Alex bowed slightly as Tom stepped through the door, "Welcome back! Ready for another round, I assume?"
Chuckling as he made his way through the mansion to the VR room, Tom nodded slightly, "I am, but not for the Mars sim, this time. I have other things in mind... How good is the system at replicating your little AHOR project?"
As Alex followed after, they blinked in surprise, "Uhm... Perfectly accurate. Nearly all designs are simulation tested beforehand, and those models used in the actual fabrication process."
"Excelent. I have with me some requests and images from our agreed volunteer list, and they would like to see a render of what their new limbs will actually look like. Think your system can handle it?"
Alex smirked with a nod, opening the door to the vr room, "Of course. I imagine you will have things to talk about with Dr Elune and Dr Ohara, so I shall set you all up while the system starts on the rendering."
Humming with a nod, Tom made his way to one of the seats, "I see Ren has a head start on that note... When will Sam be joining us?"
"Well, we weren't expecting a discussion... But, probably only a few minutes. I will ask the doctor, then let you know inside the sim." Tom smiled and nodded at that, settling into his chair with a sigh, hands gently lowering the helmet to get started with calibration.
Linking through the masnion's network, Alex quickly asked the doctor over the speakers, receiving a short confirmation they would head over soon. That done, Alex settled into a nearby seat, closing their eyes as they switched over to the simulation.
Popping immediately into their own White Room lobby, Alex tooka a peek at Ren's room, opening a connection with a request to step inside. Getting the okay, Alex floated on through, waving hello as Ren put away his schematics on artificial neuron fibres, "Thanks for the heads up, Alex. Handy that you can feed the cameras into here."
Alex nodded, smiling as they nodded to the doors out, "It is indeed. So, We should get Tom set up in... Wherever this is going to be held. The doctor is on the way, so we can just get comfortable."
Ren nodded, hopping up from the chair, "Sure. Now... Are you certain you can handle all this? We haven't stress-tested the new fixes to the... Server."
Shrugging, Alex opened the door to Tom's room, "Alerts will go off if something is overworked, and if we keep small cale I can use of the system anyway. It'll be fine. Youo go entertain Tom, I will supervise from my Room and work on the test renders."

Sighing as he nodded, Ren patted Alex on the shoulder as he walked to Tom's room, "As long as you're okay." Fading away as he warped to Tom's room, Ren waved goodbye, Alex already fading back to their own room as well.
Keeping an absent eye on the Haven Sim that Tom and Ren agreed upon, Alex spent the next few minutes going through the list of files provided by Tom, compiling the data on each person to better tailor the simulated models. As they were about to go and seek out some additional information and descriptive medical records for realism, Dr Elune connected in, distracting Alex for a moment.
Popping into the doctor's Room, Alex st down on the end of the bed as Dr Elune stretched, testing the avatar reactivity, "Hey~ They waiting patiently for me?"
Giggling, Alex nodded, "Mostly. They just finished picking the spot for the meeting, and setting up the info to be discussed. So... You are just on time, actually. Hop on in."
The doctor nodded, glancing at Alex, "Go easy on constructing those models for Tom."
"Yeah, yeah... Don't over exert myself."
"Heh, that too. Also... Few systems could whip all those requests in a few hours, no matter the processing power. He will maybe want one or two, and have the rest sent over after he leaves, got it?"
Alex blinked, not having thought of that, "Oh, right. I will keep that in mind. If I do happen to get ahead of schedule... He doesn't need to know."
"That works. And if you do feel any unexpected strain, from whatever source, send me or Ren a subtle message... Or, call Jolana in. We need to plan better contingincies for a system failure."
Alex nodded, opening the connection to the other rooms for the doctor, "I shall leave the planning up to you and Ren, as I would unlikely be able to play much a part. I will send you a notification once the first model is ready... and you can pretend to receive it later if you choose~"
Grinning, Dr Elune nodded and strolled into the simulation, Alex fading back to their own room to resume work on the models. Forgoing the extra research to avoid suspicion, Alex hummed aimlessly to themself in the virtual little room, spinning virtual tissue and fibers to test out the look of AHOR's third phase... Noting that all systems were running fine, patchwork showing no sign of any issues.
Alex smiled softly... It was reassuring to know they were in good hands.
