My days got better and better after this, with Supergirl visiting daily for a dose of Apple juice, and slighter better blowjobs.
Meanwhile I had my threesomes with Emilia and Peach, exploring all kinds of plays and scenarios. Emilia had her own spy stuff to propose, and Peach had crazy flying stuff.
My own research into the Miracle was proceeding apace, with the original Mirakuru drugs mostly forgotten.
I had X-kryptonite and samples of a working drug, plus Peach's special blood to work with.
Just as the new product was complete, the comics universe returned with its own brand of madness. Oliver Queen got recruited into the League of Assassins, then had a fall out and left. Which caused the Assassins to target the entire city, of course.
My Star City.
At the same time, the new mayor was rebuilding the shabby ghetto called the Glades, while also constructing something mysterious and probably evil, deep underground.
*Miracle formula 4.1. Grants +50 to STR, AGI, END, WILL. Grants +10 to INT, WIS and PER. Grants +5 to CHA. Adds Pain Suppression III to the user. Adds minor regeneration and disease resistance. Blocks cancer completely. Safe to use by humans and human-hybrids. Minor pain when inhaled.
-For a minor miracle, Gamer receives +3 Medic and +2 Logic Skill points.
-Level up! Level 21 reached.
Although the System called it minor, this Miracle could create a large and powerful army able to fight any Earth power, or an alien invasion. I saw what some 400 maniacs dosed with Mirakuru could do. Imagine thousands like them, but not driven mad by pain. Plus, it opened the way for the next version that should work on all humanoids.
I took the first Miracle to make sure it worked.

Level ups were still slow to come, but I was also living the good life, not out in the streets day and night.
I also kinda despised how the comics justice worked, with criminals being given light or no sentences at all, while heroes were often accused and harassed for fighting crime.
Citizens showed no interest in defending themselves, always waiting for someone to save them, even for minor stuff or lost cats.
As for the latest quest...they were fucked.
*The_Outbreak has begun. Stop the 4 Alpha-Omega vessels sent by the League of Assassins.
Citizens infected:4
Deaths: 0/570000
"Orange, wear the Black Suit. Try to find the plague carriers, all 4 of them." I spoke on my ear com, and used her hero designation as to alert her.
Emilia was at work right now...possibly a bad thing as she didn't have the new drug.
"Zimmer, Case Black. Late-comers to shelter 100." I ordered on the Applenet, making him falter for a second, despite constant training and drills.
"Mr Gord. Open your drawer and inhale the stuff." I spoke next as I teleported an inhaler into his drawer.
"My Lord? I mean, of course. Just...fwoooo. What is...I broke my desk." he muttered in confusion.
"Superpowers in a bottle. Should help you survive this outbreak. I need you to stay in the office and research Alpha, Omega and Alpha-Omega, some kind of disease." I demanded in a lower voice.
"Oh. The alarms went off right now. Nevermind, I'm on it." Gord said in a more confident voice, as the Miracle percolated into his system, giving him more courage.
Next call, Emilia. "My love, inhale the stuff. Then prepare for a major Alpha-Omega outbreak in the city." I said as the next inhaler teleported on her desk.
"Right...this sounds like the Hong Kong virus. Or the one that destroyed Alexandria." she whispered in a soft, but wary voice.
I had no idea what she talked about. "Of course. Probably related."
Ping!
It was not ARGUS this time. Possibly Chinese.
---From: Harbringer.
I mean, it was cute she cared. Or she feared for her life, if I got mad.
I just typed: League of Assassins, and sent it unsigned.
A few seconds later, Supergirl teleported downtown, this time wearing the Black Suit I created for biological threats marked as Case Black.
"I am airborne above the City Hall. Bodies falling." she spoke in a scared voice.
Damn it. Plagues like this were a nightmare to stop. People would panic and try to run, spreading the disease farther and farther.
"Orange, Ice-walls around the perimeter. Freeze the victims too." I said as my brain worked fast to figure a solution.
