With the laptop before me, I opened it and started creating a digital repository of my comic book knowledge, blending it with my knowledge as Doctor Strange.
My chief aim was to review everything I could about the Mystic Arts, in my quest to create a magical force field around Earth that would suppress the opening portals, closing the rift that seemed to keep opening from Marvel into Greenpoint.
I began with the historical facts I had derived from Marvel Comics, drawing on my innate memories and the information I had gained from the comics themselves.
Marvel Comics had a rich tapestry of mystical lore, and at the center of it all were the three Sanctums.
These sanctuaries served as focal points for magical energy, sources of power, and fortresses against the supernatural forces that threatened our world, as Wong had described to me.
The most iconic of these sanctuaries was, of course, the Sanctum Sanctorum in Greenwich Village, New York City.
As Doctor Strange, it had been my home for many years, and that continued to be so in the comics.
Maybe my desire to create these Sanctums, starting from New York was to reconnect to this place of power.
In Marvel, the building itself was a nexus of magical energy, and it housed an extensive library of arcane knowledge.
I dove into my digital notes, recalling the unique features of this particular Sanctum Sanctorum. By doing this, I was trying to locate any rogue memory of the Convergence Scroll and maybe awaken my locked memories.
That trick didn't work.
Its physical location in Greenwich Village had been carefully chosen, as it rested upon a convergence of mystical ley lines, making it a prime location for the defense of the world against supernatural threats.
Greenpoint was in Brooklyn, and these two places were in the same city, New York.
One of its most well-known attributes was the protective mystical barrier that surrounded it. The Barrier of the Sanctorum was an impenetrable force field that shielded the building from magical and physical attacks.
It was, in essence, a magical dome that kept the mystical energies contained within and kept unwanted entities out.
In my case, I wanted to expand this barrier and surround the world with it, protecting it from external mystical threats, and effectively suppressing the magic within, thereby closing the rifts (portals).
As I contemplated this, I realized that I could replicate this feat in my mystical journey. Drawing upon my newfound knowledge and my own magical prowess, I began to formulate a plan. My first step was to create a digital blueprint for the Barrier of the Sanctorum.
In the comics, the Barrier had been established through a combination of spells, enchantments, and mystical artifacts.
The author's tale has been misappropriated; report any instances of this story on Amazon.
To replicate this, I would need to harness a lot of power imbued with relics, including the ones I possesed: the Eye of Agamotto, the Cloak of Levitation, and the Sling Ring.
These three artifacts were essential to my magical arsenal and had played pivotal roles in protecting the Sanctum Sanctorum.
I opened a new document on my laptop, and with every keystroke, I channeled my focus into crafting the digital blueprint.
The Eye of Agamotto would serve as the central conduit for the Barrier's power, its radiant amulet acting as the focal point for the spell.
The Cloak of Levitation would provide the Barrier with mobility and adaptability, allowing it to respond to threats in real-time.
It would be the guardian that constantly adjusted the Barrier's parameters to defend against ever-evolving magical attacks.
The Sling Ring, on the other hand, would be the key to establishing the Barrier's spatial boundaries. It would create the mystical geometry necessary to form a spherical force field that encapsulated not just the physical structure but also the metaphysical essence of the Greenpoint Sanctum, outwards.
As I worked on the blueprint, I couldn't help but marvel at the depth of knowledge I possessed.
In the comics, these artifacts had been wielded by me with precision and mastery. Now, as Doctor Strange in this mystical form, I had the opportunity to bring those stories to life.
I continued typing, delving deeper into the historical lore of the comics. I knew that my Barrier had to be more than just a defensive measure; it had to be a repository of knowledge, a guardian of secrets, much like the Sanctum Sanctorum itself.
In the comics, the walls of the Sanctum were adorned with ancient scrolls, mystical tomes, and artifacts from across the multiverse.
It was a treasure trove of knowledge, and the Barrier of the Sanctorum had been woven with protective spells that ensured the sanctity of this repository.
As I pieced together the blueprint for my own Barrier, I incorporated these elements. The Barrier would not only defend against external threats but also safeguard the vast wealth of arcane knowledge I meant to accumulate.
It would be a living, sentient guardian, capable of discerning friend from foe and adapting its defenses accordingly.
I couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement as the digital blueprint took shape on my laptop screen. It being a fusion of my comic book knowledge and my innate mystical abilities, was a testament to the potential I could become.
With the blueprint complete, I knew it was time to put my plan into action. I stood up from my laptop and moved to the center of the Greenpoint Sanctum. The Eye of Agamotto still dangled around my neck, its amulet pulsating with ancient power.
First, I visualized the structure of the townhouse with the magic barrier surrounding it. The barrier would be a force field, invisible to the naked eye.
A true piece of work; a work of art.
I raised my hands, and the Cloak of Levitation draped itself around my shoulders, its ethereal fabric billowing as if stirred by an otherworldly wind.
With the Sling Ring in my hand, I began to channel the magic needed to create the Barrier of the Sanctorum, drawing energy from the dimensions.
The room filled with a radiant, golden glow as the Eye of Agamotto emitted a brilliant light. The mystical forces within the Greenpoint Sanctum responded to my call, converging upon me as I invoked the amalgamation of spells from the comics, my memories and my personal creation.
The Barrier began to take shape, a shimmering, translucent sphere that extended from the physical confines of the Sanctum to encompass its metaphysical essence.
It pulsed with energy, adapting to the ebb and flow of mystical forces that surrounded it.
I could feel the Barrier's sentience, its awareness of the knowledge contained within the Sanctum. It was not just a defense; it was a guardian of the arcane, a protector of the mystic arts.
As I continued to erect this barrier, I felt myself drawing energy from a raw power, that seemed as if to give me just a glimpse of it's true potential.
This power seemed to emanate from the Greenpoint Sanctum, amplifying my power as I continued the ritual.
Although I sensed it with a keen awareness, I didn't ponder on its origin for too long. The magic signature was familiar; an ominous one. I was drawing energy from the mirror hidden in the chamber.
I was nearly through and I didn't see the point of worrying too much about this. While the magic was ominous, I didn't dub it as dark magic.
It was just like nothing I had ever experienced.
As I completed the ritual, I couldn't help but smile. The Barrier of the Sanctorum was now a reality, a fusion of comic book lore and my own mystical abilities.
It would serve as a formidable defense against supernatural threats and a repository of knowledge that would aid me in my quest to become the Prime Sorcerer.
A thought stirred in my mind and I decided to extend the barrier to cover the whole of Greenpoint.
Why?
So far, the portals had only formed in Greenpoint, and I had to see if my plan was working; if what I had just done would actually work, and the portals would stop forming in Greenpoint.
I channeled more energy into my creation, even drawing more from the mirror, and the barrier extended, covering the whole of Greenpoint.
With the Barrier in place, I knew that I had taken a significant step towards protecting the World from dangers lurking in the shadows of Marvel.
Moreover, I was bridging the gap between my comic knowledge and my innate mystic intuition. That was the power of organizing knowledge.
The Greenpoint Sanctum was now a sanctuary in every sense of the word, a place where I could continue to explore the depths of magic and uncover the secrets of the multiverse.
And, Greenpoint itself was protected from magical attacks, something I felt certain of.
As the afternoon sun bathed the Sanctum in a warm, golden light, I couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment.
Now all that remained was to banish the prisoners in Zatanna's prison, back to their original universe.

Maybe I was too ambitious.
