"Packing already?"
Dr Elune nodded, as the holo-Alex floated overhead, "Yeah. This is going to be a long trip, and who knows what maintenence you will require... So, we better make use of the ample storage spce we have been allocated on the ship."
"I thought it prudent to over-prepare as well... Upgrading our storage later would be troublesome, after all." Alex grinned, "Besides, you do love your souveneers... And toys."
"... Shush. I will bring as few of those as I can." Discretely slipping another of said toys into a trunk, the doctor smirked, "I'm beginning to see why you went with the hologram over a body today."
"And why is that, doctor?"
"So I can't swat at you!" Playfully waving through the projection, Dr Elune chuckled as Alex reflexively jumped backwards, "Heh, good to see your responses have grown more... Natural."
"... Using an AHOR has been most informative." Floating over the growing pile of luggage, Alex raised an eyebrow, "May I ask why we are bringing all of these tools, though? Ren will have most of them."
"Ren may not be with us on the trip back. And since it isn't the shortest of journeys, backup tools will be handy. And! We will be travelling in seperate ships."
"Seperate ships that can easily join, and will probably even do so for most of the journey..."

"Quite you, with your infernal logic." Grinning as they closed that trunk, Dr Elune exhaled heavily, "I think that is the last of it. Please have these moved down to the cargo area, awaiting loading once the ship is ready."
"Yes, doctor." Floating down to sit on the desk opposite, Alex hummed quietly. Dr Elune looked up, and folded their arms. "... Yes, doctor?"
"You have something on your mind. Spill it."
"Just eager to set out. It is one thing to see records of the fourth haven... Another to actually be there, either through camera or AHOR bodies. With my advanced processor entering testing stage, Ren's requested init completed and awaiting a processor, and our custom ship having done it's first test flight... I am slightly nervous."
"Calm down. We aren't leaving for an entire week yet." Dr Elune grinned for a moment, and then they suddenly blanched, "I... May have miscalculated one thing."
"What is the matter?"
"... I need to call a board meeting. At least John and Laura need to be there, preferably Ren. See if they are available."
"Doing so now, doctor." Floting closer, Alex frowned in concern, "Will you tell me what the issue is?"
Dr Elune gulped, "Let's just say, there are multiple things I have taken for granted... And I am starting to regret not planning ahead more thoroughly."