"I'm above Nelson Plaza, found one of them. He cut himself to spray blood." Supergirl said in near panic.
"Incinerate." I demanded in a serious voice.
"B-but...I don't..." she muttered in a fit of indecision.
"The whole city, versus a criminal bent on genocide. Hmmm. What a difficult choice." I said in a sad voice, and drew my own Black Suit from storage.
Then I teleported next to her, and used my Flamethrower spell to burn the madman to ash. Then burned the ash a bit more.
"I'm sorry!" Supergirl cried in near despair.
"Just find the others. You saw what he looked like." I demanded in a harsh voice.
"Yes..." she answered in a weak voice and flew away, while I bound and began to Heal the infected.
"Apple...the Arrow is fighting one of the Assassins, with swords. Both of them." Orange said in a weird voice.
"Hmmm. Observe for now. He should win with my Miracle." I decided as I spent my MP rapidly on more magic Heals.
Sadly, by the time I finished the last infected, the first one got infected again.
Ping!
ARGUS found a vaccine for Alpha-Omega virus.
From:Harbringer.
Really? You developed a vaccine before we even analyzed the infected blood samples? Not even myself could do it so fast.
A bit angry, I tracked the woman via the satellite uplink, and teleported at her side, covered in flames.
A dozen guards and various ARGUS personnel drew their weapons on me, as if they may impress me.
"A vaccine for Alpha-Omega you say?" I asked the Director, while ignoring the rest.
"Exactly. The US Army has stockpiled plenty of them in the past 5 years. Location on screen." she pointed out in a calm voice.
I locked the GPS coordinates for the warehouse and vanished.
I simply broke through the wall and stored half of the vaccine, then vanished before the normal soldiers could arrive.
Just I returned to the Nelson Plaza, Supergirl appeared with one of the vessels, kept in her hand like a rabbit.
"Put the infection carrier down." I asked in a gentle voice.
"Can't you cure him somehow?" she asked with a hopeful voice, and set the man on the ground.
"Of course I could. But I won't. He will burn now, and later in Hell, forever." I explained in a patient voice and burned the man alive. Well, he wasn't alive for long.
"I can't do this." Supergirl began to panic again.
"Go to space and decontaminate. Don't spread the plague around." I said in a careless voice, then teleported beside Orange.
The two men were still fighting, the Assassin's leader matching Oliver despite his Miracle. Well, it was a weak miracle anyway.
I stepped beside them. "Fancy sword work. But the plague in the city was not cool." I observed out loud, making the Arrow jump back.
"This is the punishment for....arrrghhhhh." Ra's al Ghul yelled as I burned him alive, a bit slower. Took him a whole minute to die, and will continue burning in Hell.
"Not cool, Arrow. I thought you had arrows, not a sword." I observed in a disappointed voice, then picked up the Assassin's fallen sword.
Fancy sword indeed.
*Ra's Sword. Whoever bests the current Ra's al Ghul becomes the next. The sword can show the truth. Unique. +20 to Weapons Skill when equipped.
"You burned him alive...he was an honorable man." Oliver muttered in a disproving voice.
"A biological attack on the city, and you care more about the criminal who did it. Go and help, now!" I yelled at him, streams of fire blowing from my palms.
*You have Intimidated the Arrow. +1 Intimidation.
Without looking back, Oliver ran away, heading straight for his Arrowcave.
Fucking idiots, all of them.
I still had to find the other two vessels.
"That was pretty cool, Apple. In a fiery kind of cool. Not ice cool like myself." Orange commented wryly.
I waved a hand and produced a box of vaccines. "Go and inject people. I found the vaccine." I muttered in a despondent voice and returned to the Nelson Plaza.
Unauthorized tale usage: if you spot this story on Amazon, report the violation.
Obviously, the 'vaccine' cured the people instantly, unlike any vaccine known to science. I was too angry to care.
"Found another vessel, Apple!" my foster sister-cum-mistress announced me on the coms, while I organized my security forces to distribute vaccines to my employees, then their families.
