"A darkness user?" I'm utterly confused and don't know how to react to the Queen's words. On the one hand, it sounded like I was one of a kind, but judging by my mother's expression, I felt that being unique would make my life more challenging.
"To be honest with you, kid, I don't think we have any magical academy capable of teaching you how to use magic. I only have but one book that somewhat vaguely describes your magic. That's all I can offer since you can't attend a magical academy." The Queen lightly pads my hair as she explains my situation.
"How will she be able to work? Mother of all! Please, you have to let them into a magical academy!" Okina pleaded with all her might, but it seemed like the Queen wasn't preventing me from going to a magical academy because she wanted to be evil but because she appeared to know more than us.
"Fine, you can try to send her to a magical academy, but her teachers will eventually reach the same conclusion. You know how it all works, Okina. The child would need another dark magic user to learn from, and since there are none, there's simply no teacher capable of understanding her power."
The Queen made a lot of sense. If magic worked like languages, how would I learn from another unknown language? I wouldn't be able to, and by definition, neither would my teachers understand me since we couldn't properly communicate. I guess I would have to learn independently by the sound of it all.
"Am I screwed?" I ask the Queen directly, who laughs and giggles at my words. At least her reaction gave me a little confidence I could make it.
"No, no, dear. You'll be fine; many people in the world live without magical powers at all. By comparison, at least you can access a very "special" kind. You are much better than them, and they all live fine. You'll be just fine." Her answer made me feel better, and she was right.
What entitled me to complain about a strange type of magic that nobody knows of? At least I know I have magical powers and am alive and healthy. What else could I want? I'm alive and well in a land with two lovely mothers while I live in a new fantasy world.
I had it much better in this life by not being in the middle of a war. I was able to eat delicious food, enjoy peace, and was able to sleep deep and sound without fear of being shelled to death by the enemy in the middle of the night. What else could be better?

"Thank you, Mother of everything; we'll leave now." Mother Okina soon tries to snatch me from the Queen's arms, but the Queen doesn't let me go as quickly as I thought she would.
"Hold on, hold on. I wanted to do one last thing for this child before you left. Since you can't learn magic like everyone else, I want to give you a small blessing on my part." The Queen was offering me her blessing? Wasn't that a bit too much? Even in my world, being recognized or blessed by royalty would be an honor.
A small gasp leaves my mother's mouth as she lets the Queen do what she wants to with me. "Thank you!" Okina exclaims as she drops to her knees to praise the Queen again. I also say a warm "Thank you" to the Queen as she puts her hand over my head, gripping it with immense strength and pressure.
"I, Klaudia, the second! Command the Earth! Command the heavens! Bless my target with the blessing of our beloved goddess, who stands above all else! Andromeda's Blessing!" An intense pressure soon arrives all over my body, filling me with a tremendous amount of strange energy that almost overwhelms me.
The pressure makes my entire body shrivel as the blessing covers me entirely in a strange green light for a few seconds that felt like entire minutes as I tried to resist not passing out. My chest and my whole body felt thigh, but not in a bad way.

Holy crap! I wanted to scream with happiness after seeing how much stuff I had gotten with a single blessing from the Queen. I didn't understand anything the voice had mentioned I gained, but all the plus this and plus that notifications were definitely sound, right?
"That should help you out a little. You can try to learn from your mother, Okina, but I would say that letting you do your own thing is the best way for you to learn. No one knows how your magic works, so don't feel bad if nobody else gets your methods. You just try and experiment, alright?"
The Queen gives me more advice, and I pay her ultimate attention as not listening to a professional's tips is a mistake. If there was anyone I could trust, it was the Queen; if she said I could do amazing things if I wanted to, then who else could tell me otherwise? Adults don't lie!
"I'll try my best!" I reassured the Queen like she wanted me to, and we soon left her office. My mother was a bit sad but tried not to look like it. I could still tell she wasn't pleased, though I had seen that face before in my father.
[Inside the Queen's office]
"Matilda, please keep an eye on that child. Protect them with your life if necessary." The Queen orders one of her shadows to look after the "Dark magic" kid she had just appraised and blessed.
"Mam, any reason for it?" Her shadow asked her with a suspicious tone as the Queen laughed somewhat demonically.
"She could be our way to defeat that ridiculous Anti-magic clan. If the legends are right. Dark magic is capable of nullifying that "Anti-Magic" power."
