Suddenly, Ebony had a pained expression on her face as a familiar voice was heard behind them.
"Oh, Ebony....I thought we had a better relationship than that!" Azazel teased. The four wolves and Rose turned their heads, and their stood the purple streaked wolf. The dark timberwolf twitched.
Scratch's hackles raised. "What do you want with us?" He demanded.
Azazel circled them like before and looked into the eyes of every one. Rose steadied herself for a fight. He chuckled. "What I've always wanted with you fucks......to stay off my property!"
Scratch nodded his head. "You've been fucking with us ever since we got into the grounds. We came here to find our friend, and we're not leaving until we find him! Please, if there's anything you can do.....we need him back. We've been told he'll be in there. Come on, at least give us a clue?" Scratch begged.
Azazel laughed. "Even if I DID have him, especially alive and well.......why would I want to tell you anything?"
Scratch took a step toward him. "Azazel.....please....both of you." He looks up at Ebony, then back to him.
Azazel growled irritably. "What's the purpose? Everyone's together again? Happily ever after? Okay, I admit it, I have seen him! Your 'friend seemed small and weak......but i don't know where he would be? Even if you DID find him, he will never want to go back to someone who's been a dick!"
If you stumble upon this tale on Amazon, it's taken without the author's consent. Report it.
Scratch flushed red underneath his fur. "How do you know this?"
Azazel calmly looks up at the skeleton. "My prophet up there, she sees everything that happens miles and often times....worlds away! She gives me good news, bad news, interesting news......and boring news!" He scowls at her as if it's her fault. He twitched as he turned his gaze back to Scratch. The dark timberwolf smirked and laughed wickedly.
"I know everything, Maxwell! Child of a Dark Sorceress, along with his buddy, who's the Necromancer who brought her back to life....!" Shadow growled at him.
"Watch it." Shadow warned.
But Azazel pressed. "Poor Shadow couldn't save his friend, Crimson when he had the chance."
Shadow took a step toward him. Scratch stopped him. "Shadow." He warned. The black wolf then turned his glare to Scratch.
What? He's pushing me!
Don't let him! That's what he wants...
You don't tell me what to do, Scratch.
Yes, but remember our conversation earlier.
The black wolf's glare slowly softened, Scratch nodded. The black wolf sighed.
Azazel snickered. "Good lad, handling your temper!"
Scratch got in front of Shadow. "Leave him alone, this isn't about him!"
"What?" Azazel had a puzzled expression on his face. Then he nodded. "Ohhhhh, right! Because it's ALWAYS about Max!"
"What? I - I --" Max exclaimed.
"NO ONE FUCKING CARES!" Azazel twitched again.
Then the purple eyed beast changed into the figure in black. He suddenly turned his eyes to the skeletal figure in chains. He conjured up his magic and shot flames from his hand, hitting her.
She screamed.
"What about her, huh? She's just as important as you, I guarantee it!"
