Before their sudden, ostentatious, and violent assault on the Silverdust Gang, the trio had strategized their attack.
"Wait? You want my help to attack the gang?" Zack questioned. Zack, Rose, and Octavius met with the director in the comfort of his own to strategize. "Uh, I don't know if it's a good idea to rely on me."
"Tsk, what's with that low self-esteem?" Rose questioned with annoyance.
"W-Well, I'm just learning how to use my blessing effectively, so I may not be pretty reliable," Zack explained. "If I don't have access to a bunch of explosives, I guess I'm pretty useless, haha..."
Rose's expression instantaneously morphed into anger as her eyebrows furrowed and she gritted her teeth.
"Would you stop with that damn pity talk!" Rose snapped, surprising Zack. "Who the hell said you were useless, huh?"
The three men gazed at Rose with surprise, sparking confusion in her as she returned their gazes.
"...What?"
"Zack's right. You do give off mixed feelings," Octavius teased. "Do you hate him or not?"
"Shut your damn mouth, Octavius!" Rose retorted. "We have no time for this!"
The director smoked a cigar as the two bickered.
"Heh, but Rose is right, though. Don't think so low of yourself, Zack," Octavius responded. "Besides, I thought you wanted to prove your blessing is better than mine."
Sigh, if only they knew how my life played out. Zack pondered. They'd probably realize how useless I am.
"...Alright, I'll stop with the pity party," Zack relented. "I'll help you with the gang war."
"Heh, that didn't take too long. I knew you'd come around Zack since you were always useful for destructive missions like this," The director explained. "I don't know where this sudden low self-esteem came from, but it's nonsensical. When used correctly, your blessing is one of the strongest things in my arsenal."
"Uh-huh..." Zack uttered. There the director goes. He's treating me like a weapon in his arsenal. Zack pondered. It was far worse before I left and met the developer, but he's still the same. His compliments of calling me useful mean nothing...The trauma he left on me will always remain.
Zack's expression slightly soured, which didn't go unnoticed by Rose.
"The Silverdust Brothers dared to take our lives. We cannot let something like that slide," The director remarked. "We already know where their base lies, so we will not give them time to prepare. You three will annihilate and absorb anyone that surrendered."
"Oh yeah, do you still have the Silverdust gang explosives you deactivated, bro?" Octavius questioned. "Although we don't need to use the main part of your blessing specifically, it still can make for a flashy and effective plan."
"Yeah, I do."
"Good, we can use their bombs against them," Octavius remarked with a devious smirk. "They'll spend money to create bombs that'll cause their demise."

As the trio marched into enemy territory, they observed the burning corpses of many unfortunate gang members caught in the car bomb explosion. The environment was also filled with the grim, ear-piercing screams of gravely injured individuals, desperately crawling their way from the smoke and fire.
Not everyone was affected, and not every infrastructure was reduced to ruin by the scars of the blast, as silver overalls donning individuals came rushing out of damaged buildings. They were armed with military-grade firearms and donning armored vests.
"Wow, they didn't waste any time, huh?" Octavius stated. "They're already armored out."
The enemies wasted no time and began firing powerful rounds of ammunition at the trio. They anticipated this as Rose called for roots from beneath the ground. These roots elongated and manifested into a plant barrier around herself and her allies.

