07 – (Season 1) Community forum superstar Sera
As soon as Jim woke up, he casually scrolled the game forums. One post in the popular trend tab caught his eye.
Forum Post Title: Is this an NPC or a hidden expert
Loads of forum messages discussed the video uploaded of Sera killing goblins with a erratic playstyle reminiscent of berserker classes. People speculated if he already changed classes to a berserker as the power to kill goblins in less than one minute was unheard of. Even multiple classes took 2-3 minutes in groups to efficiently kill goblins.
People pointed out that you can see Sera as only being level 8 so he shouldn’t be able to class change yet. The weapon used in the video wasn’t anything special as it looked like a random iron sword you can find in any blacksmith.
The netizens were forming their own ideas but none of them were able to figure out why Sera was dominating goblins before a class change.
Netizen one said “did you hear how he ended each sentence with kekeke. Maybe he is a secret otaku and researched the game mechanics in beta?”
Netizen two said “Are you an idiot. What kind of beta tester would go into the open without a basic cloak to hide their identities. Most likely, he has a secret talent or is a genius”
Netizen three said “Did you look at his eyes. It looks like he enjoyed the slaying of goblins. Maybe he has a secret class or cultist”…
Many online netizens continued to discussed Jim’s playstyle which was actually Adam’s playstyle when he temporarily switched personalities. Jim’s only regret is that he yelled out mountain hammer at the end of that leap strike. This was embarrassing for Jim, but did not affect Adam’s personality.

Jim made an official post using his username which linked to the game. At the end of the post he wrote “Im glad everyone enjoyed my gameplay. I will stream in the future so please attend my channel”.
After Jims post, it was pinned to the top of the forum and the netizens went crazy by flooding the messaging boards.
“Can you teach me how to use the move”
“Can you train my character”
“Are you a beta tester”
Loads of questions poured in and Jim decided not to post anywhere and ignore the remaining posts. A little mystery would always entice the players to want more and maybe even attend him streams.
The only messages worth noting was recruitment offers to join guilds, however, Jim never liked the idea of being restricted and being told what to do so he ignored all of the invites.
After browsing the community forums Jim logged on to Champion.
Day 3 of traveling to Slime Kingdom
As Jim dived deeper into the forest, the monster species changed as there were signs or wolves fighting with goblins.
I guess I must be getting close to the wolves dens.
This didn’t create any issue as wolves were slightly faster and more aggressive versions of goblins. This only made it easier to kill them for xp as wolves would rush up to Jim saving him the trouble of rushing to each wolf.
As the wolves presented no real danger to Jim, he decided to practice evasion techniques. As he was proficient with the sword, he worked on his parrying techniques. Parrying techniques came in many different forms. For Jim it was easy to parry using the sword close to his body as he could easily predict where the wolf will lunge them teeth or swipe their paws. This held some form of danger but was easily predictable as the wolves did not have variations or foresight to change their attacks.
Jim wanted to work on parrying attacks that carried tracking mechanisms but unfortunately, all the creatures did not have any complex or projectile attacks. He would most likely not see any until the end of the season or next season as there were tournaments held to celebrate the end of a season.
Jim continued to cut down on all the monsters with Adam Partially switching bodies and practicing Mountain Hammer.
Jim could still not perform as well as Adam for strong single strikes as he continued to observe Adam. Maybe Adam has a separate Talent tree than I do. Let me check his talent screen.
As Jim opened up his screen, he was surprised at what he saw.
