Chapter 255 | A long night

| A long night |

And the night just started.

The sex made both of them quite exhausted, but at the same time, they were both excited.

“I wish we didn’t have to go to their premiere. Jeff had done nothing but things that just made it worse for us…” Raelynn said with a tired tone.

Ian chuckled.

“You were almost ready for the party, though. Weren’t you doing your face?”

“Yeah, then you decided to do my face…”

Rae said back and stood up.

Ian smirked seeing how hard it was for Raelynn just to wake up. The session sure left a prominent mark on her body.

“I had many plans for the night, though,” Ian said aloud after her. She peeked in from the bathroom door and winked.

“Laters, baby!”

She went back in so that she could get ready to walk elegantly to the grand premiere of ‘JUSTICE’, a movie that was being premiered by Goofy.

Justice was promoted as a movie that was made to symbolise the importance of the life of a soldier. The main character who signed up for the army got enlisted when he was nineteen, and after that, the movie continues as he finds himself in situations that made him rethink the major life decision that he made which brought all those situations to him, all together.

The end of the movie was a mystery to everyone because it was promoted to enhance curiosity and make people want to watch it for the marvellous movie-making which was shown in the movie trailer.

The trailer was released at the same time Ian and the team Renner were busy shooting back to back. The hype was huge, and it was almost as if everyone in the industry was waiting for the movie’s release.

To make things much better for Goofy, the main character was played by Justin Husk, an A-lister who had won two Oscars and several other awards for his multiple appearances in great movies that were released during his acting twelve years in the industry.

Ian sat in his bed knowing one hour is all it takes for him to get ready, unlike the person who occupied the bathroom and was showering to get ready for the premiere.

“Wake me up when you come out!” Ian called out to Rae and pulled the pillow over his head.

“Alright!”

Ian was waiting downstairs as usual until Raelynn was done with her ‘finishing’ touches for the night.

The truth was, Ian started getting ready before Raelynn, and as usual, the latter needed more mirror time.

Ian was in a three-piece. His hair was gelled and combed to the side. Face neatly shaved. He was looking gorgeous as ever.

Ian scrolled through his Nwitter, as he saw celebrities already posting themselves in different, elegant clothes. One way of hyping up the already hyped media was when PR teams of celebrities go to extremes with their looks on occasions like movie premieres.

While scrolling his finger stopped on astounding-looking Scarlett Johnson, who had worn a silver dress with a slit that stopped at her thighs.

A smile appeared on his face as he looked at the image.

The post was two minutes ago, and the comments were already flooding with how gorgeous she looked, and many other fans were obsessed over her look.

A female voice clearing her throat distracted Ian from the attention he was giving his phone. He immediately looked up to see who it was; It was Raelynn.

Raelynn was wearing a big smile, and her tight dress too had a slit on the leg that went up to her thigh. The black dress was glittery. Her hair was loosely put down, and her make-up was bold enough for Ian to gape when she walked downstairs.

“Fuck…” Ian whispered under his breath.

Raelynn walked towards him seductively, and smiled, looking up at him. “Is it too easy to make the director’s heart skip a beat?” she asked in a low voice.

Ian narrowed his eyes down at him.

“Unless you want me to get that dress off of your pretty body, keep that mouth shut. Or else, I’m sure I know what your mouth will be better off doing…”

Raelynn’s eyes widened.

“Hey!” she swatted his arm.

“Don’t play games you can’t end, babe. You look fucking sumptuous. Ah!”

Ian kissed the side of her head.

“I’m getting so good with make-up. Let’s go now! I saw celebrities already on the red carpet!”

She said while dragging his arm while they both walked out of the mansion, hand in hand.

THORN HILL THEATER

“Hello there! Movie fans! It has been such a wonderful pleasure being here with all the stars swooning over the red carpet every second! As I’m talking, we can see Jeff Sanson and her wife walking down the red carpet! With that being said, the expectations for Justice are already high! Everyone is expecting Justice to be a revolutionary video!~”

The woman who held a microphone in her hand continued to talk to the camera. Many other reporters were around her and were saying things continuously to the cameras.

Several feet away from the reporters, who were continuously trying to grab the attention of every famous person who walked past them, Jeff was approaching the side of the reporters.

“~Jeff Sanson, everyone. May I have a word?” The woman who had very bright make-up questioned Jeff, while his wife silently walked away from the entire media OP situation.

“Hello there! How are you?” Jeff asked the woman.

“I’m good, thank you. Wow, you’re kind-” A light chuckle passed between the two people. “Jeff, you wrote the script and according to the rumours, which hasn’t been proven yet, and we’re about to, is this an idea you’ve been working on for the past five years?” she asked.

A surprised look took over Jeff’s expression.

“I wonder how you even knew about that! To be honest, it’s correct. I’ve worked on many scripts that were written by many wonderful scriptwriters. And to think that I’ve had the time and opportunity to tell the story which brought me to the industry, it’s been amazing!” Jeff said with a huge smile.

“What do you mean by the story that brought you here?”

The reporter pushed his answer further.

“What I meant was that I’ve had this idea since I was nineteen. This was inspired by War and Life, which was released in 2001, by Mr. Toy Singer. I was a huge fan of his back then. After watching the movie, I got the idea and then with time, I got into the industry. Understanding the technicalities of a movie isn’t an easy task! But here I’m. I welcome you all to watch JUSTICE and share how you felt during the movie, with the world!” He said and the reporter shook her head from side to side.

“That’s amazing. Mind to say a word about the cast and the crew?”

Jeff nodded. “Of course. Without them, the movie would be nowhere. Special thanks to Justin Husk. Man gave a whole new meaning to my movie, and I can’t forget how helpful everyone was! Just wonderful!”

“Thank you so much, Mr. Sanson!”

“Alright.”

“It’s truly inspirational. This reminds me that many directors and actors who are in really successful places right now have these sorts of amazing stories that are truly an inspiration to everyone out there! With that being said, we see Ian Renner walking with Raelynn Sawyer! Not to mention, this is not their first appearance as a couple to a premiere! Are they dating?!”

The interviewer closed her mouth with her hand, doing a dramatic expression for the camera.

As she was trying to get Ian to give an interview, Ian Renner and Raelynn walked while waving at the crowd.

They stood side by side for the photographs. After getting a couple of photographs, they both had their share of individual photographs to the media.

“Ian, look here!”

“Stunning!”

“Can you wave?!”

“A little to the right!”

“Oh my god! Hi!”

“Look here!”

“Raelynn!”

The photographers kept yelling their names and saying things that encouraged Ian and Raelynn to give more pleasant smiles to the cameras. The flashes went on and off as the cameras blinked.

“I already feel like this is going to be a long night!” The reporter said looking at the camera while in the background, Ian and Raelynn smiled for the photographs.