The infection rate had slowed down, likely because of the ice-walls holding people inside the perimeter.
"Boss, there's a hooded vigilante on a motorcycle at the gate. Wants some vaccines too." Zimmer warned me with a level voice.
"Sure. He can have one box." I said with a shrug.
"Drones have been calibrated to detect the virus from temperature sensors. Incoming feed now." Zimmer continued and produced a computer simulation of the city, marking potential infected.
One of them was heading straight for the Appletown, moving quite fast.
Of course he was. I teleported in front of the man riding another motorcycle, and kicked his bike to a stop. "Yes?" I asked in a polite tone.
He was infected, but not one of the vessels.
"You need this ring, my Lord." he declared in a pained voice, then began vomiting blood.
Oh? A special ring?
I picked the ring, and noticed it was also Ra's. I did need it, apparently. So I decided to cure the man first, then see what this was about.
*Title acquired
Ra's Al Ghul
+10 all attributes, +20 Athletics, +20 Intimidation.
Any loyal Assassin now owes you obedience, to the death.
You are the worst enemy of HIVE.
-Titles can be lost via events or combat.
"Ra's Al Ghul, I have news of a HIVE plot in this city. They are building some kind of shelter under the Glades." the man said as he began to recover.
*Ding
New quest received.
Stop the Genesis_(event) .
-Optionally: Kill Damien_Darhk and acquire the magical Khushu_Idol
"I see. This HIVE is an enemy of the Assassins." I mused out loud.
"And they are now your worst enemy. For hundreds of years, we have fought...are you laughing, my Lord?" the man asked in confusion.
I was. This was bonkers. But so fun!
"Do you know where the 4th vessel is?" I asked instead.
"Not personally. I'll have to ask." he said and tapped his ear. "Ra's Al Ghul wants to know the location of 4th vessel."
A second later, I received it and sent Orange to get him and burn him. Apparently, Orange can breathe out flames too. Even without her minor Wizard spells.
I didn't know about it, so it went un-programmed in the personality matrix. Luckily, she believed it was something I did via my Miracles.
It also meant my long research into her genetic makeup was flawed. And, also meant I was a step closer to Miracle no 5.
Plus, this HIVE was 1000 times better than the idiot Assassins. They had magic and idols and a secret base under Star City. The Mayor as their agent, plus whatever the Genesis was.
The Assassins had swords and knives. Well, and this crazy plague.
*Ding.
Outbreak quest complete
+1 WIS, + 5 Medic skill.
Level up. You have reached level 22.
Oh my! Another level up. The System was being nice to me today.
"What is it?" I asked the man.
"You're even scarier than the former Ra's Al Ghul. I hope you lead us to victory." he declared in a loyal voice.
"So, you know who I am? You were driving towards Appletown." I asked a bit curious.
"...Not for certain, my Lord. But, due to your mercy towards the Arrow, we presumed you to be the vigilante called Apple. Should we cancel the other attacks planned for the traitor?" he asked curious.
"Hmm. I don't like this family targeting, it lacks honor. As for himself, try to draw him towards clashing with the HIVE. Their response will give us more information." I ordered with a wry voice.
"Indeed. Much scarier than the former one. However Nyssa_al_Ghul is still at large. She may prove an obstacle to your leadership. We believe she is hiding by the docks." the man continued, as I examined my ring. There was a faint magical signature on it, smelling of souls and death.
"The ring has magic. Soul and death. Explain." I asked directly.
"Well, it is connected to our Lazarus Pit, where we resurrect our fallen Assassins." he said in an obedient voice, sounding even more intimidated.
"Alright. If there are any caches left of this Alpha-Omega virus, I want it secured for me. I guess I'll have to visit Nanda Parbat soon." I mused to myself, thinking at how I got in this mess.
Did I cheat destiny again, and stole Oliver's job? But he wasn't an Assassin leader in the lore. Unless this Earth was a strange universe, not the one I remembered.
