Sector A

(Julius POV)

*Yawn*

After an arduous train ride, we arrived at Newstein. The train was filled with so many overexcited students that I couldn't get a wink of sleep.

"We need to pick up our luggage."

We waited for the train to unload our baggage. It transferred on a conveyer belt where we had to pick it up, similar to ones found in airports back on Earth.

After collecting our luggage from the conveyer belt, we took another train to section A. This train ride took a couple of minutes and soon we finally arrived at our destination.

After arriving, we went to the dorms we were assigned to. Even though I was her 'attendant' we had individual rooms. The girl's building was located opposite the boy's.

I took an elevator up to my floor. I opened my apartment and what awaited me was a massive one-room apartment.

It had a bedroom, bathroom, training area, living room, and dining area. I also had a butler to help me out. I couldn't imagine how much this would have cost, especially considering the location.

After unpacking, Amina and I decided to explore our sector. Sector A was the central business district.

'God, how long does someone take to get ready.'

I was waiting in the lobby of the girl's dorms. We planned to meet here 30 minutes ago yet she wasn't here yet.

*Ding*

Finally, the elevator and an extremely beautiful young woman came out.

"Finally, took you long enough."

"I was getting ready. How do I look?"

"10/10."

I was actually being serious. She wearing blue jeans, a dark green shirt, and a white cardigan. It was a simple getup but suited her extremely well.

"I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not. Whatever, let's go to the mall."

"You just want me to carry your bags."

"Correct, let's go."

I sighed and resigned myself. I couldn't escape my fate. Amina was very willful and I didn't want to deal with the aftermath if I refused.

She dragged me to Icegab Mall. It was a massive shopping centre that had everything one could ever need.

We first entered Araz, a massive clothing store. It was a massive clothing retailer, in the human domain. Though the reason the shop here was so popular was that it was here that the first Araz store was created and was still running.

The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

I decided it was a good idea for me to get some clothes as well since I didn't pack many. After picking some clothes that I thought looked good, I met with Amina who had 5 shopping bags filled with articles of clothing.

"Oh good, you're here. Please hold this."

"You want more?"

"Yeah, I couldn't bring all my clothes, so I'm buying more."

"I just came here to tell you I'm finished picking my clothes."

"Really? Let me check."

She motioned for one of the staff who were following her to hold the bags. She had 3 staff following her at all times, probably to take advantage of her spending spree.

She dragged me to a changing room and force me to wear all the clothes I picked. After, giving her opinions, we spend another hour picking my clothes.

We ended up with 3 bags of clothing by the end of it. I wasn't complaining though. I probably didn't have to go clothes shopping for a while and I trusted Amina's taste.

Though Amina did agree with most of my choices, I so might have a good fashion sense as well. After spending another hour shopping, we finally left Araz and do other things.

It was 1:00 when we left, so we ate lunch in the food court. Amina was being indecisive so I decided we were going to have kebabs.

We decide to drop our clothes off at the dorms since we didn't want to carry them around the time. A robber attempted to steal our clothes but Amina scared him away with her {Haki}.

We returned half an hour later and I forced Amina to visit an arcade first. I was wondering how an arcade would be in this world. Amina felt guilty for spending hours in Araz, so she let me have my way.

The arcade in the mall was massive and I couldn't decide what to choose. There were racing games, shooting games, and more.

Though the games weren't as advanced as on Earth, I still had a blast playing all of them, especially after 16 years. Amina also tried to play though she wasn't nearly as good as me.

The only match I lost was when she used mana to enhance her perception speed, so she cheated. I still had good 2 hours of fun.

We visit more attractions in the mall before finally visiting an aquarium to end the trip. Since we were mages, we had to wear a security bracelet that measured our mana output.

If it exceeded a set limit, a guard would escort us out. Mages could easily cause mass destruction by breaking the cages.

We saw many different sea life. They varied a lot from the life found on Earth. The fishes were more colourful and had many different unique-looking animals.

I thought Earth's sea life was weird, but this planet blows that out of the water. We saw some monsters as well, that could cause massive destruction in the wild, but here they were docile.

Amina told me that their souls were damaged and they couldn't produce much mana, so they were practically harmless.

My favourite animal I saw was the water snake. They were terrifying underwater sea serpents with powerful water manipulation. Records state that the strongest one found was an S rank.

The assassinfish was a close second. They are similar to piranhas except they have the ability to camouflage and are vicious pack fish. They group up and hunt large targets with their contamination mana property to paralyze large animals.

Soon, after visiting the aquarium, we left the mall. We had many other places to visit, such as Facioland. Facio was a toy company similar to Lego, which allowed people to build anything with the pieces. It was extremely popular with children, though we never used it.

It was a fun experience before the start of school. We were walking through the crowds when I sensed someone passing by me. It was a unique mana signature, not particularly powerful, but I couldn't feel the depths of it. The uniqueness reminded me of Umbra Moria.

"An S rank...?"

"Huh? What are you talking about."

I turned around and saw nobody there.

"Nothing."

I turned my head back again. But this time I saw a person with a unique aura. She was the most beautiful woman I'd ever seen.

She had silverly-blue hair with an immaculate white dress. It was like I was staring at an angel. She stared back into my eyes, smiled, and winked at me.

Soon, she disappeared into the crowd, as if the previous second was just an illusion. I felt like recognized her from somewhere, but I couldn't remember.

"Jules? Are you ok?"

"Yeah, I'm fine, let's go."
