Mikey feels an omnious presence coming from the inside of the cave, he's unsure of going in.

"You good Mikey?" Lucy asks him. "Yeah, I am good, just a little bit worried," Mikey takes a deep breath.

"Think about it this way, you were able to defeat that monster by yourself right? So even if it is there, which is very unlikely since you buried it alive, you have me alongside you this time," Lucy reassures Mikey and equips a torch in her left hand, she also pulls out her Nightmare dagger.

"You might be right... by the way, that dagger, did you figure out its ability yet?" Mikey asks Lucy. "Oh yeah, wanna see?" Lucy puts away her torch and looks at Mikey.

"Sure," Mikey replies, not knowing what to expect.

Lucy doesn't answer, she completely freezes and stops moving. Mikey is confused, is this a part of her technique?

That's when Mikey feels Lucy's dagger at his neck and Lucy standing behind him.

"Pretty cool right?" She asks.

Mikey looks at Lucy, and then in front of himself again, Lucy isn't there anymore.

"Was that an illusion?" Mikey asks. "Yes," Lucy replies and pulls out her torch again.

"So, you created an illusion and then appeared behind me... isn't that literally just my sword's ability but stronger?" Mikey asks.

"No, it works differently, certain conditions need to be met in order for the afterimage to work, also, I didnt teleport behind you, I became invisible for a short period of time," Lucy answers.

"I see... Hmm, this could work on the Cave Dweller quite well..." Mikey says and starts thinking.

Lucy quiets down and looks at Mikey with a depressed expression: "Hey Mikey, the more you keep talking about that thing, the more I am worried it will actually appear."

"Yeah, sorry about that." Mikey replies.

Mikey and Lucy stay quiet for a few seconds as they look at the cave entrance again.

"Shall we get going?" Lucy asks Mikey. Mikey nods, Lucy uses a small fire spell to light up her torch.

Mikey and Lucy enter the cave...

(Fifteen minutes later)

Mikey and Lucy kept descending the cave and mining all the ores they found. They stumbled upon several zombies, skeletons and creepers. Nothing out of the ordinary.

(Some time later)

Mikey and Lucy explored even more until they realized that monsters stopped spawning...

This feeling was very familiar to Mikey, who already knew, that the Cave Dweller is lurking around.

Mikey stops.

He looks in every single direction with his eye skill, but to his surprise, there's absolutely nobody there.

"Mikey, what's up?" Lucy asks him. "It's here Lucy, I am certain..." Mikey says in a suspense, Lucy's heart skips a beat as she sees the Cave Dweller right behind Mikey.

"WATCH OUT;" She shouts. Mikey already knew that the Cave Dweller was behind him, he was waiting for its strike.

The Cave Dweller swept its maw at Mikey...

[You have activated an ability of the "Ultimate Fighter" TWICE]

Mikey consecutively activated his Ultimate Footwork and his Ultimate Punch and got behind the creature in no time, he punched its back.

The Cave Dweller screamed in pain, which shook the entire cave.

It didn't move from my punch?! Mikey thinks to himself surprised.

Lucy watched this, completely petrified by Mikey's strenght and the monster's scream. She quickly got her mind back and casted an earth spell.

Lucy summoned a small stone dog which attacked the Cave Dweller and bit its foot. The Cave Dweller teleported right next to Lucy and screamed right in her face. Lucy got scared as hell from that.

Mikey lands a kick on the monster. The creature reacts right away and teleports behind Mikey, while hitting him with an Ultimate Punch of its own.

[You have activated an ability of the "Durable Fighter"]

Mikey is sent flying head first into a wall, the cave shakes again. The Cave Dweller is already familiar with Mikey's strenght, which is exactly why it turns around to Lucy and focuses on her.

This is the moment where Lucy uses her Nightmare Dagger and her skill "Nightmare Trap." The Cave Dweller focuses on Lucy's afterimage, while she sneaks behind it and stabs its leg with her dagger.

The Cave Dweller screams in Lucy's face again and backs off. Mikey starts recovering from the heavy punch. Lucy notices that The Cave Dweller stopped bleeding and moving, The Cave Dweller appears behind Lucy.

"It copied my move?"

Lucy gets pummeled into a wall by the monster's punch. While mid-air, she casts a water spell that helps her break some of the damage when she crashes.

The Cave Dweller looked at the spot where it saw Mikey the last time, Mikey wasn't there anymore.

The Cave Dweller heard a step right behind it, it turned around just to see a dozen of Mikey's spectral pirates aiming their pistols at it.

BANG!

Half of them shoot at the monster, it dodges everything and starts killing the pirates one by one, before the pirates get completely annihilated, one of them manages to land a shot at the monster.

As the monster tries to heal its wounds, Mikey appears behind it, the monster senses Mikey and turns around at him, Mikey and the Cave Dweller literally start wrestling one with another.

The fight between them is quite equal, until they separate from eachother and the Cave Dweller uses Lucy's ability again. Mikey doesn't realize it and gets hit from behind.

Lucy comes rushing to help Mikey. They fight the monster viciously for a few minutes. It seems that the monster keeps getting stronger during the fight, while Mikey and Lucy get more and more exhausted.

Eventually, Mikey goes all in and gives Lucy an opening while he distracts the Cave Dweller.

Lucy focuses really hard: "Come on.... work, work work!" Lucy shouts nervously as she tries casting a spell that she never tried before.

Mikey and the Cave Dweller use the Ultimate Punch at eachother, the force of the punches is equal, but Mikey's durability and endurance is much lower than that of the Cave Dweller. Mikey falls to the ground as the monster tries finishing him off.

"HEY MONSTER! OVER HERE!" Lucy shouts at the Cave Dweller.

Something about Lucy is off... Her hair, her eyes, her hair is half blue and half red, while one of her eyes is red and the other one is blue.

Lucy created a special bow by mixing water and fire. The bow's base was made out of obsidian, which is normally created when mixing lava and water.

The arrow had a water base and an obsidian tip, and the bow string was replaced with a line of scorching fire that Lucy was holding with her own hand.

Lucy mixed two of her elemental powers, something she had never done before...

Mikey stands up all of a sudden.

Mikey grabs the Cave Dweller with full force, and doesn't let go of it.

Lucy's arrow flies right towards the Dweller's torso...
