After closing his eyes, the image of his world appeared in his mind.
While looking at Eden from above, he talked to Heaven.
"Hey, Heaven. How's everything? Has anything happened during the night?" Axel asked.
"The number of magical beasts that have developed a bloodline had multiplied, with most of them being of different races from each other. That has been possible mainly because of the new magical plants that help them advance their cultivation faster than before." Heaven explained.
"And what about the new element? Has it been discovered yet?" Axel asked.
"The new element had appeared in little areas in Eden and a few in Orixe. Although some magical beasts and plants had begun to use it, humanity has yet to learn about it."
"It makes sense that there isn't much of the new element in Eden. After all, with the world's beacon there, the amount of life-energy in the area should be so high that the characteristics of its appearance would be impossible." Axel said while scratching his chin. "Now that I think about it, have humanity found the world's beacon?"
"No, they haven't," Heaven replied.
After hearing that, Axel was surprised.
The world's beacon was a giant tree in the middle of Eden that had developed the life-energy as a defense against corruption. If they hadn't found it, it meant that humanity still had a large part of the continent to colonize.
"And how about the cultist groups?" Axel asked.
"The cultist's number has grown in size, while the average strength has also increased thanks to the reward system I introduced."
The author's narrative has been misappropriated; report any instances of this story on Amazon.
"Reward system?"
"Yes. I will send them quests or ask for sacrifices, and if they can complete the task, I will reward them with one of the prices we discussed yesterday."
"And how are the results? Did a lot of people manage to get stronger?" Axel asked curiously.
"The leader with the highest cultivation tried to break through to the next rank but died trying. Thankfully, another two cultists have reached the ninth stage to replace his position. Apart from them, there are also a few dozen stage-eight cultists around both continents."
"Those aren't bad numbers at all. And now that you talk about it what about rank two cultivators? Has anyone managed to break through?"
"While Sacro has obtained its second rank two cultivators, the tribes have one each."
"Not bad, a lot more than yesterday," Axel replied happily, surprised.
The increase of rank two cultivators was considerable. If he continued at that pace, he might have a small army of them by the end of the week, but he hoped that the speed would increase instead of maintained, so those were good news for him.
After that, Axel observed his world for a while.
He observed the commoners' everyday living and the cultivators' routines. Even though there was a lot of violence and hardship in the lives of the cultivators, they would spend most of their lives peacefully honing their skills and cultivating.
Each tribe was different, and while the Esvert cultivators reunited on academies and the Yuoko on sects, the Guburg did so on houses.
A family would lead each house, with some subordinate families beneath them. Because of the violent customs of the Guburg, the leading family of each house was ever-changing, with the subordinate families conspiring against each other and the ruling family.
'It is a bit like middle age, but instead of knights, you have muscular barbarians with magical tattoos.' Axel thought.
Inside those houses, it wasn't weird for those on the top to mistreat those weaker. While looking at the training grounds of a fortress, Axel saw how a group of kids "trained" with another one while hitting and shouting at him.
Before things got serious, an elderly man crossed the training grounds with the help of his cane, shouting and shaking his arm right in the air to make the kids stop.
After hearing the man, the kids stopped and left while laughing, leaving the other kid on the ground.
'Wow, I didn't expect bullying to exist in my world too. Maybe I should do something to change that.' Axel thought.
But for some reason, he did nothing and continued looking at the kid's life.
'This looks interesting. I may get something interesting from this situation.' He thought as he observed with attention everything that happened from that moment onwards.
