Fire Spear Aura

"Become my disciple." Tasha said, with, for the first time, a gorgeous smile on her face.

Hearing her words and seeing her smile, Isaac temporarily felt shocked.

However, quickly regaining his composure, he asked Tasha.

"Surely you've met many mages on par with me."

Isaac asked, not purely due to the fact that he only trained for an hour at most, but due to the fact that Tasha was an instructor.

Not only that, but she also seemed quite experienced, and she was entirely carefree during the test.

"Indeed, however, no mage that I've fought, has ever had instantaneous casting and decide to also be a fighter." Tasha replied, sharing her views.

Isaac was confused, what did his quick casting have to do with this decision to fight with a weapon, or bare-handed, no less.

Seeing his confused expression, Tasha shared her experiences.

"Usually, mages with such quick casting, decide to be pure mages, never touching weapons besides wands and staffs. The same could be said oppositely, those with sluggishly slow casting usually decide to be battle mages, with their weapons buying time for them."

Seeing the truth to it, Isaac realized that was he indeed an anomaly in her eyes.

"So, just for that, you want be to your disciple? To satisfy your curiosity?" Isaac asked in a serious tone. In essence, this woman was asking him to be her disciple because she met something 'unique'.

"Indeed, however, I can see that you haven't undergone any training, your movements are extremely unpolished." Tasha replied, showing her evident disappointment.

'If he masters his spells, weapon, and movement, perhaps in my restricted state, we could have a good fight.' At this thought, Tasha's eyes gleamed dangerously.

Knowing that he needed to grow stronger at the fastest pace possible, Isaac accepted on a request.

"I accept; however, can you tell me how strong you are?"

Isaac wanted to know how strong the people in the city were.

Narrowing her eyes, Tasha replied.

"Typically, the people in the various locations in an Adventurer's Guild are Expert, and at latest, Master. However, I, myself is an exception as I'm Grandmaster Rank."

Isaac's eyebrows twitched at her reply. 'So, someone at the peak of this continent is interested in me already? I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.'

Stolen story; please report.

Pointing, Tasha said, "Meet me in that room, tomorrow at sunrise, if you're late, you'll wish to have the ability to turn back time."

Before he had the chance to reply, Isaac saw her body disappear, leaving a gust of wind.

Recalling her words from before, that were said in an eerie tone, Isaac's hair on his arm stood, wondering what would happen to him.

Before that, however, now that he was an adventurer, he had access to many more benefits.

One, for example, was its treasured library, and knowing he had a day to completely gain knowledge, Isaac didn't wait any longer.

Before that, though, he quickly asked for directions.

----

Arriving in front of two, vibrant white wood doors, Isaac opened them to see a variety of books, of all different colors, looking around, he could tell that there were at the very minimum, hundreds of books!

Of course, there wasn't only spells but various techniques.

Licking his lips, Isaac got to work.

----

Scourging through dozens of books, Isaac felt that it was enough for today.

Whenever Isaac accepts the system's assimilation, he feels as if it was only a second, however, it probably takes around a minute.

This was due to his mind, rapidly absorbing the knowledge, felt as if no time had passed whatsoever.

However, in reality, his body was rapidly swishing through the pages, gaining new information every second.

His mind was already tired from so much information, and his body was slightly sore as well.

However, recalling the benefits he gained, he grinned wildly.

[Fire Chains (Rank-3)]

[Fire Spear Aura (Rank-3)]

[Fire Palm (Rank-3)]

Unfortunately, in the library, there wasn't many spell books, after all if there were dozens in this library alone, imagine in all the Guilds across the continent.

However, Isaac gained new insights with the various books he absorbed, most notable,

[Spear Techniques (Rank-2)]

[Sword Techniques (Rank-2)]

[Lion's Spear (Rank-3)]

He had gained many techniques, essentially, if he could bring this knowledge completely into reality, he had now become a weapon master, after all, he even learned how to properly use the mace.

Leaving the library, Isaac excitedly went towards the first station of the training stations.

He didn't let the excitement show, however.

Using the Fire Chains Spell, Isaac witnessed as numerous chains surrounded the dummy, which was the location he wanted it to appear around.

Moving on, Isaac used his Fire Palm technique, Isaac guessed that this technique, like Burst Step was for augmenters.

However, channeling the mana into his Palm, Isaac struck the dummy, who afterwards, had a gaping hole in the right chest.

Suddenly, however, it healed.

Used to it, Isaac wanted to try his Fire Spear Aura, however, his spear wasn't brought with him as he had nothing to take it with.

He didn't want to walk with a heavy spear in hands, after all.

Unfortunately, that meant he couldn't use his Lion's Spear technique as well.

Finishing up, Isaac left the Adventurer's Guild, looking at the shops around him, trying to find anything worth stealing.

Seeing a brazenly bright silver ring in the front of a shop, being guarded by a lanky, 30-year-old man, Isaac found his target.

Cloaking himself, he quickly grabbed the ring, before heading home, as if nothing happened.

Although the ring was quite beautiful, he didn't take it for that sole reason, if he took everything, the shopkeepers would notice something.

However, with the ring constantly emitting mana, he knew that it wasn't normal.

"System, any information?"

[Mana Ring (Rank-4)

Storage Space: 90 cubic meters]

Surprisingly, a ring he stole was the highest ranked item he had.

Seeing its information, Isaac knew exactly what it was.

Opening the door to his room inside the inn, asked channeled mana towards the ring, which extended itself to the spear he directed it to.

Suddenly, after contact, the spear completely vanished.

Smiling, Isaac poured mana into the ring again, this time without direction, and as he hoped, he was shown the inside of his ring.

This was where he could take his spear and other resources!
