Running towards the orcs with weapons at the ready.
(Bam!)
Rung out of the frontline as the orcs and knights collided with their weapons and shields.
While we stand guard against those who will pierce the defenses.
Even though magicians are good at attack and support magic, once they are locked in close combat, they are sitting ducks.
Because of the clash, it is hard for them to target the orcs without risking friendly fire. So that job is left to the archers.
The only thing they can do is to either continue bombarding those from afar which is very draining or support those at the front who needs healing and supportive magic which is dangerous.
I'm thinking about what we should do if we were about to be wiped out...
As I was thinking of that, something fell from the sky. It was a big boulder the size of a car, it hit some magicians knocking them down like they were bowling pins...
"Catapults!" [Blake]
We saw them far away flinging those boulders at us, one hit a building and made a huge hole in it.
The magicians begin to scatter in panic.
"Everyone!! Let's focus our attack on the siege weapons! The faster we take them out the better!" [Maria]
They rallied at Maria's call and began exchanging fire with the catapults.
"Incoming!!"
While Maria and the others were in the middle of their cast. A boulder was going to hit them.
"Blake! Up!" [Angelica]

I called out to Blake, this is what we do when there is an opponent that is larger than us. Blake leaned on the ground and then I step on his back then jump using it as a spring.
I did a barrel roll as I cut the boulder in half. Its two halves missed the magicians.
"Now!!" [Maria]
They fired one after the other. It hit the catapults and destroyed all of them. Blake and I can hear cheers, but the battle still isn't over...
A group of five orcs managed to break through. Blake took two down and the three were taken care of by the adventurers.
The weapons and armor that the shops had loaned us are high-class. It made fighting a breeze, but that doesn't make up for skill and experience.
From the barrage and assault, we inflicted a thousand casualties on the orcs. 34 from our side instantly died at the frontlines from the clash...
We switched places from those at the front, they badly needed some rest. Once we got to the front, we can clearly see how chaotic it was...
I see people dying near me. Some were decapitated, others were cut in half or became crushed... cut down...
I nearly puked what I ate last night, I was so nervous of the upcoming battle that I wasn't able to eat breakfast. I do hope that not eating won't affect my performance.
It was hard fighting the orcs. The ones we fought in Libang don't even dodge or counter, these guys are a pain in the ass.
They're smart enough to dodge, instead of defending from my slashes. They saw me kill only two of their kind and they had already devised a way to counter me.
It's good that Blake, helps me bait them. I really need to train more with the sword, instead of always relying on my power...
"Eagle Sight! Point Barrier!" [Maria]
Maria used her support magic on me and Blake. Why is Maria on the frontlines you say? No, she isn't. She's in the middle of the triangle formation, where the archers were.

Supportive Spells
▪Eagle Sight▪ Improves the visual ability, good for spotting gaps or weaknesses in the opponent.
▪Point Barrier▪ Lowers the damage of physical attacks, for a few seconds or after a few hits, but does not defend against magical attacks.

This is the downside of magic... While offensive magic had great range, support and healing magic had a short range, it's the worst tradeoff. Who was the dumbass, that made its range so short?! They should've at least invested their time to increase its range even a little!
We've been fighting for over fifteen minutes non-stop. It felt like it's been over an hour. I was happy that this world has energy potions, as long as I have them, I can use my power for as long as I want.
But nothing can cure fatigue... they are slowly thinning our numbers out. 270+ had already died, and the morale is quickly falling...
"The city!!"
One of the adventurers became alarmed when he saw some orcs entering the city. They'd flanked us.
"My pregnant wife is in there!!"
That adventurer ran while shouting that line. A few other adventurers followed him into the city.
We left the line in order to help those in the city.
