She slowly regained her conscious, the lights above her were adjusted to sooth her vision as she opened her eyes. She had just been tired, and all she had needed was some rest.
Wonder Woman opened her eyes abruptly causing her heart to beat faster inorder to pump blood through her whole body quicker. Her system rippled turbulently as she recalled something in her mind.
An important message for the Prime Sorcerer, and another for the Justice League.
She looked around her to see the concerned look of J'onn and Barry.
"Easy now.." Cyborg was reassuring. "Everything is alright."
"What happened?" Barry asked worriedly but looking calm, hoping that he wouldn't spook her farther.
Wonder Woman relaxed her chest and shoulders and rested easy. She then pulled her body to a sitting position, feeling a relaxing wave surge in her body.
She had been exhausted. From fighting with Lex and his goons in the forest, to being captured and be continuously weakened, even with that beam... And that energy she had seen too before she escaped. What was it?
It had somehow siphoned the shield that was neutralizing her superhuman abilities.
"I'm glad you guys are okay." Wonder Woman showed her relief.
"We should be the ones saying that." The Martian Manhunter thought.
"You came in calling for me." Doctor Strange, who was also in the room said. "I remember you mentioning the word - Axiom."
"Yes... Right." Wonder Woman said. "I came across a girl called Sylvie in a forest village who seemed to know about the Prime Sorcerer and the axioms."
"She didn't have enough time to elaborate about axioms because Lex Luthor and his team attacked the small village." She continued. "They were particularly interested in taking the Feathered crown."
"A fight broke out, but the village didn't stand a chance against all the people he had. They had an upper hand and nullified most of the attacks with unique weapons." Wonder Woman continued to narrate. "Then they saw Sylvie, and for some reason, they wanted to take her too."
"My hands were tied as I tried to protect her, the feathered crown, and the village." She looked as if she was relieving the entire experience again. "I couldn't save the entire village, but I did my best. Lex had all these mysterious gadgets and attacks that seemed to weaken me."
"But even with that, I still kept on fighting, until I couldn't anymore." Wonder Woman prided herself briefly. "Seeing that the villagers were keen on protective the feathered crown and the girl, I put my life on the line and allowed her some time to escape."
"The chief said that the Feathered Crown could lead to the collapse of the entire world if it fell into the wrong hands." She added. "He tasked me with ensuring that Sylvie and the Feathered Crown wouldn't be captured by Lex Luthor."
"I used my lasso and armor to defeat most of Lex's people, destroying some of their weaponry and pushing them back as Sylvie escaped." Wonder Woman continued. "But that just wasn't enough as there were too many people and weapons. A few managed to sneak and followed Sylvie and the feathered crown."
"I couldn't let them get to her, having seen the cost the village had paid to protect them both." She said, tears welling in her eyes. She remembered the fires and the casualties. That just was too painful to watch.
"So, I rushed towards them before they cast a dampening net on her as she reached to the shore." Wonder Woman continued. "I used the lasso and pushed her from being captured in the net, but with my guard down, a net wrapped around me and the glow from the lasso flickered for a bit."
"The grip on Sylvie loosened and she was thrown into the shores of the Atlantic ocean." Wonder Woman said regretfully. "My energy seemed to diminish with every passing moment in the net, and I couldn't tear it apart, although I tried."

"But before my energy failed me, Sylvie looked back at me and said something." Wonder Woman said. She then quoted Sylvie's words. "They won't be able to catch me in the ocean. Tell the Prime Sorcerer to find me in Atlantis when the time comes. I'll be safe until then."
Sylvie had then regretfully teared up and added. "I'm sorry that I couldn't help you and I became a liability to my people. Or that I only brought disaster to them. But it's a fate I was taught to live with. I have a destiny to fullfil."
"Thank you, Wonder Woman." Sylvie had said before disappearing into the ocean, carried away by the waves.
Wonder Woman then continued to narrate how she had been captured by Lex and continuously weakened. She told them about the EMP device and how it had inhibited her superhuman abilities.
She didn't leave out the details about the OmniSight Aegis that had stopped the convoy giving her a good enough chance to escape using the van she was in.
