9 AM
Ragdan was running with all his might. But age was getting the better of him and his weak body. Dimitri pulled out his gun and shot. The bullet hit Ragdan’s leg and he fell to the ground in vain.
“Gah, what the hell!” yelled Ragdan with immense anger.
“Such a waste of time and effort. And now you’re wounded. This is all your fault, mist trader!” said Kyong as he approached the man.
“Y-you shot me, you assholes!” yelled Ragdan.
“Indeed we did. But we’re the police, so what we do is justified.” said Kyong, sitting down to face Ragdan with his creepy dark eyes.
“You’re the illegal gun trader, aren’t ya?” asked Kyong.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” said Ragdan with a shaky voice.
“Hoo boy. Carry him to the car, we’re gonna have a little talk.” said Kyong.
Kyong looked around his surroundings carefully. There were a few people in the distance, clearly witnessed the chase. Kyong knows that certain convenience stores also contain security cameras outside of their doors. But it didn’t matter.
The man was put into the prisoner’s van. And inside the van Kyong ordered Dimitri to snap his finger. When his index finger was snapped Ragdan yelled out madly. The tip of his finger now turned towards him.
“Alright, alright! I’m the mist trader. You crazy bastards!” said the man.
“Haha, no pain tolerance, that’s good. We wouldn’t want to mess up your limbs too much. We’re just trying to reach the truth. By any means necessary.” said Kyong with a smirk.
“What do you want?!” yelled Ragdan.
“You got a gun from this person, right?” said Kyong as he showed him the photo of Herald and continued asking “Who did you give the gun to?”
“I-It…it was a long time ago.” said Ragdan.
“Dig your memories unless you wanna lose your fingers!” said Kyong.
“Aah! Okay, okay. Just give me a sec! Ughh, I remember. It was a tall long black haired garid like man. Big nose, Had a tattoo of a sun with a crown on his neck, paid me in pure cash” said Ragdan.
Kyong’s eyes widened and he said “Well, that is certainly interesting. But it would be nicer if you gave us some names!”
“Ahh, I’m sorry. One policy I follow is that I don’t ask customers any names!” yelled Ragdan.
“Will you be able to identify the culprit if we bring him to you?” asked Kyong eagerly.
“Yes, yes!” said Ragdan.
“Good. You’re an understanding fellow. But unfortunately, illegal arm deals are a crime. You’re going to jail. Probably gonna rot for good 20 years.” said Kyong.

“No, please. Anything but that!” said Ragdan.
“Yes, I am an understanding humble man. I can simply write you out of the case, if I wanted to. You’re just a simple illegal arm dealer after all. But doing so would be untruthful. It’s against the way of the police. But everything has its price. Even a lie could transform to be the truth with a fair share of price.” said Kyong.
“D-Do you want money? I have money.” said Ragdan happily.
“Yes, but it will be expensive.” said Kyong with a smirk.

11 AM
Hellen, Fushichin, Galtomor, Joey arrived and entered inside the Konoko resort.
“Welcome!” said the waitress at the front door.
Galtomor showed her his badge and said “We’re here to meet your manager.”
The waitress’s eyes widened and she quickly nodded and said “Yes, Yes, come follow me.”
The three of them entered the manager’s office. A short, round man was sitting behind the chair.
“Yes, how could I help you?” asked the manager with a wide smile.
“We’re detectives investigating a missing gun that one of our colleagues held. If we remember right, there should be a security camera around the entrance of the female changing room? The gun went missing, likely inside the changing room so we need that.” said Hellen calmly.
The man’s face became shocked and scared.
“Oh, yes yes. We have the security camera footage right here actually.” said the manager and pressed on a button on his desk.
Quickly a middle aged woman wearing glasses arrived.
“Momo, could you play the security footage of the women’s hallway? The cops here would like to investigate it.” said the manager urgently.
The woman nodded and the tv was turned on.
“We’re looking for the events that happened on August 5th Friday. 18-20 pm.” said Hellen.
Momo reversed the footage and searched for the date and immediately found it.
It was the footage of the entrance leading to the women’s hot spring. The hallway was a bit crowded. However most of the people seem to be using the bathroom and not necessarily the changing room for the hot spring.
18:40 - Hellen, Hui Ying, Juniper appeared on the footage. Hellen seems to be talking to Hui Ying while Juniper listens to them. The three of them slowly walked and entered the changing room. Right afterwards Betty and Naran the L5 Squad detectives entered as well as the middle aged lady. Soon a fancy red kimono wearing lady walked elegantly and entered the changing room at 18:45.
19:20 - The fancy red kimono lady went out of the room and walked past the camera. As Hui Ying had mentioned the woman did have paint all over her face. Or rather, it was just a guess as the woman held her sleeves above her eyes, almost as if she hit her head. The camera still showed that the woman had painted her cheeks and nose with a white paint. Her lips however were crimson red.
19:40 - Afterwards the middle aged lady exited.
19:50 - Then Naran and Betty exited
19:55 - Hellen exited.
20:10 - Then finally Juniper and Hui Ying exited the changing room.
“As you can see, the women are protected from being spied on by creeps. The camera is doing its job well.” said the manager with a smile.
But the manager’s eyes became a bit vary and asked “Are you cops investigating amongst your people? Cause miss umm,”
“Hellen” said Hellen.
“Yes, you just appeared on the footage. I’m no expert but it does feel weird for suspects to investigate themselves?” asked the manager.
“Ugh, let’s not worry about that.” said Hellen awkwardly.
“Yeah, if she tries to pull anything funny, I’ll be there to cuff her up.” said Fushichin happily as he wrapped his arm around her neck.
“Let me go or I’m gonna punch you!” said Hellen aggressively.
Fushichin jumped away with a grin.
“That was quite helpful. Thank you for your cooperation.” said Galtomor.
They all exited the room. Before going to investigate the apartment they decided to search through the resort, see if they would find anything useful. On their way they encountered a map of the resort on the wall of the entrance hall. They took a picture of it.