I got the man's number for future contact, then teleported back. "Mr Gord. You didn't help with this plague." I observed in a low voice.
"My lord...every public search on the topic was locked or banned as soon as I touched it. Nice outfit, by the way." he answered in a loyal voice.
"Yes, it's a biological-safe suit, for Case Black events. It has appeared to work well." I said with a wry tone.
"My lord...are we finally revealing ourselves to the world?" Gord asked in a hopeful tone.
We are not Sith! Damn it.
"I am thinking about bringing you to Tibet. Nanda Parbat. There may be some fighting involved." I added in a secretive voice.
"Before, I would have been useless in such matters. But I think I can defeat any human now." he said confidently. If only it was just a matter of strength, surely.
"Good. We'll arrange a cover story about you staying heroically behind to secure the building against the plague and zombie criminals. Thus a medical leave." I continued with a grin.
"Close enough to the truth, my lord. Why are we going to Tibet?" he asked with a pen in hand.
"Don't take notes, Gord. I have inherited a mysterious organization that rules the underworld. So I may have to do some cleaning. Smash some heads, or something." I explained gently.
"Should I buy plane tickets?" he asked, sounding unsure.
"No. We will teleport. Faster, right?" I said and produced a T-bracelet for him too.
"Extremely so, my lord. Let me figure this..." Gord muttered as he began to learn the holographic menu. The new mental stats surely helped, as he figured it out quickly. "We are Earth-locked, and 8500 meters high as well. Some areas are restricted." he observed after a few minutes.
"Yes. I disabled access to all government buildings and my private property." I said with a shrug.
"Clever. Reduces the security risks. Or angry politicians." he noticed at once.
"Even so, try not to trespass into superhero territory. Or supervillains for that matter. You're not Superman." I said with an ironic tone, then teleported away.
I brought Orange with me, and went to look for this Nyssa_al_Ghul , likely a relative of the former leader.
"Inside that boathouse. There's an Arrow there as well." Orange said with a smirk. I could hear her smirk, really!
So I just walked in, hearing Oliver explain how I became the new Ra's al Ghul.
"Quite a touching story. Are you banging the knives woman too?" I asked out loud, making both of them jump.
"Apple! And Orange..." he realized a second later.
"The crazy fruit basket. Perhaps you think you did a good thing, by killing my father?" the woman asked in a dismissive voice.
"Naked and bound." I asked Orange, and she moved at hyperspeed to oblige. Not that I cared about the naked part...much. I might bang her, if she asked nicely.
Oliver held his palms out, showing non-interference. "Speak Arrow. I find you in cahoots with another honorable Assassin, who tried to murder my entire city. Obviously, a tragic love story, star-crossed lovers.." I said in a sarcastic voice.
Nyssa_al_Ghul struggled to speak, but Orange held her tight.
"It's not like that...I mean, it kinda is, but not with me, with my previous lover, Sara Lance." the Arrow muttered in near panic.
"So the girls banged, and you watched? Kinky. Tell me about this HIVE stuff. Another army like them?" I pointed towards the naked assassin.
"Less naked, but yes. They split some time ago, and fight over possession of...death fountains." Arrow said almost coherently.
"Aha, those Lazarus pits. Sounds like a portal directly into Hell. Bring the soul back, stuff it back into a body?" I asked at random. Nothing really special, but a controllable portal was valuable.
Nyssa struggled even harder, for no avail. "I guess. Who knows how they work, exactly. But people get resurrected. Sometimes." Arrow said with a sad voice.
"Where is Sara now?" I asked as the final piece.
"Dead. Frozen. Maybe you can...?" he asked me.
"Ah, she did go to Hell after all. Oh well. She'll be fine." I muttered in a sad voice.
"Can you let her go?" Oliver asked about the bound woman.
I measured her for a minute, and figured out how to throw more loops into Destiny's face. "No. Let's go Orange. Bring the loot."