"I'm glad you are safe." Doctor Strange showed his empathy, as he thought through what she had said. Energy that had stopped a convoy?
"We all are." Barry said. "And we have a plan to stop Lex Luthor and his ambitions. He is planning to take everyone's superpowers."
Doctor Strange wondered if the feathered crown was the axiom. He decided to ask Wonder Woman.
"Could the Feathered Crown be the Axiom?" Doctor Strange asked.
Wonder Woman took a breather. "I'm not sure. The details were not quite clear as everything happened so quick. But the Feathered Crown seemed to be of the utmost value to the village."
"I don't know much about Axioms, and your destiny, but I think it could be it." Wonder Woman said.
Doctor Strange thought on this. The crown could be just like the mirror in the Sanctum. The one that was on the astral plane and containing the Scroll of Dimensions.
He wondered what sort of scroll the Feathered Crown held, and why Sylvie was entrusted it.
As if reading his mind, Wonder Woman explained. "Sylvie comes from a special bloodline in the community who are entrusted with safeguarding the Feathered Crown, and are said to be capable of channeling some of it's power."
"She had been raised to uphold the safety of the Crown as her biggest task. When Lex attacked, the chief knew her purpose and told the entire village to protect her." Wonder Woman said. "While she was leaving, she told me to tell you that she would go to Atlantis and that you could find her there."
"Why Atlantis?" Doctor Strange wondered.
"I'm not sure." Wonder Woman. "But I hope she made it there safely."
Everyone at this point wondered if it was possible to get to Atlantis. Could she breath under the water?
"What's this plan you have got?" Wonder Woman asked, ignoring thoughts on Sylvie's travels. She knew she was special. She must have known of a way to get there.
"I'll explain." Doctor Strange said. He then visually showed the plan.
Just as he finished to do so, an Eldritch portal opened up and from the other end, a figure stepped through.
Doctor Strange glanced at the new arrival with curiosity and admiration. She had progressed even more than he had expected.
"Natasha." He said as the apprentice stepped through. "You could locate me. Impressive."
Barry and Manhunter noticing the familiarity in Doctor Strange's voice relaxed a bit.
Natasha breathed heavily as she stepped out of the portal. "Doctor Stra-nge."
"What is it?" Doctor Strange's said approaching her as he noticed her uneasiness.
"We have a problem." She started. "A big problem."
"Calm down." Doctor Strange said calmly. "Tell me what the problem is."
"I ha-ve d-done everything I can." Natasha said as she tried to compose. "B-but the corruption is just to much. Right now The Prime Guardian is trying to find a way to stop it. But we need your assistance."
"What are you talking about?" Doctor Strange asked, not comprehending what she was saying exactly.
"The OmniSight Aegis!" She finally managed a gasp.
"The energy!" Doctor Strange remembered Wonder Woman's escape.

Back in the Sanctum, the demon Abnegazar, now a Prime Guardian, was struggling to understand what was going on with the Power House in the Sanctum.
The large beam of energy that inconspicuously shot to the sky continuously, being connected to the Earth's ley lines was going crazy with foreign energy.
There were instances of dark energy sometimes corrupting the whole beam, then the green energy, then the Eldritch glow that would try to abolish all these energies.
He had been tasked with guarding the Sanctum, and now he watched as the Power House to the OmniSight Aegis swirled with variant energies.
He moved around the giant pillar of energy trying his best to solve the problem. Abnegazar now had a sling ring on as being a Prime Guardian meant that he too would have to advance in the mystic arts to some extent.
He had a giant spell book on his palm as he tried to search for a spell that would somehow dispell the impurities in the Power House.
He sighed as he came at yet another spell. He scrutinized it and wondered how long it would take for Natasha to come back and explain it to him.
He had the energy and muscle to perform it, but understanding how to use it was another problem. Natasha being around helped with that.
Abnegazar sighed again as he looked at the page.
He tried to read it, but it looked like a language from an entirely different universe. He flipped the book and frowned.
How did it come to this? The Demons Three working for the sorcerer supreme?!
