"Well, do you still want to fight?" Mikey asks Arthur who is lying on the ground before him. Completely beaten up.

Mikey is greatly injured aswell, but he's in a much better shape.

Arthur has atleast few broken ribs.

"Just finish me off already," Arthur accepts his defeat.

How did it get to this point?

(10 minutes earlier)

"It's over Mikey," Arthur smirks and throws five poisoned daggers at him. Mikey equips an iron chestplate which blocks all but one arrow.

The poison starts spreading across Mikey's body, he starts going unconcious.

Arthur moves in to finish him off, the last time he let Mikey off he almost died.

[You have activated an ability of the Durable Fighter]

[You have activated an ability of the Persistent Fighter]

[You have activated an ability of the Deranged Fighter]

Mikey goes deranged again, the same as when he fought Arthur for the first time ever.

Black aura appears around Mikey, his eyes get clouded.

This time however, Arthur was ready. He placed atleast thirty TNT's all around Mikey and set them off before he could regain his conciousness and start fighting back.

BOOM!!!

The TNT's explode at once, creating a massive and destructive explosion.

The smoke clears out, but guess what. Mikey is still standing. He got injured by the explosion, but he should be dead...

"HOW!? HOW ARE YOU STILL ALIVE?!" Arthur shouts in a complete disbelief

"I'll have to thank her once I meet her, this is probably the third time she saved my ass..." Mikey says calmly as the Deranged Fighter attribute slowly makes him turn aggresuve.

Mikey starts chasing and HUNTING Arthur

Arthur runs around the entire domain. Mikey sets off SEVERAL traps by just following Arthur.

But not a single one of them stops him.

Mikey punches Arthur who is sent flying through the entire domain.

The domain falls apart and Arthur crashes into the barrier that they're trapped in.

The domain fell apart because Mikey completed the domain's condition, which was to hit Arthur with a strong attack atleast once.

Now everyone can see Mikey's "deranged" form and his aura.

Few people in the crowd recognize his aura because they've already met people who "awakened" their aura aswell.

Mikey comes up to Arthur and punches him, Arthur dissapears and starts using several tricks: throwing daggers, setting up quick traps, and everything possible to somehow survive this onslaught.

Mikey matches Arthur and doesn't hold back either. He even goes as far as summoning his entire ship filled with spectral pirates.

In the next few minutes, Arthur runs out of Stamina while Mikey simply doesn't even come close to his limit.

When Arthur can't keep running anymore, Mikey starts beating the living crap out of him.

(Back to present)

"I won't finish you off"" Mikey says as his aura dissapears and his "deranged form" goes away too.

Arthur is left surprised. The people watching the fight starts whispering one to another (they can't hear Mikey or Arthur).

"Huh? You don't want my bounty? Man, you're making a mistake," Arthur tells Mikey.

"Do you wanna die?" Mikey asks him.

"No, but killing me is the logical thing." Arthur responds and groans out of pain.

"You are wrong about that. If I kill you and get the bounty, I won't be able to transfer those Emerald Nuggets into my SSS points and allocate them. I would get swarmed by those people in seconds. I would get killed man... Mikey gives a really strong argument, he's still holding his word to his mother.

He shall not kill another human.

"So, you just gonna chill with me here or what?" Arthur asks.

Mikey starts building a small wooden hut and decorating it.

"Precisely." He answers after a few minutes, just when he's finished with his build. It reminds him of the same house that him and Miyu built back in that cold forest.

Mikey enters the house and sits down by a table that he put down. After about five minutes, Arthur comes in aswell.

He sits down by the table and takes out a pack of poker cards.

He points them towards Mikey and asks, "Care to play?"

"Sure," Mikey answers without hesitation.

Mikey and Arthur start playing a friendly game of poker, while talking to eachother.

This image is completely insane. Since there are several people standing outside of the "Duel Barrier," they can see inside the house, since Mikey left some spots open to act as "windows."

This gesture awakens something in most of the players watching.

They all realize one thing.

This bounty event kind of manipulated everyone's brain into just hunting other humans for a bounty.

They completely abandomed their humanity. This isn't healthy at all.

About the poker game, Arthur won pretty easily. Mikey doesn't have that much experience in bluffing... Arthur was able to read all of his bluffs.

Arthur also used a few tricks to get better hands when he was the one shuffling the deck.

Five minutes before the bounty hunting event ends, the barrier falls apart.

Mikey and Arthur both received the same message:

[Because you and your opponent lost your will to fight eachother, the barrier has broken apart]

Everyone in the crowd was moved by this, people started talking one to another and created a few groups. They started cutting down some trees, planting the saplings from the trees, and literally building a bunch of houses from a scratch.

Mikey's and Arthur's bounties dissapeared and so did the bounties of every other player.

Soon enough, every human stopped fighting, because they had no reason to do so.

Mikey and Arthur walk out of the wooden hut, they were busy talking and playing poker, so they didn't notice all the other players building houses around them.

"What's all of this?" Mikey asks a random guy building a house.

"Guys, everyone was moved by the two of you, who just suddenly stopped fighting. They realized that all this bounty stuff is bullshit... So everyone just started building their houses and it looks like this might be the start of a new era of this world." He answered

"Interesting." Arthur says and starts thinking.
