Quick note, while it might seem strange to some people that the "pride of the species" is just a D-rank monster, Volcanic Bees' highest evolution rank before branching into other insect-type monsters IS the D-ranks.
As for the other bees, they can evolve into Volcanic Bee Soldiers, Builders, Engineers, and many other different versions. However, only the Queen Bee can gather the swarm and command the hive. You can expect to find at least 1 Queen Bee in a developed Volcanic Bee nest..., and they will be found at most 1 as well, as the Queen Bees are extremely dictator-crazy and can not withstand seeing another queen in their kingdom. Bee monster researchers would gladly pay a fortune to see one of these so-called "Royal Duels" between the bees.
Appearance:
A Volcanic Queen Bee is a giant bee that emits large flames from its back. Their blood-red stingers give off the image of being made from solidified blood while their orange-and-black bodies evoke the image of flames.

Danger rank: D+ (B if leading a swarm)
Rarity rank: A-
The Queen is placed in a jack-of-all, ace-of-none position among the Volcanic Bees. It has decent defense, strong offense, good speed, and even some magical capabilities. However, the Queen is lacking in each department compared to the other D-rank Volcanic Bees, such as the fighting Soldier or the speedy Scout.
Their real strength lies in how they can produce "Volcanic Mini-Bee tokens" from the flames on their back, commanding them to swarm the Queen's enemy, burning them to crispy ashes in the process. Else the Queen can use their leadership abilities to take control of their swarm and fully unleash its full potential.
Its long repertoire of (a little half-baked) skill selection to adapt to any situation that may threaten the Queen's reign. However, they, like other Volcanic Bees, are still very weak to water and extremely low temperatures. Bring a flood or three, or maybe a cold wave, with you the next time you go to conquer a Volcanic Bee nest.
