Those with the Elemental Type are the lucky ones since the Vectors are no longer effective within the flow of Elements. It's no longer the case with Vectors, which are no longer stable, which causes the matter to be the former suitable matter of Arcanite. Then, it can be called a full-on Elemental Type, since there are some rules regarding the natural selection of Elements. Meaning, the Vectors in themselves can't reach the high effectiveness of the Elements, while the Arcanite can. Of course, while this is theoretical knowledge of Tom Hough, he for once is right in this regard.
Vectors are after-effects of Arcanite and it's well-known fact, but some differences and variables can still happen. Vectors are dense and quite crafty for all Walkers to use. It's either for the Walkers to decide their effectiveness through the System, or the System can figure it out on its own. An example is William's Skills like Velvet Eyes and Inner enchantments, which are strange. In itself, they don't have anything do to with each other, while not even Annihilation is affecting them. In true fashion of the Skills, there could be secondary kinds, while there could be also prime ones. Like the Vector Claw that appears to be William's appearance of his Emblem.
As for the Mutant type... Hough is most intrigued by them than anything else, but figuring them out is harder than even finding them. As with Vectors, and Element type, he believes the Element can give birth to the Mutant type, but it's far too hard to reach any sense of reason about them.
To begin with that, there aren't even a lot of Walkers with the Mutant type. Their knowledge is considered more common because it's easier to distinguish strange things from others. In this way, it's easier to discover the Mutant type Emblems within the appearance of babies, since they have a very distinct shape. Their appearance is unlike the regular one, appearing as a singular gem. Those of the mutant Type can be different. While some can still be singular, some could have more sides to them, shapes to them, and mass to them. Some could also be straight-up unnoticeable, or too noticeable in this regard.
Hearing William's revelation, it leads to no surprise that Roman is surprised, by his two possible types. He believes in William's words, but even he is unsure what could be the cause of his words.
After all, what does it mean to have two types of Emblems? What do they mean? Roman knows the answers to some things, but for the most part, doesn't. However, he can ask someone who could know more. Tom Hough would be interested in this for sure, but William isn't clear about the Mutant type at all, nor he is. For once, William's Emblem appearance seems too normal to be true.
Not considering its rather chaotic appearance, that is. This leaves him with no choice but to forget this matter for the time being or work with William further. Helping him train with his Emblem can cause some changes. That includes some possibilities of his Mutant type coming into play, but he isn't sure. William can also uncover this himself, through his struggle of getting familiar with the Emblem.
“My words still count, William. Start comprehending the System for the time being, since your Vectors are no longer wild like before. They stabilize for some time because of my interference. I am more intrigued about your results now than ever, so think of it like before. Calm and steady.” Roman orders and gives no choice to William, who is exhausted beyond his senses.
“Do I have to? My Emblem is gone, but System stays?”
“System isn't your Emblem, but they are similar in their importance. Now, go on. Don't make me repeat myself.”
“My god... is this how it's done in the Academy? Should I even try getting myself there? Seems like a bad idea when I think about it.” William complains inside, preparing himself for whatever has to come.
Clutching his fist in preparation for whatever has to come doesn't do anything else but prepare his mentality. Roman couldn't care less about his issue, because he, frankly speaking, knows that the world is no puny place.
So, William focuses forth on his status screen, which shows the same thing as before. The flickering of what he experienced changed nothing, so that leaves William with a question of what he is even supposed to do?
That thing... that previous call of whatever roar that was. It exploded and made his right hand screech in power, pain, and unyielding tone. He couldn't focus on anything and just try his best to calm his hand. Alas, Roman stopped him before he even has a chance to try something else.
Thinking of the previous problem, William is nervous but chose to do his best regardless of that. “I swear... Let's finish this so I won't ever have to worry about this pain, or the situation ever again.” he decides for himself, as the whispers of the MIndless eye starts to echo in his mind.
“Calm. Like a pond of water. Let's imagine it first, before doing something stupid like before.”
Minutes by minute, William follows the calm state of comprehension. He embodies the whispering call that is echoing in his mind for a long time. It tells nothing meaningful because the meaning isn't important in itself. It makes no sense, yet when it's over, he knows the meaning will reveal itself once he will succeed.
It's the Emblem and the mysterious System he is thinking about. A thing that makes no sense in the grand scheme of humanity.
30 minutes in.
It is the threshold to success, yet anyone can fail since that's how things are. The individual mind is the reason for failure, while endurance, mindfulness, and bravery are all important.
“Calm.”
Wiliam gazes towards the screen, occasionally blinking, revealing no differences. The only thing, that changes is the Emblem on his hand, which returns to a more stable form.
The Vectors have some recharging amidst the full destruction and intimidation. It's something about the cycles but William doesn't care about it at the moment. They fared quite badly against Rank 7, which isn't the least bit surprising.
Now, it no longer appears wild, as the swirl fades away, into the more calming flow. It's the same with the claw, which isn't as hard to use as before, but William still finds it heavy like hundreds of bricks. All he could do is to endure this. This feeling flowing through his hand isn't of any importance, indicating his body isn't fine, but his mind is. With his gaze pointing forward, any pain or pressure to the point of exhaustion isn't enough for his mind to stop.
1st minute.
2nd minute.
3rd minute
4th minute.
5th minute.
William awaits the chance that he expects to come like the last time. It is that flickering sight from before that changes his vision, making his head hurt like hell. Unlike before, the sense of the screech appears to, but he, for some reason, expected it this time. He looks at the point before him that indicates the Type row in his status sheet, but the flickering screen makes everything fuzzy. He can't really confront the Type any longer.
“So I am not supposed to look, but feel it?” William assumes from his limiting understanding. It almost causes him to fail his comprehension since the focusing pressure from his eye helped him before. Without that, he figures this is a true state of any kind of comprehension like Roman said. “I am stupid and weak. 35 minutes. Let's go for this!” he grits his teeth, forcing his honest, and calm focus toward the call, and not the System any longer. It's like Roman wanted, and he too looks at him with a meaningful smile.
With the change of his focus, the flow of the pain doesn't change much. There is still the call, the pain, and everything feels more alive and painful. It's almost as if his mind goes through some weird enchanted state, but it causes pain and discomfort in return. It causes his eyes to hurt and blinking a few times helps, but it soon returns.
“Come on. Don't let the previous thing happen. You are close enough.” Roman assures his little trainee.
“I know... This thing is an annoyance. No way I will lose to this.” His grimacing face, reveals the determination in his eyes, as the continuation of his trie, comes to fruition. The call ends with a flood of Mindless Eyes, and the meaningful solution that he wanted.
The System changed before his eyes, revealing a small status message right across the screen.

