Jace wakes up to Reaper standing on his chest and looking right in one of his eyes. Reaper then starts chirping non stop prompting Jace to get up. Jace starts to make breakfast for him and Reaper which makes Reaper stop his chirping.
As they both were eating Jace is looking at his old plan to defeat the demon base. Jace sees that the problem in the plan was still getting around fast enough to not be caught.
Jace however, looking at the plan thought that it could be changed now that the demon base had lost a lot of demons. Jace then gets up, grabs Reaper, his weapons, and heads to the demon base.
Jace arrives at the demon base to see all of the demons passed out on the ground. There were what looked like cups and there were massive cooking fires. 'Looks like they had a massive party? But why?'.
Jace didn't think too much about it and saw that the demons were starting to wake up. Jace quickly grabs some throwing knives and puts Splitter V3 on them.
Jace then sends them flying, hitting his mark every time and quickly escapes before any of the demons realize anything is happening.
When the demons do find that they were attacked they also get some news from the medical tent. It turned out that all of the demons were infected. This caused another massive freakout in the base as everyone thought that they were going to die.
This freakout caused the demons that were attacked to forget about their wounds and let the knives fall out. The head doctor however calmed everyone before anymore could happen. The head doctor said "Don't worry we will treat you all."
This allowed all the demons to go back to work normally. Because the demons were all still groggy, the ones that were attacked forgot about their wounds and started to spread the new disease around the camp.
Jace arrives back at the safe house and immediately makes a plan that he will execute tomorrow. 'All the demons were weak enough to die to one slash easily. Or the demons will die tonight from the double diseases.
This should allow me to just walk in and kill them all with Reaper'. Jace feels good about this new plan and goes to get more food out to level up Reaper more.
Jace gets no xp for Reaper that day as it appeared that all the animals were staying away from them. Jace, disappointed that he wasn't able to get Reaper xp goes to bed ready for tomorrow.

That morning Jace woke up to the notifications "Ding, killed 2, one horned demons, xp gained 400. Due to the title effect xp increased to 480." Jace sits up smiling and quickly makes lunch for him and Reaper.
When Jace arrives at the demon base he sees all the demons moving slowly once again like zombies. Jace begins with a few throws of throwing knives from the tree killing 4. Jace then moves down from the tree and pulls out his karambits applying mana to them and his body.
'I could probably just use throwing knives, but I need some real combat experience. These demons are perfect for that'. Jace arrives at the inside of the base and gets charged by his first demon. Jace sidesteps it and in one motion stabs the demon killing it.
In this time Reaper was also able to get a peck in on the demon making Jace hear a new notification. "Ding, killed one, one horned demons with companion Reaper, xp gained is 100 for both . Due to the title effect xp increased to 120."
Jace hears this but doesn't care as another demon comes at him. As the demon is coming at him Jace decides to end it early and uses Explosive Propulsion. Jace shoots forward, sticking his knife right in the demon's skull.
Amazingly Reaper is able to stay on Jace's shoulder and also gets xp from the kill. After this Jace becomes an absolute monster to the demon camp. Everyone that gets near him dies in one slash from his blade.
This allows Jace to clear out the camp very quickly and efficiently. As Jace is destroying the demon base the Leader hears the commotion and wakes up. The Leader walks out of his tent just in time for Jace to finish with the last demon. The Leader watches as Jace turns to him and stares him in the eyes.
The Leader sees this and goes into action by charging at Jace. As the Leader is coming at Jace he sees that the Leader is different from other demons. 'This one has one and a half horns. Also, this demon is a lot faster and probably stronger than the other. I should go all out on this one'.
As the Leader approaches Jace, he then attempts to tackle Jace. Jace uses Explosive Propulsion to doge and gets prepared to grapple with Way of the Raptor. Jace sees the Leader begins to turn and makes his move.
Jace uses Explosive Propulsion and gets right on top of the Leader. Jace then brings the karambits down right between the Leaders shoulders. This makes the Leader scream in pain causing Jace to want to cover his ears but he fights it.
The Leader then tries to fall on its back to flatten Jace to the ground. Jace sees this coming and using the movement technique, moves to the front of the Leader. When the Leader hits the ground Jace unlatches one of the karambits and attempts to slash the Leader's neck.
When Jace does this he doesn't see the arm of the Leader and it sends Jace flying causing him to miss his slash. Jace is then sent 50 feet from the Leader with Reaper still on his shoulder. When he hits the ground he is able to recover quickly and before the Leader.
Jace sees that the Leader is getting up and that the distance should give him enough time. Jace then decides to use Curse of Madness. Jace starts to do the hand signs and completes the curse as the Leader is able to get up.
When Jace completes this he sees the Leader start to claw at his eyes and look around. Jace, seeing the Leader's confusion and lack of direction, starts to cast the Curse of Fatigue. As Jace is about to complete the curse the Leader turns his direction.
