As soon as the Guburg cultivator stood up, Ethan dragged him across the battlefield so he could help him tend to those affected by the black dust.
"But now I'm going to help you? I know nothing about medicine. The only thing I have done my whole life is punching things." The Guburg tried to complain.
"Shut up! You just have to follow my instructions." Ethan said.
"Headmaster, the Yuoko are resisting the effects of the dust better than the Guburg. We think it is because of their control over the life-energy, as some Guburg with tattoos of that element are in the same condition as them." One of his subordinates explained to Ethan.
"That's what I thought would happen. Any other Guburg that has managed to recover?" he asked.
"Yes, another one has woken up. It seemed like one of his was based on corruption and had gone wild when he became unconscious."
"We can confirm that corruption can heal the effects of the dust then. When I order, you will make some corruption enter his body and then retrieve it completely." Ethan ordered the Guburg as he pointed to a cultivator lying on the ground.
The cultivator seemed confused at first, but after realizing that Ethan was serious, he nodded.
Ethan began to inspect the man's body, trying to find anything unusual about it. After an exhaustive inspection, he managed to spot parasites feeding on the man's energy pathways.
"Now, do it." He ordered.
Following Ethan's orders, the cultivator touched the man's chest as his arm began to shine with dark light.
The moment the light entered the patient's body, Ethan saw how the corruption traveled across the man's body, damaging and changing almost everything that is found on its path, including the parasites that Ethan had found, which died seconds after the corruption touched them.

"Now retrieve all the corruption from his body, trying to minimize the damage to his body," Ethan said.
Following his instructions, the Guburg cultivator reabsorbed the corruption into his body. The man's appearance improved almost instantly after doing that.
"It worked! Now go and help heal anyone affected by the dust." Ethan ordered the man.
Seeing that he had the power to save many lives, the man began to run across the battlefield, repeating the same process as many times as he could.
In the meantime, Ethan neared the other Guburg cultivator that had managed to heal himself to explain how to help others with the corruption, as a single person would not be enough to help everyone.
With two people aiding the Esvert to tend the sick, Ethan decided to focus on what was left on the battlefield. The cultivators had already annihilated most of the undead, with just a small group of undead dwarfs remaining to fight.
Seeing this, Ethan couldn't help but smile and went near where the skeleton had turned into dust. There, he found its bonny staff laying on the ground, upon which he felt the necessity of destroying it.
He grabbed it, and with a little force, broke it in two before transforming into tiny lights. Those lights began to fuse themselves to create a ball of light that fused with Ethan's body before he could do anything to prevent it.
Even so, he could feel that the ball had done nothing bad to him. What's more, he felt that it was one of the reasons why they were there.
After realizing that, he began to inspect his surroundings and realized that there wasn't a feeling to approach the city anymore.
While this was happening, the rest of the cultivators managed to defeat the remaining undead of the horde.
"It's been fun. I haven't fought so much in a long time." Zack said while laughing.
"It's been interesting because we managed to win without suffering any losses. If those kids screwed up a little more, this could have ended very differently." Owald said as he looked around him.
As the battle ended, everyone was doing their best to help the wounded and loot anything that could be useful for them. Sadly, as their enemies had been undead, they couldn't get anything from their bodies apart from weak bones and rotten flesh. The only ones that had anything valuable were the undead dwarfs that wore metallic armor, but even those had ended up torn to pieces after the fight, so there wasn't much to gain from them.
"Is everything ready around here?" Ethan asked as he neared the other two leaders."I have already found what we were looking for in this city, so we can go to the mountain and help the other group."
