Ch 41.5 – Hellen’s research

Hellen opened the door to her apartment and entered. From the kitchen a small middle aged lady walked out. It was her mom, Nelly Howard.

“Welcome back home, dearie” said Nelly and kissed on Hellen’s cheeks.

Hellen entered her own room, put the small bag she carried onto the chair and lay on the bed face up.

“Hey, where is my glasses?” asked the man’s voice from the other room. It was Hellen’s dad, Vlant Howard’s voice.

“Oh don’t ask me that! I told you to put it where it belong.s” said Nelly with irritation.

Howsoever Hellen tried, she failed to let go of the sorrowful events that happened at work. But she hated doing nothing so she pulled herself up from bed and started changing her clothes.

After dinner, Hellen opened up her pc and started searching through the Btube videos for interesting things to watch. But it was all just useless nonsense. But she stumbled upon a video of a streamer, she was a politician. Hellen watched her videos before. She was definitely someone who had very interesting views on many subject matters.

Hellen watched quite a few of her videos and made a few notes and bookmarked some of her videos.

Layla was confident that she was one of the strongest candidates in the democratic party. The contention between the traditionalist party, the tradesmen party was always tough. In recent years, the democratic party received a lot of votes and Layla thinks it’s thanks to her. Oddly enough Hellen did her own research on this and she somewhat agreed, although a party was always made of people, not just one person, Hellen thought.

Layla wanted to legalize drugs while also encouraging various psychological therapies as an alternative to drugs. She thinks there are too many people who are needlessly in jail. She supports gay, bi, trans rights while also advocating for the legalization of polygamous and polyandrous marriages.

She wants every religious organization to pay taxes like any other regular businesses without being exempted. Layla has often made fun of religions during her stream and videos. She and her party wants the subject of religious doctrine studies to be removed from elementary and middle schools as she deemed the subject to be unconstitutional, scientifically useless and was there to warp children’s world view.

She is also an advocate of direct democracy and has created a system called cyber democracy in which citizens will be able to vote from the internet and be able to change their votes at any time.

In terms of gun control she thinks there should be fewer guns in the country and better tests and jurisdiction is needed to make sure only responsible citizens own guns. She thinks the police force needs reform and constant surveillance from third parties or the citizens themselves through live cam footage may be necessary to lessen the corruption of the police.

The story has been illicitly taken; should you find it on Amazon, report the infringement.

Tired of watching her videos, Hellen turned to something else. She was reminded of Fushichin and Salim’s argument. From her research she learned a lot about the religion of Hinokaiser.

“Origin of Hinokaiser:

The religion of Hinokaiser was originally called the religion of Lasarlah. But the religion of Lasarlah had divided into different sects due to differing ideologies in religion. The most popular sects were called the 20 flame path. Before the Batgarid calendar, 6 large countries all worshiped the religion of Lasarlah and was known as the flame union. But after their loss in world war 1 against the Batgarid army, their religion has been transformed and became the religion of Hinokaiser. Hinokaiser’s beliefs are very similar to that of Lasarlah. But Lasarlah openly permitted and encouraged fighting and killing for their religion. Meanwhile, the religion of Hinokaiser strictly forbids killing of another individual but still demands that worshippers be loyal only to the religion of Hinokaiser just like Lasarlah. People who worship the religion of Hinokaiser are also often taught non lethal forms of self defense by their community.

The ten commandments of Hinokaiser are the following:

Mustn’t lose trust in the Holy Hinokaiser.

Mustn’t worship false idols,

Mustn’t commit adultery.

Mustn’t commit homosexuality, beastiality, incest.

Mustn’t commit theft or murder.

Mustn’t kill or eat elephants.

There are many other understandings and rules the religion provides but depending on the interpretation those rules and understanding can differ. Which is why there are many sects of Hinokaiser as well.

Order of Domurhaul is a religious scripture Hinokaiser worshippers follow. It contains many different stories of Hinokaiser fighting and destroying the wickedness of the night as well as the journeys of Hinokaiser’s prophets. The most iconic Hinokaiser speech was given out at the city of Domurhaul and the commandments were given to humanity then so the entire scripture was named the Order of Domurhaul.

Proof of a loyal follower:

Followers do various different rituals and actions to prove their loyalty to the religion in front of the pope. When they entered the religion they swear in front of the statue of the sun dragon. Furthermore a follower can get a tattoo on a part of their body(mostly arm, shoulder or neck) that showcases a symbol of the sun with a crown on it to give further proof that they are part of the religion. Those who have this tattoo can show it to the Church and get free meals from the Church daily.

Massacre at Kialsham

Ten years ago astrologists gathered at a company called Kialsham and talked about their research on observing the sun and how using their solar telescope they were able to know what the insides of the sun looked like which contradicted the religiously followed notion of Hinokaiser being inside the sun. During their 3rd day of gathering and lecture at Kialsham someone with an automatic gun fired towards the scientists, killing 5 and injuring 3.

It was later found out that the attacker worshiped the religion of Hinokaiser. There were many who accused the religion itself but the pope and the worshippers of the religion were quick to point out that the religion of Hinokaiser strictly believes that killing is a sin.

“Hmm, so that’s what Fushichin was talking about huh.” mumbled Hellen.
