Hoarding the six bodies of the wolves inside his mana ring, Isaac tried to leave the forest.
Fortunately, he made marks here and there, as well as he mostly stayed in a straight line, following a linear path.
Eventually, he was able to leave the forest, he had met a couple of wolves in the way out, but nothing like the dark-furred wolf.
He made a mental note to ask his master about it. From its differing color to its complete 180 demeanor compared to other wolves, Isaac knew that it was anything but normal.
Leaving the forest, Isaac sighed, knowing that he'd have to run all the way back.
----
After numerous hours, Isaac finally saw the gates of the city.
Deciding to use his Veil technique, Isaac easily slipped in, and looking up, he saw the starry sky completely unleashed.
He had already seen such a beautiful sky once, so he knew that he took around 2 days to complete the mission.
Instead of heading towards the inn, which he paid for a weeks' worth before leaving, he headed towards the Adventurer's Guild, specifically, his masters place.
Opening the doors, Isaac didn't feel as if the night had interrupted their boisterous atmosphere, unlike the deadpan and sleepy people he expected.
Sighing, he passed them, heading towards his master's room. Climbing up the stairs and walking through the extended hallway, he knocked on a room that read, '34.'
Hearing a small noise, like stepping on the wood, Isaac saw the door open and his master in full view.
Smiling, Tasha said, "I've been waiting for you all day, disciple."
Seeing her in such a state caused something to slightly rise, before he composed himself.
Returning the smile, Isaac replied, "Sorry for taking so long, master."
Beckoning him to come in, Isaac once again saw the simple abode his master resided in.
Turning to look at him, she said, "Give me the mission, I'll have your rewards given tomorrow."
Knowing that he took this quest directly from her, he had no qualms giving it back.
In the middle of giving, it to her, however, he said, "Master, what do I do now? Are you going to give me another mission?"
"How impatient... and no, I won't be giving you a mission today."

His impatience, in his eyes, was justified. After all, after experiencing intense battles, he can't seem to get his mind off of them.
Although he was a tad bit disappointed, he still looked forward towards his new task.
Looking at him seriously, Tasha said, "I have personally seen your prowess, Isaac and with the efficiency that you completed this mission, my reasons further strengthened."
She stopped, looking at him resolutely as if letting him hear her words clearly. Knowing she'll continue, he waited.
"I want to send you to Cypress Academy, where the top talents of this world go to. In the meanwhile, however, I want to train you."
Isaac replicated her serious look, although academies weren't the funniest, he knew that he needed the knowledge and experience he'd gain from there.
Happily, Isaac agreed, "When am I going?"
"In approximately two months." Tasha replied, looking at him with a glint in her eyes, evidently, she was looking forward to her training.
----
Two months later, Capital City of Freesia, Freesaw.
At the entrance of the gate, numerous carriages flowed through, one in particular though, was extremely lavish.
Inside said carriage, was two nobles, perhaps, royals, as their clothes and beauty screamed royalty.
"Ugh, why did father have to send us this way?" A woman with light blue hair spoke out, her voice seemingly enchanting anyone if they heard it, it was that pleasing to the ear.
The taller, older woman sitting next to her replied, "Alice, don't speak of father that way." unlike the melodious voice, her voice sounded tougher, as if she'd lived through a lot. However, it was still pleasing.
"I know, big sister Amanda, but instead of me having to do the trials for entry, we could've directly been recruited to the Academy."
Seriously looking at her sister, Amanda replied, "I had to go through the same process, regardless, it's good experience and you'll likely be first out of everyone here."
----
"It's so fucking boring in here, now I regret my decision of coming to this place." A rough, arrogant voice resounded in the carriage room.
With resolute golden eyes and lustrous silver hair befitting a woman due to its beauty, Isaac confidently sat, sarcastically acting like a young master.
Although, with his strength now, he was quite confident in this world.
Would he go out of his time to irritate others? No.
Would he purposefully attack those with more strength for no reason? No.
Isaac didn't believe he was a hero, instead, over the time he spent in this world he developed new ideals.
He had seen the ugly of the world, traversing with people who constantly had masks on, people who would do anything to survive, some, even, for small benefits.
Shedding his old, sheltered self, Isaac became more settled on becoming stronger, feeling that rush of battle, and he'd do a lot for it.
Even if he's seen as a villainous person by others. But, by no means is he treacherous. If someone found their spot in his heart, they'd stay there unless of betrayal.
From his masters training, Isaac went through rigorous battles with those above his strengths, maddened beasts, and even fighting his master at her restricted strength.
Although at First Circle, most mages were at the Adventurer's Guild's, Trainee rank, with some at beginner, he, however, was at Novice. Isaac knew where credit was due, Purple Light Mana, perhaps his talent as well.
With the low expense of purple Light mana, Isaac could essentially spam spells and techniques. Furthermore, with purple Light mana being a superior energy source compared to others his spells were stronger. Isaac believed it was an element that was there since the start of time, or even before, somehow.
In essence, spells took very little mana to activate, were stronger, and with his talent and system, he could learn spells instantaneously, and use them instantaneously as well.
Truth be told, he was the perfect mage.
However, his body refining talent was anything but short of that.
Excited for the upcoming Academy trials for commoners to enter, he was ready to dominate.
After all, he was now a Second Circle mage.
