18 – (Season 1) Golden Chicken

As Jim, Jake and Adam transformed into chickens, they headed towards the cave. They made a couple of turns and arrived at the guards. The chicken guards asked if they have the offering. Jim nodded and pulled out 20 garbage bags of fermented bugs. The chicken guards looked like they saw a ghost.

The Chicken guards said “Kill the demon chickens”

Jim Jake and Adam was getting ready to fight the 5 chicken guards. Jake and Adam asked Jim if they can fight in their original forms. Jim said no. They couldn't risk the Chicken Queen running away. Jim grabbed a small twig and channeled his mana creating a mana twig. Jim jumped and killed all five of the guard chickens.

Jake and Adam asked Jim why he pulled the bugs out of inventory. Jim wasn't thinking about it, but it made sense. Jim would freak out if someone pulled bugs out of thin air. From there, all three chickens grabbed one bag of bugs each and dragged it to the queen's chamber.

The queen chicken was 3 times larger than any chicken Jim saw. Jim brought all three bags of fertalized bugs to the chicken queen. The queen smelled something irrestibly declicious. She started munching on the bugs. After a minute, she stopped eating the bugs and asked what Jim, Jake and Adam wanted for a reward.

Jim looked around and didn't find anything other than a bunch of eggs. Jim asked the queen if he had more bugs, can she give him something that she valued the most. The queen thought aobut the question and agreed. Jim wobbled around the corner pulled the remaining 17 bags of stinky bugs. Jim called for the Queen to come around the corner. As soon as the queen walked around the corner, she was shocked at all of the bugs. She calmed down and thought about something she cared for. She told Jim to come back tommorow morning. Jim agreed and left the cave with Adam and Jake. Jim logged off to rest for the night and collect his reward in the morning.

Jim logged on and he received a talent. He was surprised since he wasn't expecting a talent and wondered what the talent was.

System notification: A new talent has been added.

Talent: Chicken queen's food supply.

All birds have an increased affinity with you. You have satisfied the Chicken Queen's hunger. All chickens will have accept any requests from you as long as they serve a chicken queen.

Jim wasn't sure how to take this news. On one hand, some of the benefits were unknown and will have to go through trial and error to understand the benefits. After a couple of minutes, Jim transformed into a chicken to meet the chicken queen. When he entered the queen's chamber, the chicken queen welcomed him into her chamber. She brought over a large golden colored egg. She said that this was her most valuable treasure as she has never laid a golden color egg. Jim thanked her and left her chambers. The chicken queen felt sad that Jim was leaving. She might never get to eat such delicious bugs again.

As Jim was walking back to town, the golden egg started cracking. A small blue chick hatched out of the egg. Jim was not expecting a blue chicken. The chicken looked at Jim and a notification popped up.

Blue chicken would like to form a contract with you. Would you like to accept.

Jim accepted the contract and picked a name.

Jim said “I will name you Dawn”

Jake and Adam asked Jim why he named him Dawn. He replied that the chicken reminded him of the duck on dawn dish soap. Jake and Adam started laughing.

Jake said “Thats not a duck its a chicken” while laughing.

Adam agreed “Do you think ducks and chickens are the same”

They didn't stop laughing until they reached apple town.

Jim went straight to the arena to meet Blue Moon and her group.

Blue moon was excited to see Jim but soon started to frown after seeing him. Jim was still level 10, the same level he had when he sparred with Blue Moon's team.

Jim felt the disappointment as soon as he met her and could guess it probably had to due with his levels. Jim offered a quick spar since she was questioning his commitment to this raid. Blue Moon accepted. She did not hold anything back and activated her version of mana eyes (super sight). Her strength and mana rose significantly. Jim guessed that she already is tier 1 and is close to tier 2. Her level was 20; however, Jim was not worried.

Jim did not even summon any clones and pulled out his sword. He instantly created a mana blade. As soon as Blue Moon charged at him, Jim swung his sword at Blue Moon. Instantly, Blue Moon was sent back 10 meters.

Blue Moon yelled “Impossible, he is not even level 20 yet he is beating me in strength”

She quickly yielded as she could tell that she was not his match. She guessed that Sera had his own way of training. After passing her test, she discussed tactics for tommorow's raid at Burning Chicken.
