I feel dizzy and disoriented, all while my strength leaves my body. My vision gets blurry for a second, and just before I know it, I've lost my prisoner, and a thick fog surrounds me. I don't understand what is happening. All I know is that I really want to nap right now.
Since I didn't feel like fighting my desire to nap, I soon sat down next to a tree and started falling asleep, all while my strenght was reduced by a lot. Why did I have to bring that guy into the mansion to begin with? I don't remember why I had to turn him in; it doesn't matter now I've lost them.
I feel so weak, so ready to fall asleep and slumber for who knows how long. My body feels so light I can't breathe. Wait, I can't breathe? I open my eyes from the little blink I made just to find myself at the bottom of a coral reef surrounded by water as I quickly run out of breath.
"GUUUURURU!" I try to scream, only causing my airways to be filled with water even more; the choking sensation of the water gushing inside my lungs feels horrible as my body spasms, gasping for air all while sinking into the bottom of the ocean floor.
The water soon filled my lungs entirely, and my body stopped moving while I felt my heart slowly stopping, but I could still think. The crown is what eventually saves me as it rushes my body out into the top layer of the ocean, forcing me to breathe by using some of its power to push out the water and force in some air.
"AHHGGGG!" I gasp for air once again as vast waves of ocean water crash all around me like they are trying to drown me again, and then I feel it; something grabs my leg and pulls me down to the bottom of the ocean again at a tremendous amount of speed.
In my desperation, I started trashing around until I managed to escape the thing that grabbed my leg, which looked like a weird humanoid lizardman with horrid looks. Its body reminded me of the ones I saw back then when the witch kingdom got destroyed, but this one was somehow uglier.
Running out of air again, I use my spatial hooks, which thankfully work, meaning this couldn't be an illusion, but how had I arrived in the middle of the ocean? I soon make my way to the top of the ocean water with the help of spatial hooks, and this time, I go further up until I crash with some sort of invisible barrier just 30 meters into the sky.
Panic rushes all over me while my body trembles, thanks to the cold breeze not feeling so good after being inside freezing water for that long. The skies get even darker as deep gray clouds start manifesting all over, with thunderbolts and strikes happening all over the ocean.
The lizardman soon jumps right before me while pulling out its tongue and giving me the middle finger, which only serves to confuse me even more. How had I even got here?! Did I even have enough MP to travel outside this ocean!? My Spatial hooks cover great distances, but I can't use them indefinitely.
The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement.
Was the plan just to leave me stranded out here!? Was this another illusion spell!? Why was the crown unable to show itself? Anytime I tried to call upon the crown, this one would just glitch out like it couldn't break through some sort of barrier, and neither could my holy power. Only my dark power was available.
"I am surprised you're able to use magic at all. You're inside my magicule barrier, there shouldn't be any magicules available to use, but you somehow can. How odd." A global voice from every angle soon reveals why I couldn't use holy magic nor the crown could since they both probably relied on magicules while dark power depends on the reserves my body absorbs.
"Is this an illusion!?" I ask back to the voice, but this one just laughs maniacally, this time with the lizardman showing itself. The guy simply chooses to show me his domain over water as he rides an artificial torrent of water all up to my level.
"No, this is real. You're quite cute. I would love to make you my pet, but I have to kill you; what a shame." The guy says. All the while, I feel real fear when I see the man's eyes filled with nothing but endless emptiness. The stare of a pure psychopathic killer terrified me so much that I froze while the lizard man touched my face.
The lizardman's skin gleans a deep red color as my fear travels from me to him, clearly making him happy. He smiles. "Your fear has a great taste; it's like no other. I don't feel like ending this before I savor all that fear!" The lizardman says, followed by him throwing me against the ocean again, this time not even my spatial hooks work.
Yet, as soon as my body touches the water, the entire place changes again. This time, we are back on solid ground, but it is somehow more scary than the ocean as thousands of mirrors appear before me, reflecting my shadow and body all over the place.
The mirrors don't last long, however, as they get murky and, over time, change entirely to transform into old ancient walls like those from some ruins. {Bull noises followed by angry stomping} What the heck was that? I ask myself while looking around me, not being able to see much, thanks to the poorly illuminated room.
"MOOO!" An angry Minotaur runs out of nowhere toward me, and I again freeze, letting the bull run me over as it charges my way. The impact from the Minotaur's charge sends me flying across the room until my body crashes against one of the walls. {Minotaur angry noises}
Was this for real? Was I really that much of a threat to these people that they would be so insistent on killing me? Now, I had to become stronger and defeat them once and for all to show them why they had to rush me while I was still weak.
"AHHHHHHH! Come on, you son of a bitch! Dark sword and shield!" With my motivation recovered, I now choose to charge against the Minotaur, who also charges against me until I pull out one of the dirty tricks against it, taking it by surprise. "Full counter!" The Minotaur is the one who is sent flying this time, finally allowing me to be cocky against my enemy.
"You think you can win!? I will get out here and turn you into a delicious lizard stew! Who sent you!?" I ask while slowly walking toward the Minotaur, who tries to attack me again just to receive its own attack thrown back at it again, keeping him on the ground.
"The last person who used a full counter was a despicable tyrant who ruled before Claudia; that's why you must die! You're too much like the first Queen! You can't be allowed to mature!"
