Seeing no one else summon the pure magic ball nearly as fast as him, Isaac felt slightly out of place.
The old man's smirk, which was obviously directed towards him, didn't make it any better.
After around 30 seconds, the old man looked around, not seeing anyone that wasn't finished yet.
"As you all know, the controlment of mana directly correlates to your birthed talent." Smirking, the old man said.
The same smirk growing bigger, he continued, "However, that is not to be confused with the fact that you can continue developing it further."
Some students were confused, not seeing how the control of mana could be developed, as just earlier, he said it was based on talent, which was given on birth.
Continuing his explanation as he saw their confused expressions, he declared, "Mana can be conjugated in many forms, however, the speed of the transformation between, for example, a ball to a detailed serpent, can be developed."
"Not only will it be easier, it'll also be faster."
Listening to his explanation, many students nodded, believing his explanation.
With spells, everyone heard and saw themselves improve in their speed in casting, however, even those from royal and noble families, didn't know it applied to basic mana control.
To be completely honest, however, they never asked. After all, to them, what is the point of basic control of mana when spells use their own, already sublimated mana.
"Now, some of you might be thinking, how will this help me whatsoever?" Nelson said sarcastically.
Continuing, he said, "Even though our own mana, kept inside our stomach, is obviously more controllable than the outside mana, improving our control via pure mana, which is much more difficult to control, is very useful."
Finally answering the question, he said, "Learning to control pure mana can help us mages to conjure spells faster, not only that, but we can also use the mana in the atmosphere to attack."
With his explanation finished, he decided to demonstrate to his students.
Conjuring three spells above his head, each holding a fire emblem in the middle, with complicated encrypted runes, the students felt the ambient mana in the atmosphere pummel towards the spell.
Charging the three spells, three gigantic fireballs flowed out, shrinking in size as Nelson swung his arm outwardly.

With the three fireballs resting behind him, it looked as if he was a deity, constantly surrounded by three small orange balls, that each gave off increasingly threatening levels of heat.
"Not only can we reach the point where the mana in the atmosphere can fund our spells, which saves us mana during battle, we can also inherently improve out control."
With a smile, Nelson continued teaching, more so about how to control mana in the atmosphere better.
After about an hour later, Nelson stopped, and as he did, a bell rang out, indicating the end of the lesson.
As his students stood to leave, he said, "You can all practice in your free time."
Continuing, he said with a smile on his face, "Make sure not to hurt yourselves."
----
Walking towards his second class, which he confirmed was the same as Alice's, they walked together.
"Well, that was certainly a surprise." Issac said, initiating the conversation between the two.
"Yep... I wonder why my family didn't tell me about it." Alice replied, her voice slightly trailing off.
Looking at her appearance, he asked an important question off the bat.
"Alice, what family do you hail from?" Isaac asked, looking at her seriously.
"I come from the Volyra Empire..." She hesitated, not knowing whether to add or not.
Seeing her hesitation, he asked another question, not knowing it made it worse.
"What house are you from?" Isaac asked, unaware.
"Well...
My full name is Alice Zendrix Volyra."
With a bombshell dropped, he looked at her in shock.
"You're from the royal family?!"
Slightly embarrassed, she turned her head, showcasing her red ears.
Although their conversation could've extended, out of embarrassment, she called out, "Hey, were already here... and stop, it's embarrassing."
Noticing he was already at his Magical Knowledge class, he heeded her comment, knowing that having many eyes can be quite embarrassing, especially because of his loud outburst.
Opening the door, which showcased to a room completely different, even though they were both classified as S-Class, he realized that each teacher was allowed to decorate their room per whatever they wished.
Inside this classroom, there were various items, ranging from pages from books, books themselves, and even structures of spells.
Evidently, their teacher loved magic and its entirety.
Likely why he wanted to teach the future generations about it.
Regardless, he walked towards two empty seats alongside Alice.
Their pairing was anything but not eye-catching, so they were stared by many.
Regardless, they both sat in silence until the teacher came, as everyone else seemed to have the same goal.
Looking at the girl, who seemed tainted by the pure ocean, as her beautiful blue hair and eyes looked back at him, he questioned whether or not he wanted to take the next step with her.
He wasn't dumb.
With their ever-growing relationship, he knew that the feeling he held towards her wasn't just friendship.
If he was honest, the girl in front of him was someone he wouldn't not date. She didn't seem to be seeking something from him whatsoever, and from their conversations, they've only been honest to each other.
However, the feeling he felt earlier were something he couldn't just shrug off.
'Are my feelings... really mine?'
Seeing how the oppressive feeling he felt when he first saw her, to the point that it controlled his emotions, he had no clue if the love he felt towards her was naturally developed.
Interrupting his intrusive thoughts was the blossoming smile on her face.
Tilting her head slightly downwards, with her pristine blue eyes looking at him with a certain emotion, his heart skipped a beat.
With the thoughts of discovering more about his new body, he waited for the teacher to arrive, stiffly looking away from Alice.
'When's the teacher coming?!'
