The girl looked at her in complete shock. The large timberwolf tilted his head in confusion.
"You were saying?" The young woman said calmly. "To be honest with you, I can kick your ass anytime. I can win every fight."
Ignoring her response, the girl stated at her with utter amazement. "Whoa! How did you do that?"
"I'm a witch. I can do magic." The young woman said simply.
The girl smiled. "I can SEE that!"
The young woman only smiled. "Now, where we're we? Oh yes, your pouch?"
The girl didn't listen, she continued to ask questions. "So what else can you do, huh?" The timberwolf then began to growl with suspicion, but his owner ignored him.
The young woman sighed impatiently. "Look, let's cut to the chase, I have important business to attend to, I need to see what's in that pouch!" Apparently the timberwolf understood what she was saying, because he stood in front of the girl with her precious pouch. He continued growling at her. "Mica..." His owner warned.
The young woman too growled. "Can you get him to shut up? He's getting on my nerves!" The girl looks down at the wolf, and kneels down to pet his fur. "Oh, he always does that."
"JUST shut him up, please!"
"Ah, ah!" The girl held up a finger. "IF you show me a magic trick first!"

The young woman groaned. "Fine!" She hissed. The wolf continued to growl at her as he bared his teeth, ready to chomp her down. The young woman rolled her eyes. She pointed her finger at the wolf, then suddenly he began to shake and whimper in pain, thrashing his head around until he stopped. He then looked back up at her and this time, his eyes were a different color. The girl looked at the wolf in shock. Instead of showing fury, she showed interest. "Whoa, he looks better than before! That's incredible!"
The young woman smirked. "Now that's better."
The girl scoffed and looked back at her. She stood up. "So, you were saying something about my pouch?"
"I need that crystal..... It's more valuable to magic than you think."
The girl pulled the crystal out and held it in her hand. "My father gave this to me, though."
"And it's worth more than you can imagine, all the witches in the world will have their hands on that thing." The young woman explained.
The girl continued to clutch onto it like it was a rag doll. "Why? What does it do?"
"Everything you can ever dream of becoming relies on that thing. This crystal wields great power."
The girl nods. "Alright, I'll give it to you, IF you tell me how you changed from an old lady to someone my age in a matter of seconds. And if you can make me what you are."
The young woman rolled her eyes. "Very well, what I do to keep my youth is to create a concoction that will immortalize you and keep you young for thousands of years."
"Huh, how often do you drink the potion?"
"Once to twice a year. Drink it on a full moon night though."
The girl frowned. "Hmm." She then gave the young woman the pouch containing the crystal.
The young woman nodded and went her way, but the girl ran in front of her, forcing her to stop. "There's someone I thought you'd like to meet, she a witch too. I think you'll like her."
The young woman folded her arms. "Very well, then." The girl begins to walk with her, but stops herself and turns to the witch. "I'm Evelynne, and this is Mica." She pointed to the timberwolf.
The young woman nodded her head. The girl smiled. "Your name, love?"
"Valerian."
