Kazuto's eyes fluttered open, and he became immediately aware of a powerful wind blowing at his back. He looked around.
"What the fuck?" he shouted.
He was flying through the air at an impossible speed, like a missile launched at a distant target, though this had definitely never happened to him before. The chestpiece of his indestructible armor was now more like the outer frame of a chestpiece with the entire center gone, as were his clothes that he wore underneath, revealing most of his chest directly.
More disturbing, however, was that he couldn't remember how he'd gotten to this point of flying high above the ground with what seemed to be the remains of a healed-over hole in his chest. He'd thrown a couple punches at Carl, and then…
He had no idea.
He felt fine, but he had no clue how he'd gone from attacking the man who'd killed his Ise-chan to soaring backwards across the morning sky. He looked behind himself just in time to crash into a giant mass of stone and pierce through it, back-first. He grunted, feeling something briefly hurt before it regenerated.
A sudden heat assailed him, and he continued to fly, albeit at a much slower speed. He crashed into another stone surface and cratered, remaining embedded for a short while before he regained his bearings and pulled himself out. Where the fuck am I?
The tale has been illicitly lifted; should you spot it on Amazon, report the violation.
Kazuto looked around. Is this the top of a volcano? How fucking far did I fly? He looked around some more and spotted an odd figure hovering over the lava just to his right.
No, not odd.
It was a familiar figure, now that he looked at the face.
And it was looking at him.
Kazuto grinned excitedly, forgetting Ise-chan for the time being. "Lily-chan!" he called, barely able to contain himself at the thought of finally meeting his sexy demon waifu again after so long, even if she looked a little different than he remembered. Obviously he'd still recognize her no matter how she looked. It's a fated encounter!
Lily-chan's skin was flushed and glowing red, clearly out of excitement at having seen her most passionate, skillful lover again. Her eyes glowed red too, the color of passion.
Her mouth opened in a happy grin, revealing lots of pointy teeth that he didn't recall her having previously.
"Kill."
