"WHAT?!"
The entire palace shook in rage and cracks began to spread out from the sheer output of aether as Ouroboros rose from his throne.
"You had better have answers for me! How is it that there are three dead dragons and my daughter is missing?!" Ouroboros continued shouting at his chamberlain who was supposed to report a potential solution at the same time as a problem.
"Your majesty. We have clues and they line up in a way that it do not believe is coincidence." The man said.
"Explain." The Emporer commanded.
"We have been recieving reports of a Tier 15-20 human moving through the empire causing problems. We recently set a bounty for information on this individual. Apparently he is connected to the destruction of part of our mines years ago. Rumor is that this individual was once in employ of Lord Aegis and his daughter Euryale Aegis. After we did some digging, we found out that this individual was a transfer from the other universe. The lady in waiting for the Princess, after much coercion, admitted that she went through the rift." He briefed.
'Lyionus!" Ouroboros shouted.
There was a flicker of movement as the shadow of the Emporer shifted and broke away creating a black beast kin that immediately knelt before the Emporer.
"You will head to royal valley and speak to Kukulkan. Take a squad of imperial soldiers to the Eden lands. I want you and him to find my daughter and dig until you find this human. I want them both brought back. I want the details behind the disappearance of the princess." He instructed to the kneeling black cat.
"Chamberlain, I want a full investigation into when, where, and how she was taken from here. The dragons will be buried according to the sacred rights. Bring me Amaru. He went to the academy with the Aegis girl." He said turning and sitting back on his throne.
The Chamberlain bowed then signaled to some of the attending guards to the throne room who rushed out to summon the prince.
They didn't have to wait long before a haughty young man stormed into the throne room.

"Father! What is the meaning of this?!" He shouted angrily.
"You forget yourself." Came the response before a massive pressure slammed Prince Amaru to the floor so hard purple blood flowed from his nose.
"Your sister and crown princess is gone. Her disappearance seems to coincide with a human that was once in the employ of House Aegis. I want to know everything you know."
Picking himself up off the ground, Prince Amaru stayed on one knee, but wiped his nose free.
"I passed judgement on the human years ago if that is what you are referring to. He was a nobody. Weak. He broke imperial law and I permanently placed him in the employ of Euryale Aegis and figured that would be the end of it. Oh! He had to do ten years in the mines first." He recounted.
Ouroboros ran a hand through his black and purple hair. Then he nodded to himself.
"You're to go with Lyionus. Find this human as you will recognize him. This is partly your mess. On the way pick up the Aegis girl and drag her along to help clean up this mess. If she is found to have helped I want both of their heads before me upon your return." He commanded.
"Get out of my sight and fix this. Chamberlain....bring me the fates. Something tells me they have something to do with this. It's too smooth and well executed to have been solely from a new integrated human. Tier 15-20 shouldn't be able to scratch a dragon let alone kill one...not to mention three of them."
The Chamberlain bowed and rushed out leaving the Emporer to his own council.

She was sweating absolute bullets from what that moron had done. She couldn't believe he tore a bloody swath through Royal Valley. If it is every discovered that she was involved involved the death of one dragon let alone three, her whole family would be slowly and painfully executed.
She would deny any involvement just as Sorin said, but how? How did he kill ancient dragons like that? It shouldn't have been possible, yet she had witnessed it for herself.
She paced back and forth in her chambers.
*bang!*bang!*
Euryale jumped and let out an undignified startled squeak.
"Mistress. You have been summoned to the throne room. You need to come as quickly as you can." Her lady in waiting said in a shaky voice.
"What is the problem?" she asked
What her servant said made her heart drop to her feet in terror.
"His majesty Prince Amaru has demanded your presence."
Euryale followed her lady in waiting like a prisoner sentenced to death. She stepped out into the throne room seeing everyone including her father bowing to the prince.
She immediately followed.
"Euryale Aegis. It seems your servant that I had decreed remain in your service yas fled and created problems for the empire so much that my father has dispatched me personally to deal with it. A princess goes missing in his wake and you're coming with me to set things straight." He said as he turned to head out.
He snapped his fingers then turned.
"Also...if you had anything to do with this mess, outside of your former relationship, you're head is going to be removed." He said with a cruel smile and walked out leaving Euryale a pale nervous wreck.
