Terry nodded, not minding Isaiah's request one bit, "Sure, what tier is your current Mana Circulation Technique?", he asked so he could give him ones that were tailored to his needs.
Isaiah coughed awkwardly, "Well.. none at the moment.", as soon as he said those words, silence descended upon the room. Terry was visibly baffled, how could one reach Rank 1 without a Mana Circulation Technique? His mind couldn't comprehend it.
"What do you mean none, do you mean as in your current one is lacking?", he asked, wanting to clarify the situation. Isaiah simply shook his head, then spoke in a boasting tone, "I entered Rank 1 in a rather unorthodox way, so I have yet to practice one.", he laughed while adding the last part. While his tone irked Terry, even he had to admit it was pretty impressive that Isaiah was able to enter Rank 1 without one.
"Well then in that case, I will get you a few low tier and middle tier ones." he then added with an uncertain tone, "I will see If I can get you a high tier one, though it certainly won't be easy", Isaiah nodded, not finding it needful to mention that he had no idea about what the tiers meant, but he still wanted the best, "I should make sure mine ends up being a High Tier Mana Circulation Technique", he thought to himself. As for what that exactly meant, he would find out when he got his hands on one.
Isaiah changed the subject, "Well then unless you have more to say, we are done for today. I have to do some more planning before we can talk about anything fruitful", he then peeked at his calendar, "Visit me in two days, then we can talk real business."
Terry nodded, and got out of his seat, "Sure, I will have collected the techniques by then, If I manage to do it by tomorrow I will send someone to deliver them to you.", with that he turned around and left the room, waving at the still shaken Lily on his way out, causing her to get goosebumps on her back.
After he left, Isaiah spun in his chair, deep in thought, "Now that's done, I should come up with plans for my takeover of Second Emperor District", his actions so far, were only a drop in the bucket. If he wanted the snake's head to come out he would have to apply more pressure.
He opened his desk's drawer, taking out a map of the entire district and laying it flat on the table. "Hmm, now where would it hurt the most?", orbs of light appeared on top of places he deemed valuable, orbs were colored from white to red based on the importance of the location.
"Snap!", with a snap of his fingers, all the red orbs burned the buildings they stood over. He had decided who his next target would be, the Green Hut Gang. They made up the main information network of the district, and were more of a neutral force within the district, away from most conflict. Well, that would change now that Isaiah was in the picture.

Just as he was about to blend with his surroundings, going invisible, his door knocked. "Come in.", he yelled, Lily peeked her head out, "Sir, Ms. Farida has arrived.", she then opened the door further to let Farida inside. Upon seeing Farida's face, a smile crept its way on Isaiah's face.
"Farida, you are looking as beautiful as ever, did you like the casino?" Farida took the compliment with a gentle smile, and nodded, "It certainly feels grand, quite fitting for your personality", Isaiah smiled, not sure if he was insulted or complimented, but he didn't care.
Farida looked around the destroyed room, then at Isaiah, "Don't mind the mess, please take a seat." Farida got seated, still curious. Isaiah however ignored her evident curiosity, "Now tell me why did you come here to visit me?", he asked her, his gaze meeting her gentle eyes.
"I came here to congratulate your casino's opening.", she took out a box, and gave it to him. Isaiah opened the box to find a classic watch inside, he lifted his gaze to look at her, "A great gift, thank you.", he put the watch on, it was orange silver in color, with a metallic strap.
"I also might have a gift for you in the near future.", he smiled, Farida's eyes widened, she was waiting for such news for a while, "Do you mean as in a business?" Isaiah nodded, "I have a plan for a business, but we will have to postpone it a few months." Farida's smile didn't fall, this was still big news for her.
"What is it about? What will we sell?", she asked, her excitement evident in her voice. "We can talk about the details later" he tapped his hands on the table, in a melody "I was wondering if you could help me get my hands on a mana vehicle? Do you have any relevant connections?"
Mana vehicles were solely manufactured in the Amethyst Empire, and were the pride of the Empire. They were very selective on who they sold them to, and priced it however they wished due to their monopoly over it. Each formation on the vehicles were formed by a Rank 2 mage.
Farida thought for a while, Isaiah gave her all the time she needed, she then spoke, "Well, I might, though I'm not so sure. I will notify you if I manage to get a hold of anything.", Isaiah smiled, "I would be grateful."
Lily brought in their tea, Farida soon left after she enjoyed some tea with him. Isaiah's thoughtful gaze fell on the door she left from, "Hmm, let's hope she manages it", Little did Farida know that the business he planned to involve her in was a mana vehicle manufacturing business! He planned to reverse engineer the formations within and create his own line of mana vehicles, and even if he failed, he could use his gains to improve his Movement Formation Technique.
He looked at the gaping hole in his office, and sighed. Particles of light washed away at his body causing him to blend into the environment, and he jumped out from it. Mana blasts exploded under his feet sending him flying to a nearby building's rooftop, he leaped and glided from rooftop to rooftop. Heavy rain fell upon the city, an unusual event for the city.
He came to a halt when he saw the towering building in front of him, it was shaped like three branches made of cubes, it felt like a mess at first glance but caused one to appreciate its design the more one gazed at it, there were significantly fewer guards than there were back at Blue Wolf Gang's hideout, but the guards present here were all Rank 1! This was the Headquarters of the Green Hut Gang.
