The Audience gawked at the scene in front of them, gigantic pitch-black weapons, in the form of double-sided hooks seemingly used to pierce bosses, and even gigantic blades splitting small to mid-size platforms in half, the sharpness of the weapons seemingly proportional to its size. Majority of the players being killed just from sheer impact, while some either pierced or split in half.
What’s worse is that the weapons seem to be controlled by [Bone Telekinesis] causing an endless number of casualties. As corpses became plenty, bodies started floating and slamming themselves like bullets. It was done sparingly but it often marked players off their balance or placed them into troublesome situations.
With the alliance looking like it’s bound to fail, those players who didn’t sign any restriction started taking advantage of the fray. Killing and bleeding other players to death, even speeding up the process.
Several hymns and chants of light resounded throughout various parts of the chaotic domain as deities and high-level tied individuals whom some of the players are tied of, forcefully alleviated the system oath of some of the more important individuals, the intruders seemingly hellbent on ending the Skeletal as they gave kill or subjugation quests towards the players leaving the shout casters and the guild masters linked through the guild circle utterly speechless of all the chaos happening in the battle domain.

Anri just laughed and giggled, slightly tipsy from alcohol as she watched her husband from the main camera. The carefree guild master had bragged from the start of the trial and up to this now chaotic scene. The guild members just shivering, as to how fast everything would have ended had Levi summoned more bone weapons and the Skeletal Lifeforms…
Finally, they had gained a true inkling of how the Kingdom of Serahaim, the one gifted to the Bloodstained Sakura guild have been really attained. Suddenly hymns, thunders and various light shows appeared above the sky. The guild manager’s face losing color as she grabbed Anri’s hand tightly to get her attention.
“I told you this would happen…” Zia whispered.

Anri then switched her focus on the cracklings in the sky, the power emanating from them as it fought against the roar of the heavens, adding lightning and thunderstorms to the already chaotic battlefield. Spatial Rifts started appearing randomly bisecting players who are too slow to dodge.
Seeing this, Anri tilted her head in confusion.
‘What the hell are these deities even doing?’ She mumbled to herself. Aware of the possible implications of meddling with deities too early in the game though she wasn’t really that concerned. Deities were more akin to thick-skinned merchants with a penchant of asking people to kneel and obey their whims… That or be killed.
Very much the reason why nobody except for the Adventurer’s Tea Party scouts member who are tied to Deities… In fact, majority of their members tend to disagree with hiring such goons… and they pretty much accept everyone.
“Calm down.”
Anri’s voice reached Zia calming her down. It wasn’t the first time they had crossed paths against deities. They had even crossed a full-blown war against one during the base game of Avalesk. She was confident that such events would only feed them more opportunities in the long run. Converging Quests are a pretty good excuse for PK after all. And they did not get their Guild Name approved by the League without having the capability to be as extreme as they are.
Though yes, they were capable and so on, but Anri believes her husband would sooner or later fix the problem himself. She could even foretell how he’ll have the time of his life as this conflict levels later on.
Smiling to herself, upon seeing everyone finally calm down. She ordered another drink for everyone as the number of players dwindled down to double digits.
“An Archer blessed by the World Tree, A priest of Hilder… Solcea’s Daughter? that’s a shame. She fought exceptionally up till now. We could have taken her in if it wasn’t for her class. Kaldr’s Agent?”
“Zia what who is this Kaldr?”
“Kaldr seems to be the leader of an assassin organization beyond floor 25. They specialize in long ranged assassinations… and alike. Not as large of an organization when it comes to cults and orders but a bit more troublesome given the stronger of them can snipe beyond mountains apart.”
“Of course, equipment on the first few floors, are muted to prevent overpowered beings from dominating, but they could be very troublesome to encounter on the higher floors later on. Still neglible for guilds as large as ours. But for an individual…”
Zia paused to look at the Skeletal who was now eyeing the 10 players who survived the chaos with blinding ease. It was only then that she realized how small the damage Levi really took ever since that start of the battle. And he was even charging at crowds head on while at it…
'Maybe all individuals, except for him…'
The guild manager mumbled as a large countdown appeared on some parts of the screen. With this, the domain shrunk rapidly, echoes and calls continued, signifying the final phase of the battle royale.
From 500, to a hundred… into ten against one.
It was finally time for the finale of this year’s Trial of Champions: Battle Royale!