These roots were tough enough that the bullets could not pierce its exterior.
"Heh, why do normies always think regular weapons would work on blessed humans?" Rose mocked. "Especially if said blessed humans are trained."
They didn't cease their futile firing until the Silverdust brothers exited the mansion. The duo looked around and observed the destruction and casualties that emerged from Zack's explosion.
"How dare you Blueblood bastards come into our property and destroy our things!?" Noah yelled with rage. "I'll rip your heads off and ship it to your director! Let him know that we welcome this war!"
"Ah, the bosses are here now," Octavius said.
"You guys shouldn't use those puny weapons on them. It's not working," William remarked as he outstretched his hand. Suddenly, William manifested a massive volume of soft, grey-white shining powdered shavings. These shavings suddenly rushed in all directions, to the armor and firearms of the Silverdust Brothers' men.
It was as if their armor and firearms absorbed these shavings, as their color morphed to silver.
"Try again now," William advised. With delighted expressions, the men aimed with their upgraded weapons at the plant barrier. The effect of their bullets greatly contrasted their previous efforts, as their bullets pierced right through the plant mound when they fired, shocking the trio.
"Tsk! Go, go, go!" Octavius yelled as the trio immediately darted to the side.
"What the!? What happened to your plants!?" Zack questioned. "They got pierced through like it's nothing!"
"Tsk, it's the damn Silverdust Brothers' blessing! Their guns and armor look different. They're grey and shining. The brothers must have upgraded them with silver," Rose speculated.
"No wonder why it penetrated that easily. The brothers' silver is stronger than normal metal, after all," Octavius said.
The trio moved at a pace, allowing them to outpace the gunfire, annoying the men. They didn't stop until they hid in the trees of the forest.
"Damn, did they get away!?" A Silverdust gang member questioned.
"No. We won't let them get away, not after what they did to our property and allies," William remarked. "From the direction they took, I doubt they ran away either. Just keep on guard."
William's deduction was accurate, as the trio never left. They simply began planning their next move.
"Those silver bullets would be effective against us..." Zack muttered. "There seems to be around forty of them, so the brothers have the numbers advantage."
"Yeah, you're right about those two facts, but those are all they have against us," Octavius remarked.
"Huh?"
"Why do you think the Silverdust brothers are relying on their men to help them? They are weak, Zack," Rose responded. "At most, those two are as strong as low to mid-tier super soldiers."
"Isn't that still pretty strong, though?"
"Tsk, just shut up. The normies would be annoying, sure, but I can handle them all by myself without much effort," Rose continued. "Meanwhile, you two can take down the brothers."
"W-What!? I gotta take down the main threats!?"
"...I'm giving you a chance, Zack. Prove to the director that you're more than just a weapon," Rose replied. "As much as it's annoying, I've given up on thinking you'd remember me. I want you to be seen as capable humans like us by the director."
"...You're making me sad that I can't remember you..." Zack muttered.
"Come on! Let's go now!" Rose remarked as she rushed to return to the fight. "You two flank them!"
"..Alright, let's go, Octavius!" With renewed determination, Zack replied.
"Yeah."

Rose had returned to the battlefield, surprising the enemies.
"Oh, you're back?" William questioned as he observed Rose returning through the forest trees. "Kill her."
Obeying their leader, the men lifted their firearms to point at her. Rose gave them no time to aim as she rushed towards a gang member at blinding speeds.
BAM!
This gang member met an unfortunate fate without even perceiving it, as his head was separated from his body. His head, which soared through the air, seemed disfigured, as the skin of the left side of his face was ripped apart and exposing his teeth. His left eye was also missing from his head.
Rose was the cause of this as she carried a large wooden club with lime green spikes at the side. She had created this from the branches of a tree in the forest and utilized its leaves to create the spikes.
This visibly surprised the Silverdust brothers, as they could perceive Rose's movements.
Rose gave none of them any time to process this as she quickly grabbed the frontmost member and put the weapon at their throat.
"Listen up, fellas. My name is Rose Thatcher from the Blueblood Corps," Rose introduced herself while the men aimed at her. They knew they couldn't shoot or risk hitting their ally, which Rose took advantage of. "I do not want to kill you all, as you aren't the main perpetrators, so I'll give you a chance. Surrender and become a Blueblood Corps member."
The Silverdust brothers listened with bewilderment but was quickly morphed into anger as Rose explained her intent.
"Tsk! How dare you, bitch!?" Noah yelled as he manifested silver dust in the palms of his hands. "Who the hell do you think you are--"
BAM!
The Silverdust brothers were unaware they were flanked until it was too late. Octavius and Zack rushed them from behind the mansion and executed powerful strikes on William and Noah's backs, respectively.
They knocked them across the land, where they rolled several times before slamming into property damaged by the car bomb explosion.
"I will let you know now. Your bosses won't live to see another day," Rose declared. "So, as gang members, you all should make the right choice. Well, I'm sure at least some of you will after witnessing your boss' deaths."
"Tsk...damn bitch," Noah muttered as he and his brother stood up. They shifted their gaze to the duo who hit them.
"Did you forget about us?" Zack questioned. "I know she's pretty, but you shouldn't focus on women right now."
H-Huh? Rose internally thought with visible surprise. What the hell is he saying?
