Opening Day of Champion

As the game was launched, everyone was anticipating server overload due to the pre game hype. As soon the game launched, reviews would follow shortly that will make or break the game’s success. However, since Jim knows about the future, he knows that this game will be a giant success. Instead of focusing on reviews or beginner guides, Jim knew exactly what to do to reach success.

“Welcome to champion. Please choose a nickname. Please note that this name will be permanent and will represent your character above your head”

After much thought, Jim was unsure what nickname to use. In the future, as he was regarded as the only player to play ninja in later seasons, people nicknamed in solo ninja. Well in this life, lets try a new name. Lets go with Sera since its was possible to return to this life with that item.

“Welcome Sera to Champion. Feel free to browse the rules for this world and enjoy the game”

After the announcement went away, Sera was moved to the town of beginnings.

“Wow this place sure is nostalgic. Lets waste no time here and go straight to the library”

In the future, many players went straight into training grounds to practice skills or go outside the town to farm for experience or items. Very few people stayed in the town. It was only after a couple of seasons later that players learned that reading and learning skills books from libraries was one of the few ways of learning legacy skills and basic skills.

Sera, on a quest to hone his newfound mana technique needed to learn the five basic elemental skills. As he explored the bookshelfs, he found interesting books on swordsmanship, archery, archery, history…

All of a sudden he started groaning as he held his hand to his head.

“I thought it was a little too quiet in my head”

In an instant he greeted all nine of his personalities as they rarely manifested outside the game. As soon as Jim logged on all nine personalities slowly started to communicate with each other. Some of his personalities got along, some didn’t, it was reminiscent of a family structure where some people got along just fine and other didn’t.

“Since we are all here, we can all look at any books that interest us.”

Jim grabbed all the books that using mana control and held them in the air to practice his mana control. As he was plucking books and placing them back on the shelf, the librarian mage noticed his exceptional control and came to chat with him.

“You there, what is your name” as the elderly mage said.

As Jim turned around, he greeted the NPC “I am Sera”

“You have great talent in mana, yet I don’t sense that you are a mage” as the mage pondered with his curious mind.

“I am trying to make my own path and develop my own style of combat” Sera responded politely.

“It is rare to meet such a charismatic young man. Let me give you something that will help you in your journey” slowly chanting, the mage focused as he slowly started sweating.

As he finished chanting, a system notification popped.

System notification: you have learned the talent: molecular mana

All things in this world is made of mana. The talent allows you to see the breakdown of mana down to its molecules. Your control of mana has increased to the particle level and you can use the mana in nature to assist with spell completion.

“wow, this is such a great gift. I will never forget your kindness esteemed mage” Jim politely thanked the mage.

“This is the least I can do for someone so talented” the wizard slowly walked by to the entrance.

Talents are very rare as they provide additional bonuses to characters. Some players dream of obtaining one talent in their lifetime. Jim was estatic as he found a hidden gem in the library.

Adam, jake, Lucifer, Michael congratulated Jim as his other personalities rarely communicate all together. The remaining five didn’t care enough to congratulate Jim as their personalities bordered toward extreme introverts and rarely communicated.

Suddenly, a message popped up

System notification: You have used up all your time in the town. You will now be escorted to the town of Apple.
