After the end of his first duel, he continued to fight against many others, each with different abilities that had been used expertly against him.
Unfortunately, it wasn't even enough to make him break a sweat.
While his body refining level being the same as their rank as mages, it didn't mean they were on equal power levels if he only used his body.
With the [Aether Body Arts] scripture, his body was stronger than those of the same rank.
It was to the point it could be classified a level ahead.
Of course, he knew he was still at the Fledgling Rank as every mortal body rank increase, the user will feel an immense increase in strength, mind, and even looks.
However, looks applied to every rank increase, regardless of profession.
Nonetheless, his body was enough to demolish his opponent.
No need to talk about him coupling it with his magic, developed by his rank and art.
In all sense, he was unbeatable inside the academy.
Against first years, at least.
Professors?
The answer was obvious.
The power increase at higher ranks, was obviously greater than those at lower stages.
Even to a genius, higher ranks took longer to break past as they increasingly became more difficult.
As a result of balance, the benefit of its breakthrough was larger than that of per say, a mage constructing his second circle.
The difficulty was apparent to those at the top.
"The end of class is near, please give it your all even if it's the last fight." Dane spoke calmly, however, his words powered by his immense presence alone powered the students to give it their all.
Nonetheless, Isaac was starting to get tired of it all.
To him, it was like fighting someone two ranks weaker than himself.
It wasn't fun fighting a cat when you're a dragon.
Regardless, he brandished his spear, intending to end this bout quickly, like all his previous ones.
Now, it was hard to find a partner.
Most saw his battle prowess and his indifference towards his opponents, nonetheless, they knew he was in another league.

As a result, not many wanted to fight him, if they did, it was just to compare themselves to him, or in some heroic fashion, defeat the previous undefeated.
Nonetheless, none succeeded yet.
However, it seemed there was one last challenger.
"Get ready, I'm not holding back." With a noble appearance and various jewelry complimenting his ears and fingers, it was simple to know by the arrogant voice and lustrous green hair, that he was one of noble lineage.
A stuck-up one, at that.
'Great, this one might be good.' Smiling for the first time against an opponent, he readied himself, wanting to lower the green-haired boy's ego.
With the countdown of the arena reaching zero, they both darted at each other confidently.
Evidently, the noble boy wasn't afraid like the others.
With Isaac's spear clashing against the boy with a black steel sword, the boy was ricocheted backwards, his footing awkward.
"Bastard... your spear must be of better quality!"
With an excuse at the ready, it looked scripted.
The excuse was simply said too quickly.
However, even with a clear ending in sight, Isaac went a different route.
'Fire Chains.'
With the chains enwrapping themselves on the noble, he thrust continuously, each causing small cuts.
"Fucking bastard! I'll have you know... urgh... I would've beat you if I wasn't feeling sickly today!" Trying to save himself from the embarrassment, which in turn, caused even more, as he saw many eyes look his way, his ears reddened from the pressure.
Not wanting to go too far with a professor watching, he finally retracted his spear, leaving his opponent alone, dispelling his chains shortly after.
However, the boy suddenly had a brilliant idea.
This... it could save his valor!
"Hmph! you won't make it far practicing both magic and augmenting your body! After all, none have reached a high rank doing so!" Yelling out insults, although many found him annoying, they couldn't deny his words.
Hearing his words, Isaac wasn't shaken at the very least. Instead, a smile adorned.
"Well... which talentless bastard said such things?"
Without another word, he left, heading towards his next class.

Eyeing the silver haired boy carefully, Liam seemed to have made a decision.
'With such confidence it could be mistaken as arrogance... he's eerily similar to her.' Liam thought, trying to connect the dots as much as he could.
After surveying the cameras containing him in every angle, he finally made a decision.
Looking at his right-hand, the vice-principal, who had beautiful and long white hair with small purple tints, it resembled the very moonlight.
"After he reaches his dorm, please head there and call him up to the principal's office." With a command, he left, not even awaiting a response.
Looking at the closing door, which showed his back, she replied smilingly, although only she herself heard, "Yes... principal."
Afterwards, she licked her lips in anticipation, before they turned serious looking at the silver boy.
'He might interfere. It's best someone does something about it.'

Entering the last class of the day, Augmenter Proficiency, he sighed, not liking his previous class.
Augmenter Knowledge, or any class with 'knowledge' in the class name seemed to destroy his brain.
Some physics, even physical laws of the world didn't seem to apply to this world, inherently, it caused his brain to swirl, confusing him even more.
Fortunately, the proficiency classes were easy, and with that, it put a small smile on his face.
Nonetheless, he eagerly awaited the arrival of his professor.
After a few minutes, specifically, the time when every student should be in class, the professor appeared, showing himself to his students.
"Hello everyone, I'm your Augmenter Proficiency teacher. You may refer to me as Mr. Aster during your period here at Cypress." With a smile that seemingly relaxed everyone, he began his first lesson.
"I'm sure that by now, as augmenters, you all already know about aura." With a smile, Aster continued on, trying to teach everyone the basics once again.
However, Isaac didn't hear any of that.
'Aura?'
