After seeing how easily they managed to kill the crawler that they had found, the group decided to continue exploring the area in the hope of meeting a group of those beasts, so they could test their strength fighting in groups.
For the next half an hour, they traveled across the mall, going to the most dangerous areas of that floor that their guides knew about, killing every single creature that they found before reaching the point at which they had to decide which pentagram they were going to go to first.
"Well, I think that it is pretty clear that we are capable of killing those things easily, so I think we should make couples and separate to destroy the pentagram more easily," Gar suggested.
"Well, I guess you and I should go together as we did in our youth," Arthur replied to Gar.
"I think it would be the best. After all, we know each other and how we fight, so we are the best couple possible to take down the creature that we have above us. " Gar said.
"Why are you deciding things so quickly? This should be a decision of the whole group. " Denise complained about Arthur and Gar's decisions.
"Well, we are the older ones here, and probably also the strongest, so I think it is logical for us to go against the strongest creature. Also, I think that we should create mixed couples, as if two people from the same village work together, they would have less variety in their skills than if they were from different ones. " Gar explained himself.
"Well, if you see it that way, it makes sense," Denise replied, lowering her voice.
"Also, as I'm the strongest here, I should be in charge, so let's do it this way, "Gar said while bursting into laughter.
Denise then looked at Gar while arching an eyebrow before deciding that it wasn't worth the effort to try to convince him to do it differently.
"Well, how are we going to pair ourselves then?" Edwin asked.
"I will go with Denise, if she accepts me as her companion, of course," Cyrus said, with a smile on his face while looking at Denise.

"It is not as if I have many more options right now, so I guess I will go with you," Denise replied, smiling.
"Then I will go with Raziel. Be gentle with me please; I don't want to end up hurt on our first date. " Edwin said while smiling.
Raziel replied while laughing lightly. "I will treat you well, but I can't say the same for my father."
After hearing Raziel's words, Edwin quickly looked at Gar, and he instantly felt the killing intent being released by his body.
"Well, now that the groups are formed, let's decide the plan," Denise said, changing the atmosphere of the conversation completely by making the whole group pay attention to her.
"I would suggest that we decide on a meeting point, so when each one of us has managed to end their battle, we can reunite and see if someone hasn't been able to return. That way, when someone manages to break the pentagram, they can come back and see if the other has finished yet and go to help the others, but not without leaving a mark or sign that lets the others know that they have finished their task and that they are helping someone." Arthus suggested a plan.
"So basically, if Raziel and I end our fight early, we would come back to leave a mark that indicates to the others that we have broken the pentagram and go to help Gar and you, for example?" Edwin asked.
"Exactly. What is more, if you don't care, I would like to get priority when you have to decide who you are going to help. Gar may think that we are pretty strong, but if we are going to go up against the strongest of those monsters, it can be dangerous even for us. " Arthur whispered to the others in the group, even if Gar was still capable of hearing him.
"I think that it is fair. After all, you two are going to go up against the biggest danger. It makes sense that you get the help first. " Cyrus said while nodding.
"Well, then we have our plans ready. Now we just need to split up and find those pentagrams to free this world from evil and darkness. " Edwin said while laughing." Don't do anything reckless and return alive. I want you all to attend the great celebration party that we are going to have when we return to our world."
After that, the group split, and each couple began to move toward their destinations while following their different guides.
In less than ten minutes, Cyrus and Denise found themselves by the side of a hole on one of the walls of the building, from which mist didn't stop flowing inside.
"This is as far as I can go." The guide said." To reach the pentagram, you need to cross the vegetation bridge to get to the other building, and from there go to the roof, where you will find the pentagram that you are looking for."
"Thanks for your help." Both of them thanked the man before he left.
Then, they looked through the hole and found a great number of bone-like vines hanging from one building to another while forming a bridge.
