Felix was not surprised. Yale was the Dragon Alliance's vice leader and now held the Dragon Ring as the new Dragon Lord. Tracking Felix's movements would not be hard. "What if you're not bored?" Felix asked. Harold chuckled and said, "Simple. I just got to Avesburgh, right? Though everyone's calling me Lord Jamison, the truth is I'm short on cash. My place is pretty crappy.
"So, I was wondering if you would lend me your big villa to crash in? And you know I don't like sharing a roof with others. You get it, don't you?"
He wanted Felix's house?
Felix said, "Fine. I'll give you the passcode. You can move in today and stay as long as you like."
Harold laughed. "Thanks! Guess I won't be heading to Yartford, after all."
After hanging up, Felix's mood remained unaffected.
Harold thought he had all the time in the world to play games, but it was quite the opposite. With Averill's skills, finding Yvette would only take a few days.
The Golden Prime Auction was set to start at 8:00 pm sharp. On his way there, Felix got a call from Wendy. "Felix, I... I need to see you about something important. Can you come to Sunside Café?" Important business at this time? Felix frowned
He was about ten minutes away from the five-star hotel hosting the auction. Everyone knew what Yartford traffic was like-a round trip could waste a lot of time.
Though he was over an hour early, he could not afford to waste time. The Moon's Tear was at stake. Still, Felix did not answer right away. He checked his navigation app and found that Sunside Café was just across from the hotel. That made things easier. "Alright. I'll be there soon."
The Golden Prime Auction was exclusive and high-end. The entire five-star hotel was booked out, and its entry was restricted to ticket holders only, who would be free to do anything once entered.
Rumor had it that even all the hotel staff got the day off and were replaced by the organizers! people. That was how over-the-top it was.
At the café, Felix spotted Wendy in a comer of the main area. "Wendy, what's so urgent?"
Wendy opened her purse and pulled out a gold embossed card. "Felix, this is a Golden
Prime Auction ticket. I got one for you. I knew you'd be in Yartford today and wanted to surprise you, so I didn't tell you earlier."noveldrama
Felix did not take it. Instead, he looked at Wendy intently. "I told you I'd handle it. Why did you go through all this trouble?" Huh?
Wendy stiffened. "You... You got one?"
Just days ago in Avesburgh, she had seen Felix make a call, and the person could not help.
"Yeah. Thanks for your thoughtfulness, but just return the ticket. I'm sure getting this ticket would cost you a lot."
Even he had to call George in the end, which showed how hard these were to get. With Wendy's current status, it would have been extremely difficult. And she could not have asked Moonshadow Alliance, so the chances of her getting a ticket were even slimmer. Realizing she had overstepped, Wendy forced a smile and said, "Well, it's great you got one. I was worried. No problem. I'll just return this one."

Felix looked at her seriously. "Are you in any trouble? You have to tell me if you are."
