John Hell was the child of Samantha Hell and Todd Hell. They had gotten married very soon after meeting one another.
Todd himself had no memories of the 'drug trial'. What he remembered was finding Samantha wandering alone and helping her. They soon fell in love.
When Samantha shook John's hand. She was actually sucked into part of his Paradise. John used Reversed Infinite Mind on her for a few years while her body followed his instructions.
When she woke up in the hospital. It was like waking up from a dream. She quickly forgot most of her experiences. Even meeting John himself was a forgotten fragment.
John didn't cheat them out of the money though. A mysterious relative on Todd's side of the family who was thought to have died sent the money to them as a gift once they were married.
Todd tried to thank this relative. But it seemed as if he vanished into thin air after that night.
Using this gift. They were able to live quite carefree and find proper jobs.
Both of their sons were also geniuses! They easily grasped knowledge like sponges and skipped multiple grades.

John Hell's POV:
John was busy reading... when the all familiar portal opened up.
"Destinatus!"
This was a familiar scene to John Hell. When he was a few years old... as long as he could remember. He would be visited randomly by this imaginary friend of his.
He had perfect memory and learned lifetimes worth of knowledge from this friend of his. He saw him as a spiritual guardian.
That wasn't the only one to visit him either. Sometimes he was visited by a man in a black suit. He was called Sutanides.
John was told by his parents that he had a very powerful imagination. It even seemed as strong as an hallucination. As the 'imaginery friend' interacted with objects and did impossible things.
John was quite used to this though and wasn't surprised at all.
He was considered a genius by his family. But he really felt that it was all thanks to his friend. But since his mind fabricated this entity. The knowledge it taught him really came from himself.
It was a little paradoxical.
Destinatus ruffled his hair as he asked:
"How goes your training? How is school?"
"I still haven't been able to create spiritual energy. I don't think it is real. But my studies are going well. I have looked into your theories of 'nanites'. I think it has more applications then the fantastical 'spiritual energy'. But creating a self replicating machine at such a small scale can't be done on a whim."
John Hell was only 10 years old! But he was in college and had published a few theories that had completely shaken the world.
"Let me show you my progress on the brain chip."
John stood up and went to his bookshelf. He moved it to the side and revealed a hidden compartment. He pulled out blueprints and showed what he was working on to Destinatus. Computers were quite popular in this world. But John was paranoid with what he released to the world. So he kept physical files over digital when working on secret projects.
"This is the A.I Chip you mentioned before. It is too dangerous to perform surgery on the brain without causing damage. So I made this method."
Destinatus looked interested.
"The chip is actually a serum that is injected into the brain while the baby is still a fetus. It then grows and develops with the brain. It looks less like a chip and more like a fungus. But it should greatly enhance the brain."
A case of literary theft: this tale is not rightfully on Amazon; if you see it, report the violation.
Destinatus patted John.
"Well done. But I'm here for something more important!"
John immediately looked serious.
As long as he could remember. Destinatus had always done things in his best interest. He even trained him and taught him how to defend himself.
"What is it?"
"Immortality!"
John became quite excited.
"You figured it out!?"
"Indeed."
Destinatus tapped John's head.
John found himself staring at an eldritch entity. He had eight arms, was holding a blackhole within two of them. There was a black and white sphere rotating around his head.
His size made John look like a speck of dust in comparison.
John didn't become scared. This wasn't the first time he had been here.
"My imaginary Paradise!"
The entity looked down at him and a mouth was ripped open in a smile.
The eyes looked like portals.
It then spoke:
"Are you willing to become immortal?"
John didn't hesitate! He had studied science to try to find a method to become immortal.
"Yes!"
"Are you willing to discard your mortal coil? Are you willing to betray your race? To become a part of the origin race?"
"Betray my race?... Hahaha."
John never saw himself as a mere human. He had been trained by his imaginary friend and his mentality was different then that of an ordinary child.
"Origin race? How interesting. I am willing!"
"Very well... But things won't be easy."
"The Origin Race has the ability to respawn. But they respawn in a location where the data universe used to be."
John didn't know what this entity was talking about. But he hanged on to every word.
"If you want to change races... you will have to die."
"You will become the first half-breed."
"Half human and half origin race."
"I look forward to your progress!"
John bowed towards the entity and then opened his eyes. He was sitting in his chair. It was as if none of that had happened at all. But he was quite used to such scenes.
With every beat of his heart. Spiritual energy was flowing through his body.
"This...!?"
"Spiritual energy!"
It was an incredibly small amount. There was also a barrier over John's body preventing it from leaking out.
John hadn't gone through the trial yet.
"It is real..."
A fire was lit in his soul.
"Nanites! Wormholes! Portals! Immortality! I'll be the first to create them..."
John thought back to Destinatus.
"I suppose you are more then an imaginary friend..."

Du Hell's POV:
I was reading a book when I heard a knock on my door.
I open it and it is John.
"Did he visit you?"
"I keep telling you! They aren't real!"
"This time... I've acquired something supernatural!"
"...Really?"
"Can't you feel the spirtiual energy in my body?"
"...Stop speaking in nonsense. Spiritual energy? That's whacky nonsense!"
John sighed and left.
----------------------------------------
John had long acquired everything he needed from 'John Hell'. The plan to acquire an identity went quite smoothly. John Hell was also well known in the scientific community and was seen as a prodigy with unlimited potential.
His ideas and applications of them were ahead of the world by centuries. Yet, he was only 10 years old! John had taught 'John Hell' a lot of curriculum from the godkiller race. He had an unfair starting point compared to other kids.
Du Hell was also seen as a genius. But he remained in the realm of ordinary geniuses. John Hell was seen as a monstrous genius.
John now had a valid starting point. There were a few things he acquired from doing this. Firstly, he got the brand on his wrist that linked back to his identity.
Li Du was a nascent soul which was actually rather high on the totem pole for cultivators. He had a variety of techniques. He could easily adjust his facial muscles and disguise himself to match Du.
John Hell and Du Hell were twins and looked exactly the same.
John himself was no cultivator. But he truthfully destroyed his body each time he teleported. He could quite easily make his body match the identity he had created.
But he planned to wait a few more years. He was also in the middle of developing a technique that could control the current 'John Hell' like a puppet. Things would do better under scrutiny if he did this.
There was some close calls and flaws in his plans. The government had decided to make a DNA scanner for security purposes versus using the coded tattoos on a persons wrist.
John Hell actually was the one to influence this practice. His 'imaginary friend' told him to deal with it. What could a kid do?
Quite a lot as a genius! John Hell copied some of Destinatu's methods. He created a serum that could optimize a persons genes.
He called this 'evolution serum'.
It changed the foundation of a persons genes. This made the governments plans to implement security checks based on DNA outdated.
But they were quite wary about the side effects of such a drug. So it would take a few years of trials to see if it was safe. But in reality. The rich wanted to make this exceedinly expensive.
They had already used this evolution serum on themselves!
The average lifespan was originally 110 years with the advancements of technology. With this serum alone. Without any enhancements to the organs or replacements of the bodies systems. Someone could live for 200+ years!
John casually took out this technology. As the difference between 110 and 200 was nothing in his eyes. But to the rich. It was like another life!
"I'll allow you to climb to the top of the technological tree. But everything has a price!"
John was like a farmer planting seeds... one day he would 'harvest' humanity.
John himself was looking for inspiration. He figured that if he leaked some big secrets. Humanity might surprise him one day.
