4-A New Gang

*********

I entered the room and turned on my phone. I began researching the known gangs in the city. The most powerful gang in the city was the Snake Gang, but their whereabouts were unknown. So, I decided to target the Skull Gang, which was almost as powerful as the Snake Gang.

According to my research, the Skull Gang consisted of around eighty members. They were involved in numerous robberies and drug trafficking in the area.

I went to my wardrobe and put on a black hoodie and sweatpants. I opened one of the drawers on the table and took out a brass knuckle. I put on my shoes and headed outside, walking towards my target.

As I entered a side street, people around me gave me suspicious looks. This was the territory of a major gang, and normally, no one dared to enter.

Gang members followed me without attempting to hide themselves. About two minutes later, five people blocked my path.

"Where do you think you're going?" one of them asked me, and the others surrounded me.

"I'm looking for the leader of the Skull Gang," I said.

The man's face broke into a smile when he heard my words, and soon that smile turned into laughter.

"HAHAHAHAA! Did you guys hear this?"

The people around me laughed along with him. I realized that talking wouldn't get me anywhere, so I put my right hand into my pocket and gripped the brass knuckle.

While the man in front of me was still laughing, I unexpectedly swung my left hand and struck his jaw.

With the force of the punch, the man was sent flying about two meters. Most likely, his jaw was broken, and he would have to eat through a straw for three months. Of course, that was not my concern.

"Your turn."

The men around me were still in shock from the incident, and I quickly punched one of them with my right hand, knocking him out.

In the meantime, a man behind me pulled out a knife and lunged at me. I turned quickly and used my arm as a shield to block the knife.

Seeing me trying to block the knife with my arm, the man sneered, saying, "Idiot."

When the knife made contact with my arm, the smile quickly disappeared from the man's face. My arm was only pierced about a centimeter.

I punched the man with my right hand, hitting his ribs. When the brass knuckle made contact with the man's ribs, a nauseating sound of a bone breaking came, and the man fell to the ground in pain.

His ribs were broken, and he would likely die from internal bleeding. In fact, I didn't want to kill anyone in this gang, because this gang was going to be mine, but killing a few people might make the job easier.

With each passing second, more people gathered around me and tried to attack, but as time went on, the fear in their faces grew.

The narrative has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.

The men around me started to fear me, so none of them dared to attack.

"You don't need to attack me; I can take you to your boss..."

Before I could finish my sentence, a bullet came through a window of the building next to me and hit the side of my head.

When the bullet made contact with my head, it barely pierced the skin, going about five centimeters inside and cracking my skull.

I fell to the ground in severe pain, and my vision began to blur.

"You talk too much," the man who shot me through the window said, walking up to me and firing another shot into my head.

The men who witnessed this scene praised their boss with smiles.

"You're amazing, boss. Without you, this guy could've taken us down."

—-

Grant, the leader of the gang, furrowed his brow as he looked down at his defeated gang members on the ground.

"You're even worse than I thought, can't even handle one guy," Grant said.

Upon hearing Grant's words, the gang members lowered their heads and apologized. One of them added, "Boss, this guy is not normal; he's knocking people out with just one punch."

Grant didn't take the gang member's words seriously; he thought they were trying to cover their failures with excuses.

"Deal with the bodies; I'm heading back to my room," Grant said, and he turned to walk towards the building next to him.

However, when he heard an angry voice from behind, he stopped in his tracks.

"Where do you think you're going!?"

When he turned around, he was shocked by what he saw. The man he had just shot in the head twice was standing there, looking at him.

"Impossible," Grant muttered.

The cursed man walked up to me and shot another bullet into my head. My eyes closed completely, but I didn't lose consciousness. I could hear the gang members around me talking.

In just about ten seconds, I had healed enough to open my eyes again. The bullets in my head slowly pushed themselves out, and the wound closed up completely.

The astonished looks from the gang members around me were clear as I got to my feet and shouted after the retreating gang leader.

"Where do you think you're going!?"

When the gang leader turned to see me, an incredible expression crossed his face.

"Impossible," Grant muttered.

I had to hold back my laughter when I heard that. The red chain tattoos on my arms flared to life, and chains formed in the flames.

Then came the blades. I swung the blade in my hand with anger, and the chains extended, wrapping around the gang leader. He struggled to break free from the chains, but his efforts were in vain.

Pulling the chains back, I brought the gang leader to the ground, walking up to him. The people around me were in such shock that they weren't even trying to attack me.

As I approached the gang leader, he began to plead.

"Please, don't kill me."

I ignored his words and tightened the chains, causing the gang leader to cry out in pain. The blades on the chains heated up, and in just two seconds, they burned the gang leader to ashes.

The heat generated by the chains and blades was so intense that the people around me began to sweat.

Holding the Blades Of Chaos in my hand, I turned to the gang members and asked, "Does anyone else want to die?"

The gang members couldn't even make eye contact, let alone speak. I looked at them and asked, "Are there any other gang members?"

One of them gathered the courage to speak.

"There are about thirty people not here right now."

I studied the speaking man. He had blonde hair and blue eyes, was about 175 centimeters tall, and appeared to be around my age.

*I must say, he's quite handsome. I wonder how he got involved in gang activities.*

I think about this and ask the blonde kid for his name.

"My name is Aaron, sir," he said.

"Very well, Aaron. Gather everyone outside and tell them that your former leader is dead. From now on, I am the leader of this gang, and you are the assistant leader," I said.

Aaron looked at me in amazement, and after five seconds, he nodded with determination.

I turned the Blades Of Chaos back to my tattoos. This action only surprised the gang members even more.

After the action was over, I felt the warm current within me. This warmth circulated all over my body before vanishing.

With a smile on my face, I opened the system window, and I saw my template had increased by one percent.

*My guess was correct; fighting makes me stronger.*

Just then, another system window opened in front of me, showing that I had completed the task.

[Congratulations, you have completed the task.]
