> [1st Place] Levi, Skeletal Creator
> [2nd Place]…
>
> [3rd Place]…
Everyone chanted Levi’s name as the players exited their capsules. Anri, no doubt asked to do a personal appearance, was already on stage with the two shout casters, hide and maze smiling and chatting.
As expected Levi was guided on stage. Levi shaking hands with Maze, then Hide. Taking a picture, before skillfully catching his wife that jumped towards his embrace. Levi lifting Anri, before giving her a smack into the lips. Making the public coo in chuckles and gossip.
> Anri: “Sorry, I couldn’t help it. Recently married see.”
> Hide: “Right…”
The crowd warmly welcomed the brief interaction. Some of the fans of Bloodstained Sakura went into a mild state of shock as they saw their beacon of dominance act like a cute housewife in front the tall man. The millions of female viewers and fans of the GuildMaster seeing this inadvertently creating a trend, making the height preference for men become significantly much higher that day…
…
The hosts made use of the clout, shifting the topic towards mundane couple things, the state of the newlyweds, how they met, what changed after they got married, and so on.
After a few more questions, the hosts skillfully shifted the conversation towards Levi and the match making the playful atmosphere shift towards mild curiosity…
> Maze: “So. If I may ask, How Long have you been playing VR games?”
> Hide: “Yeah, how long. You seem to be well familiar with the types of skills and archetypes, seeing you charge towards a barrage of skills like that.”
The screen adapted to show highlights of the match earlier where Levi, for several times directly shuffled through a multiple barrages of skills taking minimal to no damage. Seemingly familiar with each and every skill’s collision area.
> Levi: “I started, roughly the same time as my wife. We used to play together back when before she joined the league. I was engrossed with VR games even back then. We max out our VR Allocation time at exactly the start of the day, before meeting up to plan for what’s next and so on.”
Flashes of camera went on, as Levi talked shared a bit of their earlier days. Anri adding a couple of things here and there, the two laughing in mellow, before finishing the answer with incandescent smiles.
> Maze: “I see that’s why you seem too familiar…”
Adding to the conversation, Maze and Hide shared some of their earlier days in VR before they got into hosting the League Matches. The flow of conversation being an actual first in the World VR League, as normally players would get right down to technicalities and provocations. More on highlighting themselves unlike the newlyweds who just wanted to share their story.

> Maze: “Though why only join now?”
> Levi: “I just retired from my previous work, so I’m still a bit lost when it comes to how to spend my free time. I was looking for a bit of a challenge, then my wife recommended the league and here we are.”
The crowd laughed, at the old tone of the response. Levi was in his late 20s after all. The same as his wife. Seeing as they weren’t going to get deeper stories from that angle, the two hosts finally shifted the topic towards the matches.
> Hide: “Okay enough reminiscing. You’re starting to make us feel old.”
> laughter
> Maze: “First of all. Since this was your first match, and quite a special one due to the tribulation. How was it?”
> Levi: “I had fun to be honest. The laughing felt a bit creepy--
> Maze: “Yeah it did.”
> laughter
> Levi: “A bit creepy but, I was genuinely having fun. Starting from the four trials, up to the battle royale, to the tribulation. I can only say it was really eventful.”
> Hide: “I was thinking you’ll say something like, why is this happening, why are the people ganging up on me, why is there lightning here.”
> Maze: “Would you cut that out.”
> Hide: “Yeah, I know it sounded ridiculous sorry about that Maze. But. Back to you Levi, did you not find it unfair to say the least? And how was the tribulation triggered? If you don’t mind sharing.
> Levi: “No. Definitely not. I think it became more interesting the way the three deities popped out to cancel the validity of the concept I realized.”
> Maze: “Woahohohoho, you know we were advised to skip on the topic. Seeing as the system wants players to discover those themselves. But that is all news. When you said ‘Canceling the validity of the concept you realized.’ you meant?
> Levi: “I’m still not sure about it, though deities in Avalesk seems to have the ability to absorb or ‘cancel’ out the concepts your realized. Essentially taking it for themselves upon your death. Or at least that’s what the description said for me.”
> Maze: “Really an interesting discovery, since it’s well known that deities rule floors beyond the 25th. But like I said, advised to skip the topic and all that.”
> Hide: “Next is, why were you not using the summoning skills you had, if you had them on you?”
> Levi: “I felt that having [Active Skeletal Conversion] provided more than enough advantage against the current level of players.“
> Hide: “So that is the skill’s name! And it really was a conversion skill huh… Your transformation looked a bit similar to the Skeletals near by Paperwood Forrest of the Serahaim Empire… Bloodstained Sakura Guild… Skeletal Creator…“
> Maze: “Ah! I knew that was someone from the league. Can we show the footage of that specific news clip please.“
The screen changed again to show Robed Skeletals either crafting or fighting in various locations. Seemingly sentient unlike the usual undead. The lack of death aura caught the more attentive audience, as well as the guild master Mortimer but the majority focused on the engravings and shapes of the bones of each Skeletal shown in the preview. They looked like works of art, something that would probably fetch a high price if presented towards nobles.
Feeling modest, Hide mentioned this which only made Levi chuckle. Anri on the other hand, was very protective of their ‘children’ openly warning everyone in the world.
Making the two hosts quietly shiver inside. Finally realizing how odd the pair their talking with. Being skilled hosts/shout casters however, the two easily recovered switching back the topic towards competitive analysis.
> Maze: “Back to the topic, advantages. Can you tell us what are the advantages of Skeletals when compared to humans?
> Levi: “Hmm… Let’s see Unlimited Stamina, Vitality is converted from being based through the stat, to being based on the quality of bones that you use. Physique wise… I think around 1:1.75 ratio.
> Hide: “So that’s why you were splitting platforms and jumping from platform to another. Around Max Mana, then conversion to strength I guess.
> Levi: “Mostly like that, I did add a bit of perception just enough to break the first threshold and get [Mana Sense]. Hmmm What else… Unlimited Stamina, material based regeneration…”
The four engrossed themselves in theory, covering majority of the advantages and disadvantages of Levi’s form. Little to no information was further revealed about Concepts as well as the couple’s ‘Skeletal Children’ inside Avalesk but Levi openly talking about battle theories and mechanics was enough to mesmerize the crowd into deep contemplation.
Even the two hosts were surprised. Levi’s theories were both logical and excruciatingly elaborate. Levi sounded more like a master if not for him being new to the league aside.
Time passed before the interview soon had to end. As a closer, Hide asked Levi the plans for his career within the League with Levi instantly answering, saying he aims to become a freelance training consultant for League Players. Making the guild masters and other league members consider.
And that he’ll be taking the first year as an individual player. Everyone just nodded in agreement after seeing his dominant display.
