‘Endlessness’ and ‘Inevitability’....
Levi gnashed his teeth as he felt his mind start to break.
Why is Endlessness so beautiful? More than complete.
Excessively satisfying.
More than enough, but still empty.
Levi thought it was surreal.
He then asked himself…
What is reality if not complex machinations of interwoven inevitable events?
Was his mind fated to break like this?
How dare he touch upon the concepts that build upon reality itself…
Concepts that only the Timeless has touched upon…
What is…
Levi wasn’t able to finish his thoughts before he lost himself.
Who…
Who am I?
…
.
.
What am I?
Question after question kept piling as Levi started to lose more of himself. As if his memories were slowly being ground to dust by the truths of the world.
He wanted to understand the beautiful complexity of what builds upon life but it was never ending. Only the pain coursing through himself kept ‘him’ awake. Only the agony, reminded him of his being..
Of… him…
For some time, Levi watched himself crumble and be rebuilt.
He had mixed feelings as he saw himself suffering.
He wasn’t as beautiful as the Endlessness that threatened to devour him... Neither as overbearing as inevitability…
He is more… He couldn’t put the proper words to it.

Time slowed as if to a halt as he continued watching himself slowly grinding his memories to dust… while another part of him rebuilt his image.
Tried to rebuild… It was for nought though.
It was inevitable.
…
What is anything, if not inevitable.
An endless painful process… Looping over and over again.
He watched the memories of his childhood.
Playing with games with Anri,
laughing.
Crying.
Watched, The dangers of his middle aged life.
Retirement.
Marriage.
The images started to sped up as all of his memories were finally ground away…
The Guild…
His Wife…
Anri...
Avalesk…
Eternal–
Eternity—----Endlessness—-
Inevitability.
Why… how…
What…
The present faded in, as Levi forgot himself. The only thing left was the vague connection he had with the struggling Skeletals amidst the endless horde of rotting wood.
The scene, helped him rebuild some parts of him…
His creations…
Their Children…
…
.
.
Levi watched his creations, struggle to the end. Over and over again. Killing dozens of Woodwork goblins before running into more of them.
Running… fighting… running… fighting…
Running…
Fighting…..
Then running again.
..
It was endless, yet it was inevitable.
It didn’t make sense.
What is…
Is what isn’t.
Everything felt like a lie.
No, everything IS a lie.
Then it dawned on him.
…
.
.
—----------------------------------------------
As if, time fast forwarded, instantly Levi was whole again. When the scene returned, he was still watching his creations struggle…
Seconds… no… minutes had already passed but the scene was the same.
‘An infinite loop of war and death.’
He mumbled before asking himself…
‘What are concepts anyway?’
As far as Levi knew, concepts were the forces that shape reality? He started to doubt that.
If everything can just spawn endlessly, then what was the point of all this? Wouldn’t reality would have collapsed if something were really limitless?
Then what of Inevitability? How does it define scenarios and happenstance?
Then does that mean that everything has been predefined?
That doesn’t make sense. Variables change for every single moment. Reality can never be predefined.
Levi could only take a breath at the absurdity of it all.
“What a fucking party trick.”
Levi couldn’t help but cursed as he took full control of hell.
Unsummoning all the Skeletals that were part of his kingdom except for Hel and Crea. The pressure on the newborn skeletals increased by magnitude.Sensing the presence of their creator however… They Roared in fanaticism. Trying to claw their way through the horde of woodwork goblins. Sacrificing the limbs on their bodies to up a path for their god.
Eventually the Skeletals got overwhelmed, and soon the enemies were now about to reach Hel. But Levi just smiled at this as everything faded as if it was a blur.
Then there was nothing.
All the woodwork goblins were dead..
Everyone wondered in astonishment. Looking back at the avatar of their God, The skeletals kneeled as they saw Levi looking at the gate where the finish line of the event is located.
A gut wrenching roar echoed throughout the demolished sky maze as the final boss revealed itself. Somehow, the gate had morphed into a gigantic abomination of both wood and rot, encasing the finish line at its core.
Immediately it shot out hundreds of tendrils as it noticed that its spell was forcefully broken, the tendrils noticeably creating a dome, rather than attempting to harm the final contestant. It is clear that its goal is to delay Levi for as long as it can.
