.”
Fors looked concerned as he played with his grey beard. “… Truly a troublesome woman, imagine giving such a monster a few years more… All our plans here would be for naught… Such a being could have harmed us greatly… Oh, yeah, you did a great job, by disposing of him… Truly a terrific job…. If I could I would have revived your underlings that lost their lives, but unfortunately, not even I can bring back the dead back to live.”
“Just, having you consider it feels my heart with joy.” Yaru said and bowed deeply.
“Do you have anything else to report?”
“Well, thanks to the magic he used to take his life, we had a great scape goat to turn things in our way. All I had to do was to spread some little lies.”
“Some lies?” Fors asked as if he didn’t already know. He just wanted to hear it one more time, while his face started lighting up with bliss and pleasure.
“We put all the blame on Siegfried and put it as if he was just some mad man, trying to take as many lives as possible.” Yaru said while smiling happily. “Thanks to that, we were able to ban every produced crated by Siegfried Corp in Umbra!”

“Wonderfully!” Fors declared filled with joy.
“Unfortunately, the ban on his products didn’t go as expected, since those stupid mortals started creating similar products to the ones Siegfried had invented. Now we don’t only have one big company producing the Commus but hundreds.” Yaru said with a hate filled voice.
“That’s disappointing, but it takes a lot to convince people, that something as convenient as the Commu is evil and shouldn’t be used. It will be a pain, but we should start to get used to those things created by Siegfried and sometimes even use them to manipulate the masses.” Fors said, standing up and leaving the room.
Nocturnio (26.05.9981 AS)
“When do your finals start again?” Ai asked Tristan while playing with his long hair, having Tristan’s head resting on her lap.
“Dunno, don’t care.” Trsitan said in a carefree tone. “It’s not like I’m gonna fail, if I don’t study. And besides, hanging out with you is way more soothing.”
“Trist, please, take things more seriously, or else I’m gonna overtake and surpass you. I’m sure you wouldn’t like seeing me become stronger than you.” Ai said with a serious voice. “I still haven’t given up on my dreams of finding my parents once I’m strong enough, so I won’t stop now, just because you lost your interest in training and learning spells.”
“Don’t mind me, I’m rooting for you... But you know once you marry me, you won’t need to do any training anymore. We could spend our money investigating your origins and spent our time in more enjoyable ways.”
“It’s reassuring to hear, that you support me so much, but I want to achieve this with my own power, by climbing up the ladder by myself… I don’t mind having you standing beside me, while I do that.” Ai said and stopped playing with Tristan’s hairs while blushing a little, slowly lowering her head until her lips united with Tristan’s.
“If you don’t want to use the money… I don’t know what to use it for… It’s not like we’ll ever run out of it, you know, I inherited so much from my stepmom, I won’t have to work, like in forever, also I still get the royalties from the Mitternacht that is managed by the Schattenclan now.” Tristan explained in a dry voice.
“We could use that money for once I managed to find my real parents… You know after finding my own family, I wouldn’t mind creating an own family… with you….” Ai said and blushed a little.
“Well, that’s a good way of spending money! I want six!” Tristan said in a childish voice. “Three girls as pretty as her mother and three boys as handsome as me, doesn’t that sound fun?”
“Actually, Sister Lily, the one leading the orphanage back in terra said it’s quite painful to bear children, so if you don’t mind, I only want two.” Ai said blushing even more.
“Boo, rejected! Imagine if we had six children, we could start doing the first one right now!” Tristan retorted in a convinced tone.
“Ehhhh…” Ai blushed even more. “… Sister Lily also always said that making babies, is something you do, once you’ve married! So no babies making until we marry! And no marriage, before I fulfill my dream.”
“You, sure like saying no, today. Whoever that sister Lily is, I don’t like her… Now I’m sad!” Tristan said in a comical tone. “Do I at least get another kiss?”
Ai who kept blushing, while they were talking over their future, finally reached tomato levels of red, if one watched properly one could even see fume ascend from her head. Still, she once again lowered head, so their lips would unite once again.

“Boo, I totally disapprove of that pairing!” Bella screamed at her mirror, where she was following the scene of Tristan and Ai planning their futures together. “How can, he? How am I supposed to keep controlling that other brat, if this one is triggering the wrong flags to not end up with best girl?!”
Bella looked annoyed at the mirror, as she didn’t notice the door of her room opening. “And he’s way too young, he shouldn’t be thinking about marrying yet! Doesn’t he know that over 99% of the relationships during high school fail-”
“Who doesn’t know that?” Clair said in genuine bewilderment.
With one snap of her fingers Bella dissolved the magic, that was showing her the scene in Nocturnio. “Nothing, darling, it’s just a soap opera I was quite hooked on… Unfortunately the main character chose the wrong girl, and now it’s not worth watching anymore…” Bella said while waving with her hands.
“If you say so… But what is a soap opera?” Clair asked confused.
**Sigh** Bella face palmed.
