A few days had already passed in VR after Levi logged in. The 18 times time dilation multiplier and 4 hour daily allocation can be 'awful' at times, but then again Levi couldn't really complain about it.
Not only was it the 'Safe' duration as research dictated, it also prevented VR Junkies from popping up. Giving you just about enough time to really benefit from the time dilation while still having the proper balance of what's important and what not. It also players to not only cultivate independence, but also community as well.
Since you're just about fucked if ever you had important quest changes, but unable to login due to having consumed all of your daily allocation.
Like I said, really bad for solo players.
Thankfully there's the mobile phone AI companion that all VR headgear comes with. Notifying you of related events and happenings that may or may not impact you later on.
You just have to set a rule of the thumb, to only consume 2 hours of your allocation, leaving the other 2 hours(1.5 days in VR) for emergencies and quests.

Back to the skeletal town nearby, the spawn zone of the boss of the Shallows, Levi quickly gathered everyone as he uprooted the town. Instructing everyone to prepare for war as Levi is planning to use his remaining allocation in VR to fully clear and cross the Northwest exit of Hytheria Barrens.
The ability to gather and tally information about isolated sentient communities in just half an hour really left Levi speechless. To be able to gather that amount of information in just under a few VR days, and then tally all of the gathered info into a usable database in real-time, Levi couldn't help but be amazed and proud of his wife.

Levi did slightly winced after learning about how much budget is allocated to paying VR researchers as well as the 'absolute' information security subscription offered by the World VR League, but they the guild earns so much more anyway.

Splash!
corpses flew, decapitated, smashed, pierced by gigantic bones in the shape of various weapons. Aside from that, Skeletal lifeforms flooded the Barrens aggroing several minibosses and bosses, the army of Skeletals more than happy to expand their brethren.
Levi for now decided to forgo the miniboss and boss corpses, not interested with decreasing his level by 5 or more in an attempt to gain new Skeletal Lifeforms with just higher base stats and size.
Hytheria Barrens although much larger than the Shallows was a disappointment for Levi. There were a couple of bosses and minibosses along the way, but they were simply trash when compared to the challenge he had battling the furries when low leveled.
Sure Levi and his summons is basically overpowered for their current level but battling non sentient beings really made the battle easier. Once the Skeletals found out the base amount of sharpness and bone density required to pierce or smash through the scales of the dried up dragon impostors they simply cleaved through the whole area including the last boss.

Which got mobbed easily by now sentient and continously improving Skeletals, Levi only having to pull out a couple of [Bone Telekinesis] to save some inattentive and overeager children but ultimately deciding to leave the rest to his summons without interfering himself.

It only took half a day but Levi had finally reached the Northern Exit of the Barrens. Milling through the rest of the Hytheria Barrens, pushed Levi from 25 to level 30. Triggering the next skill selection, making him giddy with excitement.
A new skill, plus 15 levels worth of free Statpoints.
Looks like he will be testing for the rest of his VR allocation today.
Levi beamed in pure joy.
