C6 - Initial Mana Stat Threshold

----------------------------------------

> [Info] Floor 1 | East exit of Startmore > Entering Shallow Forrest of Clike

> - Solo mode enabled.

----------------------------------------

'Well there goes my pursuers' Levi laughed, he found it weird to have a few people steadily following behind him only to sense everyone vanish as soon as he left Startmore. (the starting town)

Shrugging to himself he summoned the hook and blade bones he crafted setting them to idle in air

While summoning 5 more bones to circle around him in a slow orbit, this took a third of his mana regeneration, but it was neglible considering he's only level 1 and currently only had a base point in his mana stat.

Levi felt excitement fill him as he ran towards the very first batch of cute mutated furries. Having no summons, the mutated flurries all darted towards the level 1 necromancer, mindlessly throwing their claws and bodies without thought.

Alas the Necromancer was a slimy one. Positioning himself in between their own furry brothers and utilizing both terrain and the floating bones to both hinder and attack.

Nothing what the low level furries could ever hope to handle.

Moments later Levi is once again alone, 5 floating bloodied furries floating in the clear shallow water on the floor.

Battle analysis:

-Floating bones through [Bone Telekinesis] take a lot of mana in order to push back enemy attacks. Can be held manually on impact to lessen mana consumption and is also very durable. Not as hard as steel but enough for his current level.

Also for floating bones, they would probably crumble and add additional injuries if the bones get crushed alongside me, causing splinters and fractures to dig through my skin. That would be... Very painful.

And also, they do not need to be 'base bones' he can model them after hook or blade so they can be used when needed.

-Similarly blade shaped bone designed will require a lot of mana in order to cut something as soft as these mutated furries, much more higher level opponents. Also not very sharp.

Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.

-They would also sometimes get stuck in flesh and bones or akward angles where it would take a lot of mana for Telekinesis to be pulled out.

-Hook shaped bone is OK, and can function as intended. The pointed tip designed to pierce is a lot more effective than the blade bone that is meant to cut.

-[Skeletal Marking] has a hidden regeneration function for the bones, and would probably impact how easy I can control bones through [Bone Telekinesis].

Levi laughed as he looked at the easily gained 2 levels from fighting the mutated furries. He didn't bother looking at the corpses as both of his corpse storage as well as bone storage.

Opening the Statpoints with ease he added the 10 Statpoints he gained from the two levels(5 per level) before swiftly attempting to close the window, he was surprised to see a prompt after his mana stat reached 10.

----------------------------------------

> [Info] Mana Stat initial threshold exceeded.

> Please choose bonus attribute:

> - +3 Percent Mana Regenerated per second.

> - +35 Percent mana pool

> - +Slightly Smoother Mana Control, plus 3 bonus Perception

----------------------------------------

Well that's... New.

Levi muttered to himself pondering the choices.

The bonus mana control seems to be similar to what [Skeletal Marking] does but for all skills in general, along with the bonus 3 on perception definitely a good choice for pure casters,

the 2nd option with the bonus percent on max mana pool could easily be something valuable later on, but not something he currently needs

The percent based mana regen bonus... Well...

...

5 minutes later, Levi cackled as he sat in a platform made of three bones, another three floated vertically serving as his back rest.

Other people would've lost control just aligning the two, but that alone is easy enough for Levi, he summed that he wouldn't have problems using the chair even whole on combat.

It was also a revelation for Levi that designing bones with 2 or more helps ease with both control by stacking upon multiple [Skeletal Markings] and in turn lesser consumption for [Bone Telekinesis] as it is considered as one object.

When looking through guides Levi saw people trying to emulate giant bone hands through [Skeletal Arcane] but he simply scoffed at the idea. Unless there's a system assisted skill for that, there's no way he would even attempt that. The lesser mana consumption for one giant Skeletal hand is nice but Not only it is a waste of control, each finger and joint, hands and arms have weak points unlike modular bone Legos you can control as you wish depending on the situation.

Similarly the 2 newly crafted platforms can be used effectively defend, and act as well 'a platform'. By the end of his design Levi ended up with:

2x Bone Platforms (6 bones in total)

3x bone hook

6x blade bone

With this new setup Levi patiently slaughtered more furries encountering larger level 5 mutated furries, and even horned level 10 mutated furries as he went deeper in the shallow forrest.

Quickly he leveled up to level 7 placing all of his free stats to mana. Unlocking the second threshold of the mana stat.
