Chapter 6: Too Much Sex!

Chapter 6: Too Much Sex!

(*Streya’s POV.*)

All of the movies had sex in them! Like, really explicit sex! One of the odd things in this dimension is that there is no rating system at all. Look, I like that there are lesbians in everything in this dimension, but how the hell can I enjoy a movie if I am aroused!? I can’t!

I’ve been watching movies for eight hours, and every one of them had at least five long, and heavily detailed, sex scenes in them… So, I have two questions for my AI assistant. One, why is there no rating system for content, and two, why did she say that it would only be a few hours, when it has been over eight hours?

AI Assistant: “Internet access without an adult to supervise you, is restricted until you reach 18 years of age. As such, there is no need for a rating system.” She explained.

Yeah… that is a pretty good law, I guess. The internet is really bad for minors anyway. But what about my other questions?

Streya: “Okay, then why is a few hours to you, over eight hours? And why am I not the least bit tired?” I ask with a curious tone.

AI Assistant: “Unenhanced humans, are extremely rare. Most humans these days, can stay awake for over forty hours. We shall arrive in two more hours as well.” She answered.

Two more hours? That’s not that bad, I guess. Plus, that whole being able to stay awake for so long thing, is a major benefit! I noticed that there was a holographic button on the window of the shuttle, so I pushed it.

Which revealed the outside world to me. I was flying over a huge city. And we were flying extremely fast as well. Well, I say window, but actually the entire shuttle went transparent. Like, I could still see the shuttle, but even where there wasn’t a window, I could see outside.

Maybe there’s a camera that displays the outside all around the inside of the shuttle? I mean, I could search it up now, and I probably will. But I shall just enjoy this view for now.

The city didn’t look super futuristic, and looked quite nice. I’ve never really liked sci-fi much, so I am glad that the world I will now have to live in, won’t be a chrome nightmare.

AI Assistant: “Streya, do you see that building?” She asked.

Streya: “Where?” I ask back.

Funnily enough, a holographic arrow showed up in the sky, pointing at the building that she was talking about. Won’t that like, annoy some people? I mean, I would be pretty pissed off if some random giant arrow showed up in the sky…

AI Assistant: “Your worry is unneeded, as each display is shown to only the user, and not anyone else.” She explained after I ask her this.

Streya: “That’s good. Now why did you mention that building?” I ask.

AI Assistant: “That is the Briar Academy, where you will be attending.” She replied.

The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.

Really? It doesn’t look like an academy at all. Well, it looked like a building that an extremely rich CEO would work in. There are many floors to it as well… Does that mean that there are far more free humans than I originally thought?

Looking it up on the internet, I found out that there are currently five million free humans. Which sounds like a lot, but really isn’t that many in the grand scheme of things.

My AI Assistant… I am getting tired of calling her that, so I will just call her Sin for now. Just a random ass name that I came up with, but it is better than her old one.

Anyway, she informed me of where I will be living for now. I thought that they said it was an apartment… Why is it a gated and decently big estate!?

Whatever… this world clearly works in different ways than my original one. I just have to slowly figure out each difference. My new “apartment” was only a thirty minutes walk from the Briar Academy.

Again, that sounds like a lot, but all of the other apartments are further away from the academy. As you would expect from us being enhanced humans, a thirty minute walk is nothing to us.

The shuttle landed just right in front of the gates of my new apartment. Once I hopped out of it, it flew away. Bye, bye, amazing flying vehicle! I had so much fun flying with you!

Okay, now that was out of the way, I went into my apartment. Or I would have, but the gate was locked… Was I scammed!? No, Ciri came out from the building, and let me in.

Ciri: “Don’t give me that look. You should know that vampires are very fast.” She said with a giggle.

Streya: “If so, then why not just fly me here yourself? Rather than use that shuttle, I mean.” I ask with a curious tone.

Ciri: “That is… Streya, that is something very intimate. As I still do not have a wife yet, I’ve never done something like carry a woman while I fly. And I would never do such a thing with a random girl.” She said with a blushed face.

Streya: “Oh, sorry. I didn’t realize that it was an intimate thing.” I say with an embarrassed tone and expression.

Ciri: “Ah, that is right, the vampires in this dimension are different than the ones that you know. I would recommend researching about us.” She suggested.

Streya: “Will do.” I reply.

Ciri: “Alright, then I shall now take my leave. Oh, right. On the counter in the kitchen, is your new ID. It will mark you as a free human, so I highly recommend wearing it at all times.” She said.

Streya: “Okay, thank you.” I reply with a smile.

Though, I wasn’t very keen on having to wear a collar once again. I thought that I wouldn’t have to do that, once I was out of that place?… I waved goodbye to Ciri, but before I could walk into my apartment, Ciri grabbed my arm to stop me.

Ciri: “A word of advice, Streya. Now that you’re mentally stable, and happy, as well as clean, the smell of your blood is intoxicating.” She said with a serious tone.

Streya: “So, I should be extra careful around vampires?” I reply.

Ciri: “Please do. Actually, I beg you to be careful. I am a pretty old vampire, but younger vampires might not even be able to resist the scent of your blood.” She cautioned.

Streya: “I’ll keep that in mind. I forgot to ask, but how can I contact you again?” I ask.

Ciri: “Hm? Why would you want to contact me?” She asked with a head tilt.

Streya: “What? I thought that we already became friends?” I reply with a head tilt of my own.

Ciri: “Ah, so you see me as a friend, huh? Well, I am glad that it wasn’t one-sided. My contact information has already been inputted into your PC.” She said with a smile.

Looking at my PC thingy, Ciri’s contact information was there. Oddly, email still exists, and so do phone numbers. Well, they aren’t called that at all, but that is basically what they are.

With that, I said goodbye to Ciri once more, and went into my apartment. I went directly to the kitchen to pick up my new ID. Rather than a collar, it was a bracelet.

Now that I think about it, I saw Ciri wearing the same kind of bracelet. So maybe this is the standard ID for everyone? Looking it up, it seems that free humans, and vampires are who wear them.

Hmm… Cool, I guess? It didn’t really have any style to it at all. It was just pure white… Oh!? I can change its color? And I can even make it show a theme! So cool! I changed it to a cherry blossoms theme, since I’ve always liked pink.

With that problem solved, I looked around my new kitchen. Ah, what a wonderful, and fully stocked kitchen! Not! Why is it completely fucking empty!?…
