"This goes two ways ass hole." Kody said from his perch on a massive water Serpent he caught attacking fishing vessels off of the coast of California.
"You take your ships and leave, or.....I drown all of you and take everything for myself." He finished.
"You do not scare us." Came the heavily accented response for an Asian man from the bow of a warship with the Chinese flag on it.
Kody looked at the smaller ships around the large one in front and could even see the two submarines that were slowly moving around him.
Water pooled into his hands and he squeezed. With a very loud ping there was a mass of bubbles and oil coming to the surface on his right.
He flicked his hand out to the left in a grabbing motion and lifted forcing the large submarine on the left up out of the water.
He then looked at the Chinese military force in front of him with a maniacal grin he was known for.
"Do you wish to continue to play?" I am the Warden of the Pacific Northwest and have been dubbed by my Country as the King of the Pacific. I don't want to kill any more of you, but I will unless you return to your country. The USA has enough problems without you trying to move in on it."
Kody saw the man didn't even flinch rather he smirked and jumped into the water and began controlling the water himself coming to stand on it directly across from him.
"I am Shangxiao Liang Wei. A colonel in your language and i do not fear a mere child like you pretending to be an uncrowned king of the ocean I have sailed my entire life." He said as he raised his hands summoning water that turned into hundreds of ice spikes.

Kody grew serious then grinned even bigger. "It has been a while since I stretched my legs. Lets see what you have."
He tapped the Serpent. "Dive Neptune!"
The Serpent dove as Kody stayed on a single disk of water.
"There is a reason the Russians didn't push any further than they did you know? Oh well." Kody dropped into the water as the Colonel whipped his hands forward sending the spikes moving like arrows shot from a bow. Kody went further and further down until it was extremely dark.
He sensed and marked each of the 14 ships that were with the Colonel. With a flex of his will he sent a shockwave out from his body. It was subtle, but the call would be clearly heard.
Kody went back to the surface of the water and launched himself up on a swirling vortex. Making his hands into claws he reached out toward the spinning Colonel and stopped him dead in his tracks.
"What?! What have you done?" I figured everyone knew the human body is mostly water. I learned this trick from a cartoon I used to watch with a bald monk. Shut your mouth and watch." Kody instructed spinning the man around.
Kody sensed it coming. It took him months after he had a great handle on his path to find it. The Kraken.
It sensed the ships he had marked and one by one it's tentacles rose and slammed down on each ripping them in half and dragging them down in a screech of metal and screaming from the men and women. Some dove into the water only to be attacked by the sharks and other crestures he summoned for this job.
Kody watched as the ships began to vanish leaving only black and red water in their wake. With a pulse of his aether he sent a message to the Kraken to come closer. The giant tentacled Serpent raised its head from the water and opened its jaws.
Kody moved the water torrent he road around so the Colonel could see him.
"The penalty for invading a kings, threatening all he knows and loves....is death." Kody said coldly without the usual smile on his face.
He flung the arrogant Colonel into the massive maw of the Kraken. With a loud thundering booming snap it's jaws closed and it looked at Kody.
"You did so good boy!" Kody said flowing over the giant beast that was now acting like a puppy that wanted some loving from its owner. He rubbed his giant snout and sent a jolt of aether into it as an award.
"Go on now, go back to having fun buddy and thanks." Kody said as the giant beast sank beneath the waves and vanished.