“It's finally over... Jeez... is everything like this...” William sights in relief as he almost falls to the ground. His shoulder stops by Roman's grip, who stands beside him.
“Great work. Your endurance is excellent. This is your doing, so reap your rewards without hesitation.” Roman's praise leaves a bit of a sour taste in William's mouth, as he couldn't stand properly.
Tired. He feels tired in his mind and body.
“Come on. Don't fall asleep while standing. Tell me about your System's changes. Come on.” Roman shakes William's shoulder, who for the love of god, couldn't retaliate or care about his problems.
“S-stop this... Jeez. I will read it.” he moans in displeasure, shoving Roman's grip away. Though it is safer to say, he releases him on his own accord. This causes William to fall down to a seated position on the concrete floor, which is quite damaged from William's previous problem.
Crouching down beside him, Roman watches Wiliam's face in anticipation, curious about whatever he even attained.
“Hm? Huh? What the hell is this?!” William cries in his mind, as he finally takes a proper look at his status. A swipe to the yes is all he made.
It looks the same as before, but some things are different.

“It increased my Rank-up by 5%,” William says the first thing that comes to his mind.
“It did? Of course, it did.” Roman says. “These effects of the comprehensions will generally improve the Walkers in some shape or form. Either the Systems or the flow of the Arcanite in the Emblem. In your case, it calmed down the wildest nature of your Annihilation Element.” Roman says and doesn't find it all that surprising. Even 10 or 15% wouldn't be surprising to hear him say after what he went through.
“It's asking me to proceed again, so I guess I should do so?”
“Yep. This will change the System's sheet with new information. Apart from that, the status sheet, Rank-Up information, and the skill. The process of the System works this way, so you know exactly what you are getting.”
“Oh. That is rather understanding by System's vision. Interesting.” William nods in understating. “Ok. Proceed!” William says in resolution, following the call of the Mindless Eyes that follow any particular procedure. All he has to do is use his right hand to follow this up by touching the screen.
Upon doing so, he feels the tingling feelings in his mind, as a screen glows in the flickering light, that is only seen by himself. Things go unchanged, while everything is different all of a sudden.
The name stays the same.
The rank as well, but the Type is further increased by rows of information that couldn't shake William any less than he already is.
Initiating the Type changes. Additional information revealed.
Type
Vector: Affinity of the Annihilation detected. Further improvements detected. Initializing starting.
Effects: Arcanite effects follow the principle of the Annihilation. The matter of corrosive and destructive attribute.
Strength: Increased effects against Elements of life attributes and life body attributes.
Weaknesses: Decrease the effectiveness against Elemens of non-life attributes

Mutant: ???
Name: Revolver Shard.
Effects: ???
Strenghts: ???
Weaknesses: ???
Affinity: unknown elements, support, offense, defense.
“It's pretty much confirming the previous things that you said to me. The type further goes into the Affinity of the Annihilation with Decrease and increase about some life and non-life attributes.” William explains, still curiously looking at his System.
“That goes how I would expect. Anything else below or about the Mutant type?” Roman asks in seriousness, since this is precisely what he wants to know.
“There is nothing much said, but question marks, and some sort of name to go along with it. It shows Revolver Shard.”
“Just the name? That means you need to undergo a bit more...” Roman sights upon hearing his words. “It's too early to worry about it... I see. This explains a lot. Anything else?”
“It tells something about the unknown elements, offensive, and defenses in the Affinity section. Does the affinity means something different for Mutant type than Vectors?” William asks in wonder.
“Mutant types are the strangest types of Emblems there is. I can't possibly give you enough answers, because there is no precise answer to anything. The system can be different, with effects as well, while the name is decided by the System. That is the only thing I know for certain.”
“Hmmm. I see... That leaves me nothing but continue with proceedings and trying to comprehend and see more of my System?”
“Yes. Perhaps it will change when you reach Rank 3, or even the 5th one. Hell, maybe even further experiments with the System and comprehension can prove to be better than anything. I am unsure since you have the Vector type as well as that Annihilation Element of yours is strange. Also, I may be wrong in my way of thinking and your Mutant type can be completely different and out of the norm. It wouldn't be too different from others, and variables are too strange in this regard.” Roman says, feeling a bit helpless about his words.
He thought he is knowledgeable enough to tell him everything, but the strangeness of William's Emblem is too much for him. He fails to do so, but he doesn't feel beaten. Roman still has a reason to continue talking, and that is the reason he started in the first place.
