"There's just so much going on." Doctor Strange sighed.
"It must feel overwhelming." The Phantom Stranger said. "But such was the destiny meant for the Prime Sorcerer, not the Supreme Sorcerer."
"And how you manage to keep weaving accusations in your statements..." Doctor Strange mumbled.
"It's all chaos!" Doctor Strange shouted. "Have you seen the future?"
"Mmhhh.." The Phantom Stranger sighed deeply. "I don't need to, to know how this ends. It ends with giving up control."
"That much I heard." Doctor Strange admitted. "But, can you tell me how to stop the OmniSight Aegis from destroying the future?"
"Since it came from the Collective Conscious and all." Strange added.
"If I could, I wouldn't be here." The Phantom Stranger admitted.
"The OmniSight Aegis is slowly corrupting the Collective Conscious as it discovers more about the universe and the characters in it." The Phantom Stranger explained. "If it's not stopped, it might corrupt the entire Collective Conscious, thereby disabling one of my most precious powers."
"Night Omniscience." Doctor Strange said. "You seem to be only concerned about that."
"That's my concern, and I have my reasons." The Phantom Stranger shot back. "I have no sides and I always only pick my side."
"I came here to tell you that the only one capable of stopping the OmniSight Aegis is the Prime Sorcerer - with the complete conscious." The Phantom Stranger. "He may have not mastered the required scroll for such a task, or any, for that matter, but he is the last shot at salvation."
"Not even I can stop the OmniSight Aegis." The Phantom Stranger.
"What about Zurak?" Strange asked, recalling the god of anti-magic.
"As I said, that's a multiverse problem that can be dealt with by other... individuals." The Phantom Stranger said. "I'm sure that God would never let Zurak wipe out all of creation."
"Besides, I'm more interested in seeing what Loki does to Zurak." The Phantom Stranger added.
"Loki!" Doctor Strange sounded surprised. "You know about the God of Mischief?"
"I know everything, remember?" The Phantom Stranger reminded. But secretly, he whispered to himself. "For now, at least."
"He is currently the self-proclaimed god of Themyscira." The Phantom Stranger said. He further explained to Strange Loki's desire to become the Prime Sorcerer and his quest to get outside of the existence. To the One.
With the Justice League in disarray and his elaborate plan to keep them away from distracting him, Loki had travelled across the DC Universe in search of the Axioms. After gathering all of them, he would then proceed to finding Doctor Strange and claim the will of Prime for himself.
However, even with no one to obstruct his path, his journey was still a perilous one as the Axioms weren't just lying around waiting to be found. Every time he came across one, something came between him and acquiring it and he ended losing the axiom.
Interesting enough, he even came across his old buddies that he had sent to disorient the Justice League - the Teen Titans. That was before they were about to cross into the Dense Atmosphere, and Loki came to learn about the existence of Zurak.
He was said to be the god of anti-magic, sealed away by Nabu for all eternity, but in truth, he was more than that.

In all fairness, calling Zurak a god was just an understatement. A god of Loki's standards or, say, Zeus's standards wouldn't be too powerful to make The Presence shifty about his existence.
That was Zurak. He was even feared by the Presence himself. Just imagine what he could do!
Every bit of creation was rooted to magic, and anti-magic was the nemesis. Using anti-magic, Zurak had the ability to obliterated everything there was in the entire existence.
Loki digged deeper and found more about this powerful being. Zurak was much like the Prime Sorcerer, because he was directly connected to the One and the None. Mostly, he was connected to the None, associated with destruction.
Having failed at acquiring the Axioms, Loki had desired to know about Zurak's status. Such was a power the god of Mischief desired. The power that could make you feared by all, even the gods.
He found out that Zurak could only take his form if he had his relics with him. A Cloak, a hat, a wand, a pair of boots, and, a crystal.
From than, Loki deduced the one other possible way he could categorize Zurak. He was a will, much like the will of Prime. He only didn't have a sorcerer to have a definite body and elevated powers.
This tickled an aspiration in the god of Mischief, and he decided to set out on a new journey. He would become the vessel of Zurak!
As a means to prepare he decided to assemble an army that would match with him once he surpassed the Prime Sorcerer after owning Zurak.
He returned back to the Earth, and searched for the hidden Paradise Islands he had learnt about.
"The best army is an army of the gods." He had said to himself as he searched for Themyscira. "Let me capture their attention by provoking them."
Using the Boots of Zurak, Loki de-cloaked the Island once he had detected it. He was more than eager to sit on their throne and become the God of Themyscira, since the use of anti-magic gave him the upper hand.
The powerful warriors of Themyscira had put up a strong fight, but they didn't stand a chance against Loki, and he won the over - forcibly.
Following their battle and defeat, they joined his army and became his underlings. Next came the provoked gods, unaware of Loki's use of anti-magic.
"There's a war in Themyscira." The Phantom Stranger concluded. "The outcome of that battle carries a lot of weight in tipping the scales to the end or salvation of everything.
At this point, Doctor Strange didn't know if he had it in him to react. There was just so much going on and it was making him feel incompetent.
But all was not lost, and he knew it. There was still a plan in motion and the Justice League was on his side. That together with all the powers he had.
He could use the Vishanti to find spells that would work to his favour, and the Darkhold when he needed to get out of dire situations and there was no other way.
As the Phantom Stranger had said, when all was lost, he would let Chaos take over using Chakra blocking.
Thinking back to that art, he remembered something he was also supposed to look into.
"Clea!" He gasped and the Phantom Stranger smiled.
"I was going that you'd bring that up." The Phantom Stranger said. "Otherwise, I'd just feel like a stalker at this point."
"W-why?" Strange started. "What do you know?"
"..about her?" Strange clarified.
"I know where she is." The Phantom Stranger hinted. He then narrated to Doctor Strange what had led Clea to her current situation, and why that mattered to him.
First, Doctor Strange had abruptly left her in the Sanctum's living quarters after being summoned by Razake through the Collective Conscious. He said that he would go back, which he did, a few minutes later.
But he didn't stay for long after hijacking Razake's consciousness in his subconscious. Instead, he left to go and finish things with Lex, saying that he'd be back to help Clea go back to her multiverse.
But that was the last time they ever spoke as he got caught up with trying to redeem himself to the Justice League. That was mostly because of the guilt of harming Superman that lay in his subconscious.
Well, Clea got tired of waiting for Strange to come and help her out, even after she had helped him get a hold of the Darkhold from Agatha Harkness in Marvel. She had caused an intermultiverse rift for that, but it didn't allow her to pass through as she couldn't control it.
She didn't however leave the Sanctum immediately but instead chose to patrol as she killed time, waiting for Doctor Strange to come back. The longer he kept her waiting the more she moved around the castle out of curiosity.
She saw the many places that the entrances led to, and even came to discover a prisoner that was being attended to by Natasha. Natasha told her that she recognized him, but his capture could have only been recent.
His name was Felix Faust, and by the time Clea had got to him, he was already ranting like a crazy old man. He spoke of seeing a blinding light that terrified the existence out of him.
Figuring that Strange could be preoccupied somewhere else, she decided to go hunt her the Ghost Rider and Kaecilius by herself, hoping to simplify things for the Sorcerer Supreme. Once he found them, he would then send them all back with a single flick of his wrist. He only had to find them.
"She is in a bar in Kansas." The Phantom Stranger said. "And she holds the trump card to the Soul Weaver spell you're working on."
